Fuses Viader Arquitectes<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8fd9\u5ea7\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u5750\u843d\u5728\u5e0c\u814a\u7f57\u9a6c\u5f0f\u5efa\u7b51Empuries\u7684\u4e1c\u5357\u7aef\uff0c\u6000\u62b1\u5e0c\u814a\u5c3c\u4e9a\u6ce2\u5229\u65af\u7684\u7f8e\u666f\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u76f8\u5f53\u9690\u853d\u7684\u573a\u5730\u8d4b\u4e88\u4e86\u5b83\u4f20\u627f\u6027\u548c\u666f\u89c2\u4e50\u8da3\u3002<\/p>\n

Fuses Viader Arquitectes<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aWith beautiful views of the Greek Neapolis, The new building is located in the south-east end of the architectural greco-roman set of Empuries. It is a highly sensitive place given its patrimonial and landscape interest.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u6253\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u6df7\u5408\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6e38\u5ba2\u6b22\u8fce\u533a\u3001\u552e\u7968\u67dc\u53f0\u3001\u5546\u5e97\u3001\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u623f\u95f4\u3001\u5496\u5561\u5e97\u3001\u5e26\u6709\u9732\u53f0\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u9910\u9986\u3002\u603b\u5efa\u7b51\u9762\u79ef\u4e3a1079\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u3002<\/p>\n

The project opens a mixed program with a visitors welcome area, ticket desk, shop, multi-purpose room, coffee shop, restaurant with terrace and service facilities. The overall built area is 1079sqm.<\/p>\n

\u65b0\u5efa\u9020\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u5e76\u4e0d\u8bd5\u56fe\u6a21\u4eff\u6216\u52a0\u5165Empuries\u7684\u201c\u9ad8\u5927\u5efa\u7b51\u201d\uff0c\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u5b83\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u57fa\u5730\u5468\u56f4\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n

The architecture of The new building does not try to emulate or to join The “strong architecture” of Empuries, on The opposite side, it grids a building that becomes a part of The surrounding gardens.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u5efa\u7b51\u5229\u7528\u9053\u8def\u9876\u5c42\u548c\u5730\u52bf\u5e95\u5c42\u4e4b\u95f4\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5dee\uff0c\u5efa\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u534a\u57cb\u5f0f\u5355\u5c42\u7eff\u8272\u5c4b\u9876\u5efa\u7b51\u3002\u4e0e\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n

The building USES The existing height difference between The top level of The road and The low one of The terrain, to build a half-buried single floor with green roof. Becoming one with the surrounding gardens and reducing the visual impact of the new construction.<\/p>\n

\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u90fd\u662f\u7528\u540c\u4e00\u79cd\u6750\u6599\u5236\u6210\u7684:\u94a2\u7b4b\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\uff0c\u7531\u516c\u53f8\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u5899\u58c1\u7528\u5939\u5728\u6728\u677f\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u85e4\u6761\uff0c\u5730\u677f\u7528\u7070\u6ce5\u6750\u6599\u3002\u8fd9\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u5efa\u7b51\u7fa4\u4e2d\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u8fde\u7eed\u6027\u548c\u7279\u8272\u9c9c\u660e\u7684\u5916\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n

All the construction is made with a single material: Reinforced concrete, with the company finishes. Cane for between wooden planks for walls and plastered the for the floor. This creates continuity and a stony and stark look throughout the complex.<\/p>\n

The plan organizes The building in a linear scheme that ACTS as a transitional space between The access zone and The monumental complex, with a sequence of two compressions, One at the entrance of the building and another one exiting forward the ruins with a widening in the central zone, Where a semi-covered patio is a link between the different intended USES<\/p>\n
