SUPAW HUB is located in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen, with the Nanhai Park to its west. It has open natural urban green spaces, mature commercial facilities, convenient transportation, and lively and diverse community activities, filled with the atmosphere of urban community life. The shop is located between the mall and the park, offering both the convenience of commerce and the opportunity to get close to nature without any distance. It is an ideal place for people and pets to enjoy quiet leisure time and outdoor green space activities, such as sports and play.<\/span><\/p>\n

The design utilizes the site’s topographic conditions, with the entrance area featuring a series of raised steps that are public and open, creating multiple platform spaces of varying heights that are enclosed by planting beds to form rest areas of varying scales. This provides more public seating and creates a flexible and diverse circulation route, while maximizing the view of the park and creating an open, stable, and cohesive outdoor leisure space experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

The stepped facade design makes the modern and minimalist architectural facade scale more approachable and diverse, which plays a role in optimizing the urban interface: the transparent facade is fully open to the outdoors, eliminating the sense of boundary between indoors and outdoors, guiding people to come and go freely, and fully radiating the comfortable and stable commercial atmosphere into the public street area.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u533a\u522b\u4e8e\u5e38\u89c4\u7684\u4e34\u8857\u94fa\u4f4d\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u5e97\u94fa\u5165\u53e3\u4f5c\u4e3a\u57ce\u5e02\u666f\u89c2\u7eff\u5730\u7684\u5ef6\u7eed\uff0c\u5f31\u5316\u573a\u5730\u7684\u9886\u57df\u611f\uff0c\u4eff\u4f5b\u6b65\u5165\u5c71\u5761\u81ea\u7136\u800c\u4eb2\u8fd1\uff0c\u5bbd\u5927\u7684\u6728\u5236\u957f\u51f3\u642d\u914d\u690d\u7269\u6c60\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u4f20\u9012\u7740\u516c\u5171\u666f\u89c2\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u6c14\u8d28\uff0c\u4e3a\u5e02\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u5904\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u4f11\u606f\u573a\u6240\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Unlike conventional street-front shops, the entrance to the store is intended to continue the urban landscape green space, weaken the sense of enclosure of the site, making it feel like stepping onto a hill and becoming close to nature. The design of the wide wooden benches and planting pools conveys the atmosphere of a public landscape garden, providing citizens with an ideal place to rest.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4e0d\u540c\u9ad8\u4f4e\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u5ea7\u4f4d\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6070\u5f53\u597d\u5904\uff0c\u5c06\u573a\u5730\u5185\u7edd\u4f73\u7684\u516c\u56ed\u666f\u89c2\u5c3d\u6536\u773c\u5e95\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e86\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u666f\u89c2\u7eff\u5730\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u66f4\u52a0\u4eb2\u548c\u3001\u5b9e\u7528\u3001\u5b89\u5b9a\u95f2\u9002\u7684\u4f11\u95f2\u573a\u666f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The installation of the large skylight directs the entire space towards the park, amplifying the landscape view within the site, and utilizing the higher indoor clearance height, a partial second floor was built on the inner side to create a high-low division: the high area is close to nature and full of joyful movement, while the low area is stable and comfortable, meeting the needs of different functional scenarios such as coffee leisure, retail display, lectures and training, pet play, and multi-functional activities. The addition of the second floor meets the area demand for washing and boarding services.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5229\u7528\u573a\u5730\u539f\u6709\u9ad8\u5dee\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u51fa\u591a\u7ec4\u9ad8\u4f4e\u9519\u843d\u7684\u53f0\u9636\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u6807\u9ad8\u7684\u53f0\u9762\u548c\u5ea7\u4f4d\u5c06\u591a\u79cd\u4e1a\u6001\u573a\u666f\u5b8c\u6574\u7edf\u7b79\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff1a\u5bbd\u5927\u4f4e\u77ee\u7684\u96f6\u552e\u4e2d\u5c9b\u3001\u5305\u88f9\u611f\u5f3a\u7684\u516c\u5171\u5361\u5ea7\u3001\u5229\u4e8e\u793e\u4ea4\u7684\u7eff\u690d\u5427\u53f0\uff0c\u7075\u6d3b\u7684\u5899\u9762\u5c55\u793a\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u4e86\u53ef\u901b\u3001\u53ef\u73a9\u3001\u53ef\u5750\u3001\u53ef\u805a\u7684\u66f4\u4e3a\u591a\u6837\u5316\u7684\u4eba\u5ba0\u4ea4\u4e92\u573a\u666f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Utilizing the existing topography, a series of stepped spaces of varying heights were designed, integrating various business scenarios: wide, low retail islands, strong enveloping public seating areas, green plant bars for socializing, flexible wall displays, etc. This creates a more diverse and interactive space for people and pets to explore, play, sit, and gather.<\/span><\/p>\n

This greatly alleviates the anxiety and unease that pets feel when they are in unfamiliar spaces. By dispersing pets across different elevations, the sense of territory and the sense of intimidation caused by size differences are mitigated. From the perspective of space, the design strives to maintain the emotional stability and physical relaxation of pets.<\/span><\/p>\n

The large glass curtain wall is open and transparent, providing excellent lighting for the interior while offering a panoramic view of the park landscape, creating an exceptional experience of sitting on a hilltop overlooking the entire urban landscape. The blurred boundary between indoors and outdoors allows the space to be released and extended, with the natural park atmosphere complementing the lively and pet-friendly atmosphere within, creating a linkage and mutual enhancement between the two.<\/span><\/p>\n
