\u5728\u4e61\u6751\u632f\u5174\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u4e61\u6751\u65c5\u6e38\u7684\u5927\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ece2022\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u5e90\u6c5f\u53bf\u5728\u957f\u51b2\u6751\u5927\u529b\u53d1\u5c55\u4e61\u6751\u6587\u65c5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u63a8\u8fdb\u3002\u968f\u7740\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u4e61\u6751\u4f11\u95f2\u5ea6\u5047\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u843d\u5730\u5efa\u6210\uff0c\u52302024\u5e74\u957f\u51b2\u4eb2\u5b50\u8c37\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u4e3a\u5b89\u5fbd\u7701\u5185\u4ee5\u4eb2\u5b50\u6e38\u4e50\u3001\u4f11\u95f2\u5ea6\u5047\u4e3a\u7279\u8272\u7684\u4e61\u6751\u65c5\u6e38\u53d1\u5c55\u54c1\u724c\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e9f\u9700\u4e00\u4e2a\u65c5\u6e38\u7efc\u5408\u670d\u52a1\u8bbe\u65bd\u6765\u5b8c\u5584\u3001\u63d0\u5347\u957f\u51b2\u4eb2\u5b50\u8c37\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u63a5\u5f85\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

VIASCAPE design<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a<\/span>Located in the core area of\u00a0Changchong Family Valley, Lujiang County, Anhui Province,\u00a0Changchong Village Rural Tourism Service Cluster\u00a0sits adjacent to X070 County Road to the east\uff0ccovering an area of approximately\u00a06,738\u33a1\u00a0with a\u00a03,030\u33a1\u00a0floor area. This site is transformed from a\u00a0deserted\u00a0state-owned tea factory\u00a0into a\u00a0comprehensive\u00a0service facility, combining\u00a0dining, tea\/coffee shops, cultural exhibitions, and a community service center\u00a0for local villagers. Against the backdrop of\u00a0rural revitalization\u00a0and the development of\u00a0rural tourism, Lujiang County has been actively promoting cultural and tourism projects in Changchong Village since\u00a02022. With the completion of a series of\u00a0leisure and recreational\u00a0facilities,\u00a0Changchong Valley\u00a0has emerged as a\u00a0branded rural tourism destination\u00a0in Anhui Province, renowned for its\u00a0family-friendly recreation services and holiday experiences. Meanwhile, a\u00a0tourism service cluster\u00a0is required\u00a0as an integrated service facility to further enhance the\u00a0overall capacity.<\/p>\n

VIA\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u4e8e2024\u5e74\u4e2d\u5f00\u59cb\u8fdb\u884c\u73b0\u573a\u8c03\u7814\u4e0e\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u4ece\u6574\u4f53\u73af\u5883\u770b\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u957f\u51b2\u4eb2\u5b50\u8c37\u88ab\u8336\u5c71\u73af\u62b1\u3001\u5468\u8fb9\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u4f18\u8d8a\uff0c\u5176\u7279\u5f81\u662f\u7b26\u5408\u57ce\u5e02\u5ba2\u7fa4\u7684\u4e61\u6751\u65c5\u6e38\u504f\u597d\u7684\u3002\u5c31\u6751\u5e84\u98ce\u8c8c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u957f\u51b2\u6751\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6781\u5176\u666e\u901a\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u5f0f\u4e61\u6751\uff0c\u662f\u57fa\u4e8e\u5b85\u57fa\u5730\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u5c0f\u5c3a\u5ea6\u6751\u5e84\u5efa\u7b51\u96f6\u6563\u53c8\u96c6\u7ea6\u7684\u5728\u5c71\u5773\u4e2d\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u672c\u5730\u4e61\u571f\u805a\u843d\u3002\u5728\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u6d17\u793c\u4e0b\uff0c\u8fd140\u5e74\u6765\u4e0d\u540c\u65f6\u671f\u7684\u81ea\u53d1\u5efa\u9020\u4e0e\u4fee\u8865\u3001\u6539\u5efa\u75d5\u8ff9\u7684\u53e0\u5408\uff0c\u5219\u8ba9\u8fd9\u4e2a\u51e0\u4e4e\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5efa\u7b51\u5143\u7d20\u7279\u8272\u7684\u6751\u843d\u53cd\u800c\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u81ea\u7136\u3001\u653e\u677e\u4e0e\u4eb2\u548c\u7684\u5b9c\u4eba\u611f\u53d7\u3002\u518d\u770b\u65b0\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u6587\u65c5\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5219\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u8d8b\u5411\u4e24\u6781\u5316\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u6001\u52bf\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u5357\u4fa7\u4e00\u4e9b\u57fa\u4e8e\u73b0\u72b6\u6751\u5e84\u5efa\u7b51\u6539\u5efa\u7684\u6c11\u5bbf\u3001\u8336\u5496\u7b49\u9879\u76ee\u603b\u4f53\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u878d\u5165\u957f\u51b2\u6751\u65e2\u6709\u6587\u8109\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u7684\u72b6\u6001\uff1b\u800c\u5728\u5317\u4fa7\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u4eb2\u5b50\u6e38\u4e50\u7c7b\u9879\u76ee\u548c\u5c0f\u578b\u4f11\u95f2\u670d\u52a1\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5219\u56e0\u4e3a\u8bbe\u65bd\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u6e38\u4e50\u5c5e\u6027\u539f\u56e0\u6216\u8fd0\u8425\u65b9\u7684\u201c\u7f51\u7ea2\u6548\u679c\u201d\u8ffd\u6c42\uff0c\u591a\u5c11\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u5728\u4f53\u91cf\u3001\u98ce\u8c8c\u4e0a\u4e0e\u65e2\u6709\u73af\u5883\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u878d\u5408\u7684\u72b6\u6001\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u5bf9\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7834\u9898\u7684\u8d77\u70b9\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

