Alarcia Ferrer Arquitectos<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5730\u65b9\u662f\u963f\u6839\u5ef7\u524d\u603b\u7edfJ.A.Roca\u7684\u65e7\u907f\u6691\u522b\u5885\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u88ab\u6539\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u5bb6\u9152\u5e97\u3002\u4f4d\u4e8e\u79d1\u5c14\u591a\u74e6\u5e02\uff08Cordoba\uff09<\/span>\u5317\u90e8\uff0c\u7531\u4e00\u7ec419\u4e16\u7eaa\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u7531Carlos Thays\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7eff\u6811\u6210\u836b\u7684\u68a6\u5e7b\u516c\u56ed\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u96c4\u4f1f\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u6e56\u7ec4\u6210\u3002\u65b0\u7684\u201c\u5957\u623f\u201d\u7ed3\u5408\u4e86\u5386\u53f2\u548c\u666f\u89c2\u53c2\u8003\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u5b83\u4eec\u6839\u636e\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u5730\u70b9\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a<\/span>\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9152\u5e97\u7684\u6269\u5c55\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Alarcia Ferrer Arquitectos<\/a>\uff1a<\/strong>The rural pircas, so characteristic of the mountain landscape of C\u00f3rdoba, have the function of enclosing or limiting a piece of land. In this case, they delimit a space of use, some en-suite rooms as an expansion of a hotel. The place in question corresponds to the former summer stay of former Argentine president J.A. Roca transformed into a hotel. Located north of the city of C\u00f3rdoba and composed of a group of 19th century buildings, a fantastic park with leafy trees – designed by Carlos Thays – and a majestic artificial lake. The new \u201csuites\u201d incorporate historical and landscape references to codify them in a project according to their time and place.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u67097\u5835\u5e73\u884c\u7684\u5bbd\u77f3\u5899\uff0c\u5899\u58c1\u9002\u5e94\u4e86\u6811\u6728\u548c\u5730\u5f62\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u4e4b\u95f4\u76f8\u96945\u7c73\uff0c\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u81ea\u7136\u98ce\u666f\u6846\u5165\u95f4\u9694\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2a\u623f\u95f4\u91cc\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The project, 7 wide parallel stone walls spaced 5 meters apart that support a wooden roof inclined to a water generating rooms inside. These walls and ceilings adapt to the natural preexistence of trees and topography until their precise location is found in the place.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each room is composed of a front entrance gallery, a bedroom, a light and ventilation patio, and a wet core – bathroom, bathroom and shower. The patio, in addition to cross ventilation and lighting, functions as a separator between the living space and the bathroom, and the dividing walls allow storage and facilities to be housed inside.
