\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6cf0\u5eb7\u7b2c\u4e00\u5bb6\u5750\u843d\u4e8e\u57ce\u5e02 CBD \u6838\u5fc3\u533a\u7684 CCRC\uff08\u6301\u7eed\u7167\u6599\u9000\u4f11\u793e\u533a\uff09\u517b\u8001\u793e\u533a\uff0c\u752c\u56ed\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ea6 1300 \u4e2a\u517b\u8001\u5355\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u91cc\u4e3a\u957f\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u5305\u62ec\u72ec\u7acb\u751f\u6d3b\u3001\u534f\u52a9\u751f\u6d3b\u3001\u4e13\u4e1a\u62a4\u7406\u3001\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7167\u62a4\u3001\u8001\u5e74\u5eb7\u590d\u53ca\u8001\u5e74\u533b\u7597\u5728\u5185\u7684\u5168\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u8fde\u7eed\u6027\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u6cf0\u5eb7\u4e4b\u5bb6\u00b7\u752c\u56ed\u4e0e\u5b81\u6ce2\u6cf0\u5eb7\u8111\u79d1\u533b\u9662\u5171\u540c\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u6cf0\u5eb7\u5b81\u6ce2\u56fd\u9645\u533b\u517b\u56ed\u533a\uff0c\u4e3a\u5b81\u6ce2\u4e43\u81f3\u5168\u56fd\u7684\u957f\u8005\u5e26\u53bb\u66f4\u9ad8\u5c42\u6b21\u7684\u533b\u517b\u878d\u5408\u4eab\u8001\u65b0\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n

As Taikang’s first Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) to locate in the heart of a city\u2019s CBD, Yong Garden offers approximately 1,300 living units for the senior residents.<\/p>\n

It provides a full suite of life-cycle services for the elderly, including independent living, assisted living, specialized care, memory care, geriatric rehabilitation and senior medical services. The collaboration between Taikang Community \u00b7 Yong Garden and Ningbo Taikang Brain Hospital forms the Taikang Ningbo International Medical and Wellness Campus, delivering an advanced level of comprehensive medical and wellness services to seniors in Ningbo and beyond<\/p>\n

As one of the five major medical centers established by Taikang Insurance Group across the country, Ningbo Taikang Brain Hospital is positioned as a pioneering tertiary brain hospital that adheres to international standards. It also represents a significant international medical initiative introduced by the Ningbo municipal government, aiming to establish a modern medical model of “medical treatment\u0002rehabilitation” integration with a focus on specialized and comprehensive care. Through high-level medical services, Yong Garden ensures the health and well-being of its senior residents.<\/p>\n

\u6cf0\u5eb7\u4e4b\u5bb6\u00b7\u752c\u56ed\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7b56\u7565\u65e8\u5728\u6574\u5408\u516c\u56ed\u3001\u793e\u4ea4\u7a7a\u95f4\u3001\u6587\u5316\u8bbe\u65bd\u53ca\u4f11\u95f2\u7eff\u5730\u7b49\u591a\u79cd\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u81ea\u7136\u7eff\u8272\u7684\u5bb6\u56ed\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u57ce\u5e02\u5efa\u7b51\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u6709\u673a\u6574\u5408\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u5316\u666f\u89c2\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0c\u5c06\u81ea\u7136\u666f\u89c2\u878d\u5165\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u5eca\u6865\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5c06\u591a\u4e2a\u5730\u5757\u7a7a\u95f4\u6709\u673a\u8054\u7edc\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5f3a\u5316\u4e86\u5c45\u6c11\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\u3001\u5a31\u4e50\u548c\u5c31\u533b\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

The landscape design strategy of Yong Garden seeks to integrate parks, social spaces, cultural facilities and recreational green spaces, creating a lush, natural home. By organically combining urban architectural spaces with landscaped environments, the project maximizes the landscape\u2019s potential, embedding natural beauty into the daily life of its residents. Corridor bridge connect various sections of the site, further enhancing interactions, leisure activities and access to medical amenities among residents<\/p>\n

As a community space within a high-density urban area, the project takes into consideration the surrounding context, allowing the external greenery to permeate into adjacent plots whilst organically blending with nearby communities and commercial facilities. By leveraging its proximity to transportation hubs housing bus and metro stations, the urban interface on the west side merges into the neighborhood’s daily life, ensuring that the elderly community coexists harmoniously with its surroundings. The internal landscape design interweaves central green spaces with the buildings, allowing the elderly to experience natural living with ease. The waterfront landscape at the heart of the complex serves as a crucial buffer space, adding a public dimension and social opportunities to this private community space.<\/p>\n

By capitalizing the staggered arrangement of the building spaces, various functional scenes are organized in a rational manner, aligning with the building functions and providing residents with a richer and more varied range of experiences.<\/p>\n
