It has been a benchmark commercial complex since its opening in 2015. Due to rapid transformation in commercial developments in recent years, CR Land has high hopes for the project and kickstarted the first phase of the renovation on the rooftop. Through this regeneration, our design focused on creating ultimate experientiality at the final destination &#8211; FOODIE SKY. Concrete paving with overgrown weeds were our first impression of the space.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 160px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">\u25bd\u7a7a\u95f4\u591a\u5272\u88c2-\u5c4b\u9762\u6761\u4ef6\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u5c40\u4fc3\u4e14\u788e\u7247\u5316\u7684\u4e0d\u89c4\u5219\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u88ab\u4f17\u591a\u8bbe\u65bd\u7528\u623f\u53ca\u51fa\u5c4b\u9762\u8bbe\u5907\u5212\u5206\u4e3a\u591a\u4e2a\u5c3a\u5ea6\u4e0d\u4e00\u7684\u5939\u7f1d\u7a7a\u95f4\uff1b\u5c4b\u9762\u53ef\u8fbe\u6027\u5dee\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5782\u76f4\u52a8\u7ebf\u53ca\u5ba4\u5185\u52a8\u7ebf\u7684\u6709\u6548\u4e32\u8054\u3002 Spatially Fragmented-The layout of the rooftop was fragmented into irregular spaces in various scales, divided by existing facility and equipment rooms. The pavilions have successfully become a distinctive landmark and photospot, attracting and encouraging visitors to spend more time at the roof for recreational activities. Plantings such as Rosmarinus officinalis L., Crossostephium chinense (L.) Makino and Gomphostigma virgatum in ground coverings of wood chips contribute to a somewhat rustic sense of natural immersion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 160px;\"><span
