Modern Office of Design + Architecture<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u200bGROW \u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u62e5\u6709 20 \u4e2a\u5355\u5143\u7684\u591a\u5c42\u4f4f\u5b85\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5b83\u901a\u8fc7\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e0d\u540c\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u4f4f\u623f\u5355\u5143\uff0c\u5229\u7528 0.6 \u82f1\u4ea9\u7684\u65e0\u969c\u788d\u5c4b\u9876\u57ce\u5e02\u519c\u573a\u8fd9\u4e00\u5177\u6709\u7ea6\u675f\u529b\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u57f9\u80b2\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u591a\u6837\u5316\u7684\u5e02\u5185\u793e\u533a\uff08\u5361\u5c14\u52a0\u91cc\u7701 Bankview\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

Modern Office of Design + Architecture<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aGROW is a 20-unit, multi-residential housing project that cultivates a diverse inner-city community (Bankview, Calgary AB) through the provision of varying unit sizes, using the binding social element of a barrier-free, 0.6 acre rooftop urban farm.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e00\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5728\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u4f11\u95f2\u7a7a\u95f4\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd8\u4ee5\u79c1\u5bb6\u82b1\u56ed\u3001\u690d\u88ab\u5c4b\u9876\u3001\u517b\u8702\u573a\u7b49\u5f62\u5f0f\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u56ed\u827a\uff0c\u5176\u89c4\u6a21\u5728\u5361\u5c14\u52a0\u91cc\u5e02\u5185\u5c45\u4f4f\u533a\u662f\u524d\u6240\u672a\u6709\u7684\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u905b\u72d7\u6216\u547c\u5438\u65b0\u9c9c\u7a7a\u6c14\u7684\u573a\u6240\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u5c45\u6c11\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u8ff7\u4eba\u3001\u751f\u52a8\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u81ea\u53d1\u4e92\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

This amenity-scape, while satisfying stringent landscape and amenity space requirements, introduces urban horticulture in the form of private gardens, vegetative roofs, apiaries, etc. at a scale not previously experienced in inner-city living in Calgary. It also creates a place to walk the dog or to get a breath of fresh air, encouraging spontaneous interactions amongst residents in an engaging and active context.<\/p>\n
