\u5c06\u6c5f\u5357\u6c34\u4e61\u7684\u7ec6\u817b\u4e0e\u5de5\u5546\u4e1a\u540d\u57ce\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u8109\u7edc\u76f8\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u5177\u6709\u72ec\u7279\u65e0\u9521\u98ce\u60c5\u7684\u90fd\u5e02\u82b1\u56ed\u3002\u4ee5\u201c\u6c5f\u5357\u6d77\u6d3e\u00b7 \u5962\u85cf\u82b1\u56ed\u201d\u4e3a\u6838\u5fc3\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u63a2\u5bfb\u96c5\u81f4\u7684\u89c6\u91ce\u4e0e\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u5962\u4f88\uff0c\u5728\u4e8e\u65e2\u80fd\u62e5\u6709\u4eb2\u5bc6\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u53c8\u6709\u5f00\u653e\u6027\u7684\u6237\u5916\u9886\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

The project is located in the core area of the Jingkai, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, adjacent to Line 4, with well-developed surrounding transportation. The 1.5-kilometer living service circle contains multiple commercial areas, making life convenient. The 3-kilometer living service circle contains multiple schools, with complete educational facilities. It is surrounded by several wetland parks and is only 3 kilometers away from Taihu Lake, with rich landscape resources.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project integrates the local culture of Wuxi, respects fashion and refinement, and creates a sense of ceremony and luxury. The design is simplified and refined, integrating an elegant and luxurious modern style to create a purely immersive experience, redefining “resort hotel residence +”.<\/p>\n

Integrate the delicacy of Jiangnan with the historical context of a famous industrial and commercial city to create an urban garden with a unique Wuxi style. With the core concept of “Jiangnan Shanghai Style \u00b7 Luxury Collection Garden”, it explores elegant views and experiences in the high-density urban environment. True luxury lies in having both an intimate private space and an open outdoor territory.<\/p>\n

\u4ee5\u65e0\u9521\u6587\u5316\u7279\u8272\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u63d0\u53d6\u5e02\u82b1\u201c\u6885\u82b1\u201d\u53ca\u9521\u7ee3\u5143\u7d20\u8fdb\u884c\u6f14\u53d8\uff0c\u878d\u5165\u666f\u5899\u683c\u6805\u53ca\u5165\u53e3\u94fa\u88c5\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u4e13\u5c5e\u7684\u6c5f\u5357\u6d77\u6d3e\u9886\u57df\u611f\u53ca\u827a\u672f\u6027\u3002\u5962\u77f3\u7acb\u9762\u642d\u914d\u7cbe\u81f4\u91d1\u5c5e\u7ec6\u8282\u6784\u5efa\u5c0a\u8d35\u793c\u4eea\u95e8\u5934\uff0c\u8fce\u5bbe\u6c34\u666f\u7ed3\u5408\u73af\u5c9b\u843d\u5ba2\u8425\u9020\u9152\u5e97\u5f0f\u5f52\u5bb6\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4ece\u57ce\u5e02\u754c\u9762\u5230\u5f52\u5fc3\u96c5\u5883\u7684\u8bd7\u610f\u8f6c\u573a\u3002<\/p>\n

Based on the cultural characteristics of Wuxi, the city flower “plum blossom” and Wuxi embroidery elements are extracted and evolved. The patterns are integrated into the landscape wall grilles and paving to create a sense of domain and artistry of the Jiangnan Shanghai style. The luxurious stone combined with metallic details creates a noble entrance. The welcoming water feature combined with the island-wide drop-off creates a hotel-style homecoming experience, achieving a poetic transition from the urban interface to home.<\/p>\n

The way home unfolds symmetrically. The dragon scale-patterned wall on the east side is thick and grand. People return home among the shimmering water and the sparse shadows of the Chinese tallow tree. At the end of the footpath, an artistic contrast is formed by water features and a landscape wall, presenting a sense of the homecaric ritual of “water and stones complementing each other”. Plants float above the water surface, forming a dialogue between the real and the virtual.<\/p>\n

Introducing the concept of vacation-style living experience, a swimming pool is created in the central landscape area, and vacation-style seats are arranged around the pool like floating islands. The sunken booths outside the swimming pool are surrounded by mist, forming a dialogue with the surrounding fountains and creating a space under the forest. The guest lounge on one side of the swimming pool, with coffee during the day and wine at night, realizes the transformation of a 24-hour micro-vacation life scene.<\/p>\n

The guest lounge takes the “tree-lined social theater” as its starting point, ingeniously integrating the open lawn with the space under the forest. It is complemented by outdoor furniture and artistic landscape walls to create a forest-style guest lounge that combines social vitality and ecological charm.<\/p>\n
