STUDIO BLOK<\/b><\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u5728\u6539\u9020\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4e2d\u592e\u516c\u56ed\u662f\u624e\u6c83\u591a\u79d1\u592b\u65af\u514b\u4e2d\u5fc3\u533a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4e00\u7247\u672a\u5f00\u53d1\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u6574\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\u5783\u573e\u904d\u5730\u3001\u6c61\u67d3\u4e25\u91cd\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u3001\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u6216\u6b65\u884c\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u4e3a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7528\u6237\u7fa4\u4f53\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u6062\u590d\u573a\u5730\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u6f5c\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n

STUDIO BLOK<\/b><\/strong><\/a>\uff1aBefore its transformation, the central park was the largest underdeveloped public space in the central part of Zavodoukovsk. The entire area was littered and polluted, with no infrastructure, necessary pedestrian connections, or walking paths.<\/p>\n

The main goal of the project was to create a central urban space for various user groups while maximizing the preservation and restoration of the site’s natural potential.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u7136\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5c0a\u91cd\u73b0\u6709\u677e\u6811\u6797\u6240\u9002\u5e94\u7684\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u65b0\u7684\u9053\u8def\u6cbf\u73b0\u6709\u8def\u7ebf\u89c4\u5212\uff0c\u5e76\u5c3d\u91cf\u907f\u5f00\u6811\u6728\u3002\u516c\u56ed\u5185\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4ea4\u901a\u9053\u8def\u5747\u91c7\u7528\u900f\u6c34\u8def\u9762\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u6240\u6709\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6811\u6728\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u65bd\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e5f\u8003\u8651\u5230\u6bcf\u4e00\u68f5\u6811\u7684\u5206\u5e03\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u98ce\u683c\u4e0a\u4e0e\u5f53\u5730\u666f\u89c2\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u6062\u590d\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6062\u590d\u4e86\u4e00\u6761\u957f\u671f\u5904\u4e8e\u6cbc\u6cfd\u72b6\u6001\u7684\u5c0f\u6eaa\u548c\u6c60\u5858\u3002\u56e2\u961f\u901a\u8fc7\u6e05\u7406\u6c34\u4f53\uff0c\u79cd\u690d\u7eff\u8272\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u518d\u6b21\u9677\u5165\u6cbc\u6cfd\u3002<\/p>\n

To create a popular and well-used space, the park was designed with areas and zones catering to different ages, including a transit and walking promenade, retail (cafes), event spaces, playgrounds, sports facilities, quiet relaxation areas, as well as viewing and photo zones.<\/p>\n

To address the preservation of the natural potential, the project took into account the existing ecosystem of the pine forest. Paths were planned along existing routes and avoided trees. All transit paths in the park were designed with permeable surfaces made of granite screenings. The project preserved all healthy trees, with architectural solutions considering each tree and blending stylistically into the local landscape.<\/p>\n

To restore the natural potential of the area, the project reinstated a stream and pond that had long been in a swampy state. Efforts were made to clean the waterbody and plant greenery to prevent the area from becoming swampy again.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u529f\u80fd\u533a\u5e03\u5c40\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u8272\u5f69\u8fd0\u7528\u4ee5\u53ca\u6750\u6599\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u5747\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u201c\u751f\u6001\u516c\u56ed\u201d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5176\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u8c28\u614e\u5bf9\u5f85\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5bf9\u677e\u6811\u6797\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u6e05\u7406\u88ab\u5ffd\u89c6\u7684\u6eaa\u6d41\u548c\u90e8\u5206\u6c60\u5858\uff0c\u6062\u590d\u5176\u4f5c\u4e3a\u751f\u6001\u957f\u5eca\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n

The project incorporates the concept of an eco-park, which is reflected in the design approach, placement of functional zones, architectural and color solutions, and the materials used.<\/p>\n

The central idea is a careful approach to the existing ecosystem, with special attention to preserving the pine forest. Cleaning the neglected stream and part of the pond restores its function as a promenade.<\/p>\n

