IUA Ignacio Urquiza Arquitectos<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u57ce\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f4e\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4f4f\u5b85\u533a\uff0c\u636e\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5206\u533a\u6cd5\u89c4\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u6bcf 1,000\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4ec5\u5141\u8bb8\u5efa\u9020\u4e00\u5ea7\u4f4f\u5b85\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u8be5\u6cd5\u89c4\u751f\u6548\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u5730\u5757\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u62c6\u5206\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6848\u4f8b\u3002\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u4fbf\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a 400 \u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u573a\u5730\uff0c\u6b63\u9762\u5bbd10\u7c73\uff0c\u7eb5\u6df140\u7c73\u3002<\/p>\n

IUA Ignacio Urquiza Arquitectos<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe project is located in a low-density residential area in Mexico City, where zoning rules currently permit one house to be built per each 1,000 m2 of land. In this area, there are a number of lots that were subdivided before this norm came into force, but they are few and they tend to have specific characteristics. In this case we worked with a 400 m2 site that has a 10-meter frontage and is 40 meters in depth.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u72ed\u957f\u7684\u5f62\u6001\u4e0e\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u89c4\u8303\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4f4f\u5b85\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u5916\u90e8\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u524d\u540e\u5404\u67095\u7c73\u9000\u754c\uff0c\u4e24\u4fa7\u5219\u6709 3 \u7c73\u4fa7\u5411\u9000\u754c\uff0c\u4e25\u683c\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\u8303\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The narrow, elongated site\u2014combined with the strict norms in force\u2014were the first external factors determining the form of the house. The restrictions to the front and the rear, both of 5 meters, combined with the lateral setback of 3 meters, decide the exact perimeter of the construction.<\/p>\n

The design strategy pointed towards creating the largest possible interior space, while seeking a sensation of openness and a continuous relationship with the exterior. As a result, a perimeter garden\u2014designed to be like a cloud forest\u2014surrounds three sides of the steel and glass structure. At the center of the project, adjacent to the vertical circulations, another garden is inserted in a void that multiplies this interior-exterior relationship and the breadth, while also functioning as a nucleus regulating the ambient temperature.<\/p>\n

The rigidity of the volume is softened with specific gestures and interventions; the strict modulation is adapted to the use and the program it contains, while the perimeter of the exterior space is continually interrupted by vegetation. The basement voids suggest an interior and exterior circulation of the volume; the reflective fa\u00e7ade endows it with a shifting appearance that makes it different and new over the course of the day and with new weather conditions.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u6309\u697c\u5c42\u5212\u5206\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u5e03\u5c40\uff1a\u5730\u4e0b\u5ba4\u5305\u542b\u670d\u52a1\u8bbe\u65bd\u5e76\u5177\u5907\u5176\u4ed6\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e86\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u3001\u6e38\u620f\u5ba4\u3001\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u548c\u9152\u7a96\uff1b\u4e00\u697c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e0e\u73af\u7ed5\u5f0f\u5ead\u9662\u76f4\u63a5\u76f8\u8fde\uff1b\u800c\u5c4b\u9876\u9732\u53f0\u4f4d\u4e8e\u76f8\u90bb\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u548c\u5c4b\u9876\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u662f\u4f4f\u5b85\u793e\u4ea4\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u5c5e\u4e8e\u513f\u7ae5\u6e38\u4e50\u533a\u3002\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u697c\u5c42\u901a\u8fc7\u5782\u76f4\u5faa\u73af\u548c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5c0f\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fde\u63a5\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u4f20\u7edf\u5efa\u7b51\u4f53\u5757\u7684\u5355\u4e00\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

The interior of the volume is dynamic, with double-height spaces, bridges and roofed external terraces that interweave with the structure to generate a spatial sensation that flows with the exterior and the habitation of the box.<\/p>\n

The program is grouped and distributed by floor; a basement contains the services and additional uses such as gym, games room, office and wine cellar. The first floor distributes the social areas of the house and establishes them in direct relation to the perimeter garden. The second floors comprises three bedrooms, while the roof terrace, between adjacent gardens and clay roofs, is an extension of the house\u2019s social space, wholly given over to a children\u2019s play area. These four levels are articulated by the vertical circulations and the different voids that break up the uniformity of the box.<\/p>\n
