MW’ LANDSCAPE ARCHIECTURE<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aOn the south side of this case, Tonghai Park is directly connected to the coast of Yazhou Bay, and on the other side, it is integrated into the central park of Yazhou Science and Technology City, managing the central ecological axis of the entire deep-sea science and technology city, bringing a more natural and concentrated beauty to regional life.<\/span><\/p>\n

When I first entered the site, my first impression was that the water surface was relatively open, well cultivated, and the revetment morphology and ecological community were rich. The interior of the site was still in a wild state, with weeds growing freely.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5728\u6df1\u5165\u5256\u6790\u57ce\u5e02\u808c\u7406\u4e0e\u573a\u5730\u73b0\u72b6\u540e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fd9\u91cc\u5e94\u627f\u8f7d\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u6587\u5316\u8bb0\u5fc6\u4e0e\u7b26\u53f7\u610f\u8c61\uff0c\u8ba9\u4eba\u4eec\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u96f6\u8ddd\u79bb\u4e92\u52a8\uff0c\u793e\u533a\u5404\u5e74\u9f84\u6bb5\u90fd\u80fd\u5728\u6b64\u5171\u4eab\u7f8e\u597d\u65f6\u5149\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4e00\u4e2a\u771f\u6b63\u5b9c\u4eba\u7684\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5173\u4e4e\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u66f4\u5173\u4e4e\u751f\u6001\u7684\u5171\u751f\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u7247\u88ab\u6f6e\u6c50\u6ecb\u517b\u7684\u7eff\u5730\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u96e8\u6c34\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u571f\u58e4\u547c\u5438\u4e0e\u751f\u7269\u6816\u606f\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u903b\u8f91\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u5957\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u201c\u7eff\u8272\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u7cfb\u7edf\u201d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

After in-depth analysis of the urban texture and site status, we believe that this place should carry the cultural memory and symbolic imagery of the city, allowing people to interact with nature at zero distance, and allowing all age groups in the community to share beautiful moments here.<\/span><\/p>\n

We believe that a truly pleasant park is not only about use, but also about ecological symbiosis. In this green space nourished by tides, we take rainwater management, soil respiration, and biological habitat as the basic logic of design, creating a complete “green infrastructure system”.<\/span><\/p>\n

The entrance square adopts permeable pavement, allowing rainwater to directly infiltrate and reduce drainage pressure; The tree lined garden purifies water and regulates climate through plant filtration and transpiration. Maintain natural ecological embankments in the waterfront area, soften the boundaries with natural stone and aquatic plants, slow down water flow, and restore ecology.<\/span><\/p>\n

Taking into full consideration the submergence landscape effect of the park, the main park road and main recreational space are set at appropriate elevations, so that the park can be used normally during high water levels and provide citizens with a flexible usage experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u5730\u5f62\u8bed\u8a00\uff0c\u5de7\u5999\u5730\u6a21\u7cca\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u8ba9\u4e0d\u540c\u529f\u80fd\u533a\u81ea\u7136\u8fc7\u6e21\u3001\u5f7c\u6b64\u6e17\u900f\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u6e10\u53d8\u4e0e\u878d\u5408\u4e2d\uff0c\u6e38\u4eba\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e5f\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u5177\u5c42\u6b21\u4e0e\u8da3\u5473\u3002\u884c\u8d70\u5176\u95f4\uff0c\u89c6\u7ebf\u968f\u7740\u5730\u52bf\u8d77\u4f0f\u4e0d\u65ad\u88ab\u91cd\u65b0\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u8282\u70b9\u5e26\u6765\u622a\u7136\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u611f\u53d7\u4e0e\u60c5\u7eea\u8282\u594f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

When the boundary between the sea surface and sand dunes is no longer static, but a series of floating islands emerge in the tide, our landscape – the “Island Emergence Plan” – is born.<\/span><\/p>\n

We use “islands and tides” as inspiration elements to construct a variety of site forms, using free curves and terrain areas to blur the boundaries of space, allowing residents to immerse themselves in the natural ecological park. Through the multi-dimensional creation of space, nodes and ecology, we present a natural environment that is organic, artistic and childlike, and relaxing.<\/span><\/p>\n

After deeply understanding the activity needs of the surrounding residents, we chose to use artistic techniques to shape the terrain of the site, divided the areas according to different activities, and “kneaded” “islands” of different forms in the site to showcase the beauty of land art.<\/span><\/p>\n

We cleverly blur the boundaries of space through the language of undulating terrain, allowing different functional areas to naturally transition and permeate each other. In the gradual transition and integration of this space, the user experience of visitors also becomes more layered and interesting.<\/span><\/p>\n

The surface of the ecological parking lot is paved with permeable materials, allowing rainwater to seep into the ground. The dust on the streets is gently brushed by the tree canopy, and the air is filled with fresh sea salt and coconut fragrance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Passing through the parking area under the shade of trees, two winding flower paths stretch out on both sides. Whether returning home in the evening or traveling in the morning, the entrance node of this “coconut wind flower path” will become the warmest bridge between the community and nature – making every entry and exit a ritual of breathing with the green.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the children’s activity area, we took “fishing nets” and “conchs” as inspiration to create an adventure park with a coastal atmosphere. The core of the venue is a set of giant net climbing devices – like the nets cast by fishermen, light and full of tension.<\/span><\/p>\n