\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5206\u533a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63ed\u793a\u4e86\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\uff1a\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u548c\u5927\u5c0f\u6839\u636e\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u6797\u95f4\u7a7a\u5730\u800c\u5b9a\uff0c\u8fc7\u5883\u5c0f\u5f84\u6cbf\u7740\u5df2\u6709\u7684\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u900f\u6c34\u7684\u8def\u9762\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0d\u4f1a\u4fb5\u72af\u6811\u6728\u7684\u6839\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u81ea\u7136\u4e3a\u4e3b\u9898\u3002\u957f\u5eca\u4e0a\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u680f\u6746\u4e0e\u677e\u6811\u6797\u76f8\u547c\u5e94\u3002\u6574\u4f53\u8272\u5f69\u3001\u7eb9\u7406\u548c\u6750\u6599\u90fd\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u76f8\u878d\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n

The park’s functional zones further reveal the existing potential of the area: the placement and dimensions of the playgrounds are linked to existing forest clearings, transit paths were designed along existing footpaths, and their permeable surfaces do not intrude on the root systems of the trees.<\/p>\n

Architectural solutions draw on natural motifs. The unique railings along the promenade evoke the image of a pine forest. Colors, textures, and materials are close to natural shades.<\/p>\n

\u516c\u56ed\u4e2d\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u4eae\u8272\u662f\u8fd0\u52a8\u533a\u3002\u5176\u8868\u9762\u548c\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u7ea2\u8272\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0e\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u5f62\u6210\u9c9c\u660e\u5bf9\u6bd4\u3002\u8fd9\u6761\u7ebf\u662f\u4f53\u80b2\u529f\u80fd\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u6307\u5357\uff0c\u5728\u6cbf\u7ebf\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u4f4d\u7f6e\u5e03\u7f6e\u4e86\u5404\u79cd\u4f53\u80b2\u5143\u7d20\u3002\u8fd0\u52a8\u533a\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u56f4\u680f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u68ee\u6797\u76f8\u534f\u8c03\uff0c\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u6728\u8d28\u5143\u7d20\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u5b8c\u7f8e\u878d\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n

The only bright accent in the park is the sports area. Its surfaces and multifunctional red structure contrast with the natural surroundings. The line serves as a guide for the development of the sports function, with various sports elements designed at different points along it. The fencing around the sports area is designed in harmony with the forest, with a rhythm of custom-made wooden elements that blend seamlessly into the environment.<\/p>\n

The children’s playground is also made from natural materials. The primary surface is wood mulch, with rubber surfacing added locally to create a play route. Children can jump between the islands of rubber surfacing, creating new play scenarios.<\/p>\n

\u73b0\u6709\u7eff\u8272\u690d\u7269\u4e2d 90-95% \u90fd\u662f\u6b27\u6d32\u8d64\u677e\uff0c\u5df2\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u4e88\u4ee5\u4fdd\u7559\u3002\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u843d\u53f6\u6811\uff1a\u6934\u6811\u3001\u67f3\u6811\u3001\u6768\u6811\u548c\u67ab\u6811\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7cbe\u5fc3\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u73b0\u6709\u73af\u5883\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e3b\u8981\u5728\u4f4e\u5c42\u8fdb\u884c\u7eff\u5316\uff0c\u5728\u529f\u80fd\u533a\u4f7f\u7528\u5f00\u82b1\u704c\u6728\u548c\u679d\u7e41\u53f6\u8302\u7684\u690d\u7269\u4f5c\u4e3a\u70b9\u7f00\u3002<\/p>\n

The existing greenery, which is 90-95% P\u00ednus sylv\u00e9stris, has been preserved as much as possible. There are a few deciduous trees: linden, willow, poplar, and maple.<\/p>\n

The planned landscaping is carefully integrated into the existing environment. We primarily worked in the lower tier of greenery, creating accent compositions in the functional zones using flowering shrubs and plants with lush foliage.<\/p>\n