We commenced on-site survey\u00a0and design work in 2024. From a broader perspective, Changchong Valley is embraced by tea hills, boasting an exceptional natural environment that aligns perfectly with urban tourists’ preferences.\u00a0In terms of characteristics, Changchong village is a fairly ordinary Chinese countryside settlement\u2014a small-scale, scattered yet compact cluster of vernacular buildings nestled in the lap\u00a0of a mountain basin, developed primarily from\u00a0residential homesteads. The\u00a0spontaneous construction, repairs, and renovations over\u00a0the past four decades bear traces of different eras. This gave\u00a0this architecturally unremarkable village a natural, relaxed, welcoming, and pleasant charm.\u00a0However, some\u00a0newly developed cultural and tourism projects reveal a polarizing trend. To the south of our site, adaptive renovation projects such as guesthouses and teahouses converted from existing village structures generally blend well into Changchong’s original context and natural surroundings. While\u00a0to the north, certain family-oriented recreational facilities and small leisure service projects exhibit certain\u00a0degrees of incompatibility in terms of scale and visual language, possibly due to their amusement-driven designs or the operators’ pursuit of internet influencer’s aesthetics.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e1a\u6001\u5e03\u5c40\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e3a\u5ef6\u7eed\u672c\u5730\u6751\u6c11\u7684\u5171\u540c\u73af\u5883\u8bb0\u5fc6\u3001\u6ee1\u8db3\u57ce\u5e02\u5ba2\u7fa4\u7684\u4e61\u6751\u98ce\u8c8c\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u4f53\u9a8c\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u786e\u5b9a\u4e86\u5982\u4e0b\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7b56\u7565\uff1a\u2460\u4ee5\u5c0f\u5c3a\u5ea6\u5f62\u4f53\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u505a\u201c\u8857\u533a\/\u6751\u843d\u5f0f\u201d\u7ec4\u5408\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u6d88\u89e33030\u33a1\u5efa\u7b51\u603b\u91cf\u5728\u89c6\u89c9\u611f\u53d7\u4e0a\u5bf9\u73b0\u72b6\u4e61\u6751\u73af\u5883\u7684\u51b2\u51fb\u4e0e\u201c\u4fb5\u5165\u6027\u201d\uff1b\u2461\u4ee5\u5f53\u4ee3\u6574\u4f53\u8bbe\u8ba1\u903b\u8f91\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7a7a\u95f4\u5efa\u6784\u3001\u6a21\u62df\u672c\u5730\u4e61\u571f\u6751\u843d\u611f\u53d7\u4e3a\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u98ce\u8c8c\u4e0a\u4e0e\u5357\u5317\u4e24\u4fa7\u73b0\u72b6\u4e61\u6751\u6587\u65c5\u9879\u76ee\u505a\u9002\u5ea6\u878d\u5408\uff1b\u2462\u5f3a\u5316\u9879\u76ee\u5185\u90e8\u4e0e\u5468\u8fb9\u5c71\u4f53\u3001\u6751\u843d\u3001\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\u901a\u7545\u4e0e\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u901a\u8fbe\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Upon fulfilling the programmatic requirements, we established the following design strategies that both keep the collective environmental memory of local villagers and meet visitors’ expectations for an authentic rural experience:1 “Block\/Village-Style” composition with massing in Small-Scale to mitigate the visual impact and perceived “intrusiveness” of the 3,030\u33a1 building complex within the existing rural context.2Apply contemporary design method to manage spatial construction while targeting at emulating a vernacular ambiance. Try to bridge different styles between the northern and southern tourism developments.3Enhance visual and physical connectivity between space of this projectand surrounding mountains, adjacent villages, and parking areas.<\/p>\n

