selgascano<\/b><\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u65e5\u7167\u5e02\u767d\u9e6d\u6e7e\u5c0f\u9547\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u533a\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u7531\u4e24\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\u7ec4\u6210\uff1a\u4e00\u662f\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u5c0f\u578b\u5496\u5561\u9986\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f\u4e3a\u6240\u6709\u4f4f\u5b85\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u9876\u901a\u9053\u7684\u5927\u578b\u51c9\u68da\u3002<\/p>\n

selgascano<\/b><\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe project is located at the entrance of a new residential area called Bailuwan Town, in the city of Rizhao. It consists of two elements: a small caf\u00e9 at the beginning and a large canopy that provides covered access to all the residences.<\/p>\n

The caf\u00e9 serves as the gateway for all the residents, becoming a meeting area for them and other visitors. The pergola helps to connect the entire development by creating new recreational and rest areas. It also connects with a social center, which we have also designed at the office.<\/p>\n

\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u88ab\u704c\u6728\u4e1b\u548c\u5f00\u82b1\u690d\u7269\u6240\u73af\u7ed5\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u6c89\u6d78\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u611f\u53d7\u56db\u5b63\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n

The caf\u00e9 (Coffee & Tree) is organized into two zones: one at street level, with a large bar, and tables area with direct access to the terrace, and another partially underground area with benches and low tables.<\/p>\n

The entire project is surrounded by bushes and flowering plants, allowing enjoyment of the changing seasons.<\/p>\n
