PLAND\u535a\u5ea6\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8303\u8821\u6545\u91cc\uff0c\u8821\u6eaa\u6cb3\u7554\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5546\u4e1a\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u59ff\u6001\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u7eff\u5e26\u76f8\u4e92\u62e5\u62b1\uff0c\u88ab\u5851\u9020\u6210\u4e3a\u6e56\u7554\u516c\u56ed\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u76f8\u4e92\u6e17\u900f\uff0c\u5305\u5bb9\u5171\u4eab\u4e14\u76f8\u5f97\u76ca\u5f70\u3002<\/p>\n

PERCENT LANDSCAPE DESIGN STUDIO<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe urban commercial complex located in the hometown of Fan Li and by the side of Li Creek, with an open attitude and urban green belt embracing each other, is shaped to be a park by the lake and commercial intertwined, inclusive, shared, and complementary.<\/p>\n

\u8001\u57ce\u533a\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u5145\u6ee1\u70df\u706b\u6c14\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u73b0\u4ee3\u800c\u5177\u6709\u827a\u672f\u6c14\u606f\u7684\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u843d\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6b64\u5373\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u65b0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

In the core of the old city area, there is a common way of life, but a modern and artistic complex is about to be located here and become a new commercial destination.<\/p>\n

\u57fa\u5730\u4f4d\u5904\u8d35\u9633\u8001\u57ce\u5357\u660e\u533a\u706b\u8f66\u7ad9\u5730\u5757\uff0c\u539f\u7701\u4f53\u80b2\u9986\u65e7\u5740\u3002\u5317\u4e34\u89e3\u653e\u8def\uff0c\u4e1c\u4e34\u9075\u4e49\u8def\uff0c\u897f\u4e34\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u9053\uff0c\u897f\u5357\u6709\u5c0f\u4e18\uff0c\u5730\u94c11\u53f7\u7ebf\u7a7f\u5883\u800c\u8fc7\u3002\u5468\u8fb9\u533a\u57df\u5f00\u53d1\u6210\u719f\uff0c\u4ea4\u901a\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u6761\u4ef6\u4f18\u8d28\uff0c\u662f\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u95e8\u6237\u3002<\/p>\n

The base is located on the railway station plot in Nanming District, the old city of Guiyang, and the former site of the Provincial Sports Center. To the north is Jiefang Road, to the east is Zunyi Road, to the west is Renmin Avenue, and to the southwest is a small hill. Subway Line 1 passes through the area. The surrounding area is well-developed, with high-quality transportation and natural conditions, making it an important gateway for the city.<\/p>\n

\u6982\u5ff5\u56f4\u7ed5\u6838\u5fc3\u5185\u8857\u5c55\u5f00\uff0c\u4e1c\u8857\u9047\u89c1\u897f\u8857\uff1b\u516c\u5171\u9047\u89c1\u5546\u4e1a\uff1b\u827a\u672f\u9047\u89c1\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u8425\u9020\u529b\u6c42\u5728\u5145\u6ee1\u70df\u706b\u6c14\u7684\u65e7\u5e02\u53e4\u8857\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u73b0\u4ee3\u7b80\u6d01\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u8857\u533a\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u501f\u52a9\u8fd9\u79cd\u591a\u7ef4\u5ea6\u7684\u4ea4\u4e92\u4e0e\u78b0\u649e\u5f62\u6210\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u573a\u5730\u6c14\u8d28\u5e76\u5e26\u52a8\u6fc0\u6d3b\u57fa\u5730\u6240\u5728\u7684\u8001\u706b\u8f66\u7ad9\u7247\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n

The concept of landscape revolves around the inner street, East street meets West Street; Public meets commerce; Art meets life. The construction of landscape is expected to create a modern and simple landscape block in the old street of the old city, and then form a unique site temperament with the help of this multi-dimensional interaction and collision, and activate the old railway station area where the base is located.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the overall planning and current conditions of the project, the site will be developed into four blocks: Luxury Street, Fashion Street, Sleepless Street, and Half Mountain Street. The landscape provides a concise and powerful foundation for the inner alleys, reserving space for external displays, beauty exhibitions, and artworks. The design points of the landscape itself are reflected in the details, with a seamless design on the minimalist black and white grid paving, reflecting the overall clean and restrained atmosphere of an art museum; Furniture and planting ponds utilize architectural deconstruction techniques, highlighting the beauty of the structure through the overlapping of gaps in stone.<\/p>\n

The main entrance square at the northeast corner is the main street corner display area, with a sculptural water feature as the center of the square, providing a focal point for both inside and outside the venue. Its form extracts natural features such as ridges, waterfalls, and canyons, and presents them in a pure and clean geometric abstraction.<\/p>\n

The construction of the pavement system responds to the original pavement style, using different paving modules to define different spatial boundaries at different spatial scales. The use of colored paving in the central walking experience zone adds variation and contrast.<\/p>\n

The large staircase on the west side connects the commercial and office square, and the edge of the staircase is carved with a whole stone irregular shape, with a strong and simple overall shape.<\/p>\n
