Lacime Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a<\/span>Heyuan is located on the banks of Zilang Lake in Nantong, creating a pure low-density community with a plot ratio of only 1.01. With the support of two scarce resources, the “New City Center” and the “Frontline Scenery”, targeting the top-level population in Nantong. Based on the excellent plot of “good mountains and good waters”, we quote the idea of Li Yu, a native of Nantong – “advocating design based on moderation and suitability, with the purpose of enjoying life”. Through more pure design, we aim to achieve contemporary interpretation and expression, placing the understanding of life in mountains and waters, courtyards, and lifestyles, not jumping above the city, but hidden in the lake scenery.<\/p>\n

\u5165\u53e3\u666f\u5899\u662f\u548c\u56ed\u7684\u5f00\u573a\u767d\uff0c\u4ea6\u662f\u573a\u5730\u7684\u7f29\u5f71\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4e24\u79cd\u808c\u7406\u7684\u5bf9\u6bd4\u5f3a\u8c03\u7cbe\u5de5\u4e0e\u8d28\u6734\u3001\u73b0\u4ee3\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff0c\u5728\u78b0\u649e\u4e0e\u878d\u5408\u4e2d\u4f20\u9012\u5bf9\u4e8e\u548c\u56ed\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6001\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n

Make modernity more modern, make nature more natural\uff0cThe entrance landscape wall is the opening statement of Heyuan and a microcosm of the site. Through the contrast of two textures, it emphasizes the dialogue between precision and simplicity, modernity and nature, and conveys the design attitude towards Heyuan through collision and integration.<\/p>\n

\u4e00\u6761\u5c71\u611f\u5939\u9053\uff0c\u628a\u4eba\u77ac\u95f4\u4ece\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u62bd\u79bb\uff0c\u63a8\u9001\u5230\u5b89\u9759\u5e73\u548c\u7684\u573a\u57df\u3002<\/p>\n

A mountain like path separates people instantly from the city and pushes them into a quiet and peaceful area\u3002Moving forward, select nearly century old camphor trees with a sense of volume and time on both sides to escort home. The terrain is piled up to 2 meters, tighten the line of sight, and combine stone placement to create an emotional experience enveloped by nature. Middle level plants are selected from mountainous mixed wood, allowing them to grow naturally and maintain the most free and relaxed state.<\/p>\n

Along the way, there are also some exquisite embellishments that incorporate details into intimate yet unintentional nodes, allowing the overall space to still feel the quality of craftsmanship in a natural and relaxed tone.<\/p>\n

Turning into the front space, the scenery of the park suddenly opens up, and the thick stone walls form a strong and powerful foundation for the image. By using the height difference, the external view is blocked while ensuring the internal landscape view, making the treetops the background board of the image.<\/p>\n
