GM LANDSCAPE<\/strong><\/a>:Guangzhou Asian Games City, a new city bearing the glorious memory of the 2010 Asian Games, is undergoing a major ecological and vibrant urban renewal in its core area. In the post-Asian Games era, how to ensure this land transcends its glory days, continues to serve the daily lives of residents, and becomes a vibrant anchor for the regional ecological network is an unavoidable topic in this renovation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4ee5\u4f20\u627f\u81ea\u7136\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4e9a\u8fd0\u7cbe\u795e\u4e3a\u7075\u9b42\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4fee\u590d\u5e76\u5f3a\u5316\u6ee8\u6c34\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u81ea\u7136\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u7684\u65e0\u7f1d\u5171\u878d\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u6c11\u53ef\u53ca\u3001\u5168\u65f6\u5171\u4eab\u3001\u5145\u6ee1\u81ea\u7136\u91ce\u8da3\u4e0e\u84ec\u52c3\u751f\u673a\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u6ee8\u6c34\u6d3b\u529b\u5ba2\u5385\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e9a\u8fd0\u9057\u4ea7\u6ce8\u5165\u6301\u4e45\u751f\u547d\u529b\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e3a\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u65b0\u57ce\u4e2d\u6ee8\u6c34\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8425\u9020\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b9e\u8df5\u6837\u672c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The goal of inheriting the natural and healthy spirit of the Asian Games is to repair and strengthen the waterfront ecosystem, explore the seamless integration of nature, architecture and community, and ultimately create an urban waterfront living room that is accessible to all and shared all the time, full of natural wildness and vitality, injecting lasting vitality into the Asian Games heritage and providing a practical example for the creation of waterfront public spaces in high-density new cities.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4e9a\u8fd0\u516c\u56ed\u62e9\u5740\u5e7f\u5dde\u756a\u79ba\u533a\u4e9a\u8fd0\u57ce\u7efc\u5408\u53d1\u5c55\u533a\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5c9b\u5c16\u5730\u5e26\uff0c\u4e09\u9762\u73af\u6e56\uff0c\u4eab\u6709\u65e0\u53ef\u5339\u654c\u7684270\u5ea6\u5f00\u9614\u6e56\u666f\u89c6\u91ce\u3002\u897f\u5357\u4fa7\u7d27\u90bb\u7247\u533a\u5730\u6807\u4e9a\u8fd0\u57ce\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u80b2\u9986\uff0c\u4e0e\u6210\u719f\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u808c\u7406\u7d27\u5bc6\u5171\u751f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The Asian Games Park is located at the core island tip of the Asian Games City in Panyu District, Guangzhou. Surrounded by the lake on three sides, it offers unparalleled 270-degree panoramic views. Adjacent to the landmark Asian Games Gymnasium on the southwest side, it seamlessly integrates with the mature urban fabric.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u96c6\u5c45\u4f4f\u3001\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u65c5\u6e38\u3001\u4f11\u95f2\u4e8e\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u65b0\u57ce\u95e8\u6237\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u516c\u56ed\u627f\u8f7d\u7740\u8feb\u5207\u7684\u751f\u6001\u4e0e\u516c\u5171\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u5176\u5b9a\u4f4d\u8fdc\u4e0d\u6b62\u4e8e\u670d\u52a1\u5468\u8fb9\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u66f4\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u6210\u4e3a\u8f90\u5c04\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u6c11\u3001\u5438\u5f15\u5168\u6c11\u53c2\u4e0e\u7684\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u57ce\u5e02\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Its purpose goes beyond simply serving surrounding residents; it aspires to become an iconic urban public space that connects and engages Guangzhou citizens.<\/span><\/p>\n