\u957f\u51b2\u6751\u4e61\u6751\u65c5\u6e38\u670d\u52a1\u805a\u843d\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u8bbe\u8ba1\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u591a\u6b21\u590d\u5408\u201c\u62c6\u5206-\u62fc\u8d34\u201d\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u4e1a\u6001\u5e03\u5c40\u4e0e\u529f\u80fd\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5f62\u62105\u4e2a\u76f8\u5bf9\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u529f\u80fd\u4f53\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u573a\u5730\u5185\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5206\u533a\u3002\u5e76\u5c065\u4e2a\u529f\u80fd\u4f53\u4ee5\u56f4\u5408\u9662\u843d\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5f62\u6210\u7a7a\u95f4\u7ec4\u5408\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f62\u6210\u5c3a\u5ea6\u5408\u5b9c\u7684\u573a\u5730\u5185\u5f00\u653e\u7a7a\u95f4\u6b65\u884c\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u4fdd\u8bc1\u9879\u76ee\u5185\u5916\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0e\u89c6\u7ebf\u8fde\u7eed\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6bcf\u4e2a\u529f\u80fd\u4f53\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u7ec6\u5316\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u62c6\u5206\u5f62\u4f53\uff0c\u4f7f\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u5efa\u7b51\u529f\u80fd\u4f53\u53d8\u6210\u4e00\u7ec4\u7531\u82e5\u5e72\u5360\u5730\u66f4\u5c0f\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5f62\u4f53\u62fc\u8d34\u6210\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u7ec4\u7fa4\u3002\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u66f4\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u660e\u786e\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5c0f\u4f53\u5757\u5f00\u95e8\u5f00\u7a97\u7684\u865a\u5b9e\u5173\u7cfb\u540e\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5c06\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5c0f\u4f53\u5757\u8fdb\u884c\u89c6\u89c9\u611f\u53d7\u4e0a\u7684\u5206\u89e3\uff0c\u4ee5\u6c42\u6bcf\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5f62\u4f53\u5728\u89c6\u89c9\u611f\u53d7\u4e0a\u63a5\u8fd1\u672c\u5730\u4e61\u571f\u6751\u5e84\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u4f53\u91cf\u4e0e\u5c3a\u5ea6\u3002\u7136\u540e\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u672c\u5730\u6751\u843d\u4e3b\u8981\u5efa\u7b51\u6750\u6599\u7684\u8c03\u7814\u4e0e\u5f52\u7eb3\uff0c\u9009\u5b9a\u5c0f\u9752\u7816\u3001\u6bdb\u77f3\u3001\u6d45\u8272\u6d82\u6599\uff08\u767d\u8272\u3001\u7c73\u9ec4\u8272\uff09\u3001\u6728\u677f\u7b49\u4e3a\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u6750\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6750\u6599\u5bf9\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u6240\u6709\u5f62\u4f53\u8fdb\u884c\u590d\u5408\u5f0f\u7684\u62fc\u8d34\uff0c\u4ee5\u6b64\u6a21\u62df\u672c\u5730\u4e61\u571f\u5efa\u7b51\u7ecf\u8fc7\u5386\u65f6\u5efa\u9020\u6240\u5177\u6709\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u3001\u4e30\u5bcc\u4e0e\u534f\u8c03\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u6548\u679c\u3002\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u5728\u5c40\u90e8\u91cd\u8981\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff08\u89c6\u89c9\u7126\u70b9\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u4e3b\u8981\u51fa\u5165\u53e3\u7b49\uff09\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5f69\u8272\u91d1\u5c5e\u6784\u4ef6\u6216\u690d\u5165\u8bc6\u522b\u5ea6\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u5177\u8c61\u51e0\u4f55\u5f62\u6001\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u7ec6\u90e8\u62fc\u8d34\uff0c\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u914d\u5408\u4e0e\u5f15\u5bfc\u540e\u7eed\u7684\u5ba4\u5185\u9648\u8bbe\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u5ba4\u5916\u7f8e\u9648\u5e03\u7f6e\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u4e3a\u62df\u5316\u7684\u4e61\u571f\u771f\u5b9e\u6027\u589e\u52a0\u4e00\u62b9\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5f53\u4ee3\u6d88\u8d39\u7684\u8272\u5f69\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The design of the Changchong Village Tourism Service Cluster was an\u00a0iterative process of “deconstruction and collage”. First, the scheme was divided into\u00a0five relatively independent building units based on programs and functional requirements, therefore creating distinct functional zones within the site. These units were then arranged around enclosed courtyards to\u00a0ensure a human-scale pedestrian experience within the site and to maintain\u00a0visual and behavioral continuity\u00a0between the project and its surroundings. Next, each unit was subdivided into smaller spatial volumes through further functional definitions, transforming them into\u00a0clusters with much smaller floor area. Subsequently, detailed functional studies suggest the location of openings (doors and windows) in each small volume. A visual breakdown was conducted to\u00a0let the design mimic the organic rhythm\u00a0of indigenous rural construction. After surveying and analyzing local building traditions, we selected grey bricks, natural stone, light-toned paints (white\/beige), and wooden planks\u00a0as main\u00a0materials. These materials were then collaged across all volumes to create a\u00a0natural, multi-layered, and harmonious\u00a0characteristic with incremental construction over time.\u00a0Finally,\u00a0geometric symbol or colored metal door\/window frames were introduced at Important spots such as focal points, main entrances.<\/p>\n

