Zinialand Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe New Hope Group \u00b7 D10 Tianfu Project is located at Chengdu Grand East Street, adjacent to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. This space bridges a dialogue between the future city and the natural landscape to explore the fourth generation of residential life. This project redefines the relation between people and nature in the future city.<\/p>\n

Through the harmonious creation of sci-fic and natural sense, it reflects the avant-garde of the future urban garden. Landscape and architecture are integrated and unified; Each element echoes; the geometrical sense of surface and curve; and natural elements of water, light, clouds, wind, flowers, valleys are transformed into the landscape language in the modern imagery, creating an artistic gardening showcase of future life.<\/p>\n

If the Chinese style landscape is about culture and inheritance, the D10 that lights up the Chengdu landmark is about the future, about people and nature. We believe this should be a brilliant destination where people and nature can live in harmony. When we see Ansel Adams’s photography, we realize that nature itself is completely being a science fiction.<\/p>\n

From the timeline view, water, light, clouds, wind, flowers, valleys and other elements in a natural space have always been the most attractive landscape elements. We think about the geometric cut surface and curve, it is the artifacts of industry and technology. So we take the essence of both, and go about a magic experiment of modern garden.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e3a\u672a\u6765\u611f\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u6c14\u8d28\uff0c\u548c\u9ad8\u7aef\u5b9a\u4f4d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u7684\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u79cd\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u7acb\u4f53\u5c42\u9762\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u52a8\u7ebf\u6210\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6311\u6218\u70b9\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u7ed9\u4e88\u53c2\u89c2\u8005\u4e00\u4e2a\u591a\u79cd\u611f\u5b98\u4f53\u611f\u7684\u591a\u5c42\u6b21\u5c55\u793a\u7a7a\u95f4\uff1f\u5728D10\u4e2d\uff0c\u201c\u5c42\u6b21\u201d\u662f\u6574\u4e2a\u793a\u8303\u533a\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u5173\u952e\u70b9\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u6b21\u6211\u4eec\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u666f\u89c2\u540c\u6b65\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u4e3a\u4e86\u589e\u5f3a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5c42\u6b21\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u4e5f\u5bf9\u5efa\u7b51\u63d0\u51fa\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

In order to seize the unique characteristics of the future, and the high-end positioning, we need to create a brand-new space-experience. The 3D landscape circulation and movements become our challenges, how to afford visitors a diverse demonstration area with multi-sensory? In D10, \u201clayer\u201d is the core for the experience of the entire demonstration area. This time, our buildings are in sync with the landscape. On the other hand, in order to enhance the spatial level, the landscape party also puts forward corresponding requirements to the architecture party.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u5851\u9020\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5c1d\u8bd5\uff1a\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u9075\u5faa\u5e73\u9762\u8def\u5f84\u7684\u66f2\u5f84\u901a\u5e7d\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u4ece\u7ad6\u5411\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0a\u627e\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0b\u6c89\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5851\u9020\u3001\u7ed3\u5408\u5c3a\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\u6765\u4f53\u73b0\u81ea\u7136\u754c\u4e2d\u4e0d\u540c\u573a\u666f\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u60f3\u8ba9D10\u62e5\u6709\u6709\u5c42\u6b21\u7684\u5730\u5f62\u548c\u5149\u5f71\u4ea4\u6620\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\uff0c\u4f53\u73b0\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7ed3\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n

As for shaping the spatial experience, we tried various experiments. On the one hand, we comply with the curvilinear paths on the horizontal level. On the other hand, from the vertical experience, we explore differences by creating the sunken spaces and integrating with scales to achieve diverse scenery feeling. We enable D10 to have a layered terrain and a soft atmosphere of light and shadow, reflecting the perfect combination of landscape and architectural space.<\/p>\n

The theme of \u201cPink & Black Drama\u201d of the frontcourt emphasizes a strong visual impact. The Pink is flower, the Black is stone, and the dome of \u201cLotus Crown\u201d display center in the distance attracts people’s attention. The mysterious obsidian feature wall is gentle and independent among numerous urban<\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u573a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5b9e\u5219\u662f\u4ee5\u201c\u6c34\u201d\u4e3a\u4e3b\u8981\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u771f\u6b63\u8981\u8868\u73b0\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u662f\u5149\u4e0e\u5f71\u7684\u827a\u672f\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u53cd\u6620\u7740\u6c34\u4e0e\u5149\uff0c\u82b1\u4e0e\u5f71\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u6d41\u5149\u6ea2\u5f69\uff0c\u4e5f\u6697\u793a\u7740\u4e00\u79cd\u4eba\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u4e0a\u76f8\u4e92\u4f9d\u5b58\u7684\u54f2\u5b66\u3002<\/p>\n

The central court is actually an elemental space where “water” is the main element, but the feeling it actually try to express is the beautiful combination of light and shadow. The design demonstrates the radiance of water and light, the formation of flowers and shadows, as well as implies a philosophy of human and nature relationship.<\/p>\n

The sunken courtyard is actually a difficulty for this project. Because of the limited space, we abstract the meaning of the wind in the mountains and the water and the valley in order to avoid the monotonous hard paving, which brings back life to the suppressed underground. From the seating of the clubhouse, people may express the courtyard space of \u201cSpecially Cave Heaven\u201d. Here, the story of \u201cnatural wonders\u201d continues, which affords the sunken-down courtyard more light and natural interaction<\/p>\n