The existing hard revetments not only weaken ecological functions and sever the connection between people and water, but also lead to a lack of waterside spaces. While the waterfront green corridor boasts pristine and wild vegetation, a long-term lack of systematic maintenance and management has left it in a state of disarray, making its ecological landscape value difficult for the public to effectively perceive and utilize. Furthermore, the existing open spaces are limited in function and capacity, making it difficult to meet the growing diverse leisure, exercise, and social needs of the surrounding high-density population and the citizens.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6df1\u523b\u56de\u5e94\u573a\u5730\u7279\u6027\u53ca\u5e02\u6c11\u8bc9\u6c42\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u51b3\u5b9a\u57fa\u4e8e\u73b0\u72b6\u8def\u7f51\u3001\u65e2\u6709\u573a\u5730\u3001\u4fdd\u7559\u73b0\u72b6\u4f18\u8d28\u4e54\u6728\u6765\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e0e\u68b3\u7406\u6574\u4f53\u516c\u56ed\u7a7a\u95f4\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u5728\u6784\u5efa\u97e7\u6027\u751f\u5883\u7f51\u7edc\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u9f84\u53cb\u597d\u3001\u5168\u6c11\u5171\u4eab\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u6001\u6d3b\u529b\u78c1\u6781\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e4b\u6210\u4e3a\u7f1d\u5408\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u3001\u94fe\u63a5\u5386\u53f2\u4e0e\u672a\u6765\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6d3b\u529b\u7ebd\u5e26\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

In response to the characteristics of the site and the demands of citizens, the design decided to organize and sort out the overall park space structure based on the existing road net, site, and preserved trees. While building a resilient habitat, it also creates a natural ecological vitality field that is friendly to all ages and shared by all people, making it a core vitality link that sews together the city and nature, and connects history and the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

The renovation preserves the trees on the site and reconstructs resting pools to activate the forest space, creating a comfortable all-day living environment for the surrounding indigenous residents, attracting them\u00a0to spontaneously form diverse Cantonese-style life scenes such as morning exercises, folk art, and markets, transforming ecological protection into a vibrant container that carries the memory of geographical places, and realizing a symbiotic narrative of natural ecology and urban life.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ecological framework is constructed by creating a landscape base based on naturalistic communities. Distinctive native species are added to the existing vegetation to create a multi-layered space that blends trees, shrubs, and grasses. Addressing the core issue of predominantly hard revetments and weak water accessibility, the design reconstructs the waterfront loop based on the principles of weakening boundaries and restoring natural resilience. A gentle ecological slope into the water, combined with wetland plants, creates a gentle natural shoreline, restores the water-land ecotone, and creates a low-intervention, high-perception, healing spatial atmosphere, achieving a deep integration of ecological function and humanistic experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u653e\u5927\u5c40\u90e8\u8def\u5f84\u521b\u9020\u5f39\u6027\u7a7a\u95f4\u8282\u70b9\uff0c\u5728\u89c6\u91ce\u5f00\u9614\u5904\u5d4c\u5165\u4eb2\u6c34\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u6781\u5927\u7684\u589e\u5f3a\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u5ea6\u4e0e\u89c2\u8d4f\u6027\u3002\u4e34\u6c34\u754c\u9762\u8bbe\u7f6e\u6e7f\u751f\u690d\u7269\u5e26\uff0c\u8f6f\u5316\u786c\u8d28\u8fb9\u754c\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u6784\u5efa\u6c34\u751f\u751f\u7269\u6816\u606f\u5730\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4eba-\u6c34-\u7eff\u7684\u591a\u7ef4\u5171\u751f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

By enlarging some paths to create flexible spaces and setting up waterfront platforms in areas with wide views, the space’s engagement and aesthetic appeal are greatly enhanced. Wetland vegetation belts are installed along the waterfront, softening the hard boundaries while creating a habitat for aquatic life, achieving a multi-dimensional symbiosis between people, water, and greenery.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u97e7\u6027\u6f14\u66ff\u5370\u8bc1\u84dd\u7eff\u7a7a\u95f4\u4fee\u590d\u5b9e\u6548\uff0c\u4f7f\u516c\u56ed\u6210\u4e3a\u90fd\u5e02\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6837\u6027\u8dc3\u5347\u7684\u6d3b\u6001\u6837\u672c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The resilient succession of the ecosystem demonstrates the effectiveness of the restoration of blue-green spaces, making the park a living example of enhancing urban biodiversity.<\/span><\/p>\n