\u25bd<\/span>\u4e61\u6751\u65c5\u6e38\u670d\u52a1\u805a\u843d\u75315\u4e2a\u76f8\u5bf9\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u529f\u80fd\u4f53\u4ee5\u56f4\u5408\u9662\u843d\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5f62\u6210 @CreatAR Images<\/span><\/p>\n

To align with the small-scale collage approach and reduce on-site construction time, the design proposed a 3m\u00d73m grid of small steel columns\u00a0as\u00a0the structural framework of four groups of buildings. Certain columns are removed to allow larger spans. Exposed steel roof structures are suggested to be preserved to keep the spatial context with the benefit of cutting overall budgets. The restaurant building, however, followed a\u00a0reinforced concrete frame structure. Its raw texture finish will talk\u00a0with refined signage to create\u00a0a visual tension.<\/p>\n

This design demonstrates how a newly built project uses Changchong village as a design lab, blending itself into an ordinary Chinese village’s landscape\u00a0through a design process that redefines a traditional \u201ctourist center\u201d as a \u201c Rural Tourism Service Cluster\u201d.<\/p>\n

In contrast to the prolonged design processes and complicated decision-making procedures of public projects in Chinese first and second-tier cities, rural areas have undeniably become the nation’s most dynamic “design lab” and “collaborative creative field” for contemporary design. Many rural design practices nowadays showcase remarkable creativity. On the other hand, the relatively tolerant environment in rural areas has also allowed new constructions that are incompatible with the existing fabric. Yet, these organic and vibrant rural landscapes are not only the living environment for local villagers but also an essential medium for rural tourism. The challenge of this project, therefore, was to combine new constructions with existing rural environments with the help of contemporary design methods. In the design of this project, we employed a multi-element collage of form and materiality to shape the 3,030\u33a1 tourist center into a spatial cluster that harmonizes with the natural texture.<\/p>\n
