Living Places Copenhagen is the first prototype under the overall concept \u2013 Living Places – which was developed by the VELUX Group, EFFEKT and Artelia and built by Enem\u00e6rke & Petersen. The vision is to be at the forefront of the construction industry and show how an innovative approach to construction and buildings can help solve some of the global climate and health challenges. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u8bbe\u60f3\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u9884\u5236\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u578b\u5f00\u53d1\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u8003\u8651\u6574\u4e2a\u5efa\u9020\u7684\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e00\u79cd\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u5efa\u7b51\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u8be5\u6982\u5ff5\u57fa\u4e8e\u4e94\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u539f\u5219\uff1a\u623f\u5c4b\u5e94\u662f\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b9e\u60e0\u7684\u3001\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u3001\u53ef\u957f\u671f\u5171\u4eab\u548c\u53ef\u6269\u5c55\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u539f\u5219\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u65b0\u5efa\u6216\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u548c\u793e\u533a\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

We envisioned an open-source development model that enables a new holistic approach to construction by factoring in the entire lifecycle. The concept is based on five key principles: homes should be healthy, affordable, simple, shared over time and scalable. The building industry accounts for 34% of the global energy consumption and 37% of the global CO2 emissions[ UN Global Building Alliance Status Report 2022], and in the latest report from the UN’s climate panel, it is clear that low carbon solutions must be scaled and implemented \u2013 also in the building industry. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u5728\u54e5\u672c\u54c8\u6839\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f53\u9a8c\u5230\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u79cd\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u54e5\u672c\u54c8\u6839\u751f\u6d3b\u7a7a\u95f4\u5c55\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4ee53.8\u516c\u65a4\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\/\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\/\u5e74\u7684\u78b3\u8db3\u8ff9\u5efa\u9020\u623f\u5c4b\u7684\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\u2014\u2014\u6bd4\u5f53\u524d\u4e39\u9ea6\u7acb\u6cd5\u89c4\u5b9a\u768412\u516c\u65a4\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\/\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\/\u5e74\u4f4e\u4e09\u500d\u2014\u2014\u5e76\u4e14\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0e\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u5355\u6237\u4f4f\u5b85\u6216\u8054\u6392\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u4ef7\u683c\u76f8\u5339\u914d\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u201c\u751f\u6d3b\u7a7a\u95f4\u201d\u54e5\u672c\u54c8\u6839\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u91cd\u70b9\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u81ea\u7136\u5149\u548c\u65b0\u9c9c\u7a7a\u6c14\u521b\u9020\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u5ba4\u5185\u6c14\u5019\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Living Places Copenhagen demonstrate a new way of building homes with a CO2 footprint of 3.8 kg\/CO2\/m2\/year \u2013 three times lower than the current Danish legislation of 12 kg CO2\/m2\/year \u2013 and to a price that matches the market price for a one-family house or rowhouses at scale. Furthermore, Living Places Copenhagen is designed with a strong focus on creating a healthy indoor climate using daylight and fresh air and it delivers best in class indoor climate.<\/span><\/p>\n
