GM LANDSCAPE<\/strong><\/a>: <\/span>Songhu Runfu is located in the Songshan Lake area of Dongguan, surrounded by a large number of high-tech enterprises. It has abundant educational resources, a gathering of schools, and a good atmosphere in the area.At the same time, it is rich in natural resources, beautiful in environment, and suitable for living. It is only 2KM away from Songshan Lake Scenic Area, enjoying high-quality ecological landscapes.<\/p>\n

Analysis found that the site is divided into two zones, north and south, by a 24-hour public passage, and there is a significant height difference between the east-west direction of the site. In addition, the proportion of hard pavement areas on the fire climbing surface is relatively large and the forms are diverse, which poses certain challenges to the overall design and functional layout.Studying the spatial layout of traditional gardens aims to construct a unique homecoming system. Using a corridor system to organically connect the elevated level with various courtyard spaces, creating a smooth flow of movement that combines movement and stillness.At the same time, incorporating the natural elements of Songshan Lake into the design, interpreting the artistic conception of traditional gardens with modern techniques, and creating a livable living space with rich regional characteristics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The 64m large-sized ultra luxury ceremonial door head creates a recognizable and open door interface, and enhances the visibility and sense of territory through the entrance water feature and point landscape design.Thus, a poetic painting of the grand mansion of Dongguan Prefecture in the East slowly unfolds.Symmetrical landscape walls add spatial layers, emphasizing visual extension and field tension. Walking over the floating corridor bridge on the water surface, it is light and ethereal, rendering the entire space elegant and sophisticated.<\/p>\n

The high and low staggered shape of the iron holly tree is elegant and unique, combined with the central water feature to form a sense of ceremony in the overall space, establishing a peaceful spatial atmosphere.The tree shadows sway, the tea fragrance lingers, and the continuity of the building’s joints and columns forms a sense of sequence. Combined with metal mesh curtains, it creates a beautiful Eastern atmosphere of misty rain.<\/p>\n

Passing through the central water courtyard, we have selected nine beautifully shaped pine trees to create a forest. The 100 meter corridor pavilion, combined with the surrounding space, creates a core shared courtyard that combines beauty and functionality.A pleasant living scene takes place in the courtyard, whether it’s a communication salon, birthday party, or night time stargazing around the stove, providing residents with a quality living space that blends nature and socializing.<\/p>\n

Creating a unique layout full of childlike charm and natural atmosphere, with large areas of southern fir and small leaved purple wisteria as the main scenes.Through the use of treehouse IP throughout the entire area, combined with five sense design, multi-dimensional layout and sensory coordination of children’s vision, hearing, touch, etc. are achieved, providing safe, rich and creative activity venues for children.Continuing forward, passing through the elevated corridor towards the southern area, the people’s faces in the public passage blend with the yellow flower wind and Suzuki to create a relaxed and free atmosphere.<\/p>\n
