ENOTA<\/a>: \u00a0<\/strong>Croatian Terme Tuhelj spa resort is an ambitiously conceptualized thermal complex with long tradition.The majority of the buildings date back to the last larger renovation in the early 80’s, when this spa became one of the most important sporting heath centres in former Yugoslavia. It is designed as a large, clearly defined area with numerous buildings, as well as green and sports surfaces, connected into a logical whole. Unfortunately, the complex was poorly maintained in the years prior and after the dissolution of the former country. After more than a decade of intensive decline, the new owner wishes to completely renovate the facilities and adapt the offer to today’s market requirements by adding a number of programs.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u4f7f\u8fd9\u91cc\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u7684\u3001\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u8eab\u5fc3\u5168\u9762\u653e\u677e\u7684\u70ed\u5065\u5eb7\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u5065\u5eb7\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u7efc\u5408\u8bbe\u65bd\u8fd8\u5c06\u5305\u62ec\u4f53\u80b2\u5a31\u4e50\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4e3a\u804c\u4e1a\u8fd0\u52a8\u5458\u3001\u4f53\u80b2\u5b66\u6821\u3001\u8bad\u7ec3\u548c\u5a31\u4e50\u505a\u51c6\u5907\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u8ba1\u5212\u5efa\u8bbe\u4e00\u4e2a\u5546\u52a1\u65c5\u6e38\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002Tuhelj\u6e29\u6cc9\u6d74\u573a\u5e0c\u671b\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u62e5\u6709\u591a\u5143\u5316\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6e29\u6cc9\u6d74\u573a\uff0c\u5e76\u518d\u6b21\u593a\u56de\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u9886\u5148\u5730\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n

The set goal is to make this a modern, thermal wellness centre, which would be used for comprehensive physical and mental relaxation. In addition to the wellness centre, the complex will also contain a sporting recreational facility intended for preparation of professional athletes, sport schools, practice and recreation. A construction of a congress centre for business tourism is also planned, along with other market interesting activities. Tuhelj thermal spa wants to become a thermal spa with a diverse program and once again reclaim the leading position in the region.<\/p>\n

\u7ffb\u4fee\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5\u4fa7\u91cd\u4e8e\u91cd\u5efa\u4e2d\u592e\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u5176\u524d\u9762\u6709\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u533a\u3002\u6700\u521d\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u5728\u529f\u80fd\u4e0a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5f97\u5f88\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u73b0\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u90e8\u5206\u88ab\u5c01\u95ed\u4e86\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u6269\u5efa\u5c06\u4f7f\u6295\u8d44\u5408\u7406\u5316\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u53ea\u6709\u5b8c\u5168\u7ffb\u65b0\u7684\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u5f53\u524d\u7684\u201c\u7070\u8272\u5730\u5e26\u201d\u624d\u80fd\u5c06\u4f4f\u5bbf\u533a\u548c\u70ed\u6c60\u90e8\u5206\u8fde\u63a5\u8d77\u6765\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u68af\u7530\u5c42\u9010\u6e10\u4e0b\u964d\u5230\u6cf3\u6c60\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u5efa\u7b51\u7fa4\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u529f\u80fd\u5355\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n

The first phase of the renovation is focused on the reconstruction of the central building with the pool area in front of it. The original building was functionally well designed but nowadays some sections are closed off. The expansion of the building inwards would be a rationalization of the investment, since only a wholly renovated facility without the current “gray zones” will connect the accommodation area with the thermal part. The programs would gradually descent towards the pool platform through terraced levels and connect the complex into a functional unit.<\/p>\n

The pool platform with the outdoor and indoor covered areas would require the most fundamental renovation. The water areas have to be increased significantly and the platform should be revived with adding different attractions and activities. The renovation project would transform this large, inexpressive platform into some kind of diverse artificial landscape with large water surfaces. The artificial landscape is the direct response to the strict sanitary requirements that prohibit soil or greenery along the pool area. Sharp, geometrical artificial landscape with vivid colours is searching for its character through establishing distinct contrast to the soft, hilly and green natural landscape in the surrounding area. It is intertwined with pools defined by strict lines, which nevertheless seem very natural and organic in this artificial, geometrical world.<\/p>\n
