\u672c\u6b21\u9879\u76ee\u4e5f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u521b\u65b0\u6027\u7684\u4e8c\u5c42\u767e\u7c73\u7a7a\u4e2d\u8fde\u5eca\uff0c\u8fde\u63a5\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u529e\u516c\u3001\u7814\u53d1\u3001\u98df\u5802\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u590d\u5408\u578b\u52a8\u7ebf\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u591a\u7ef4\u5ea6\u4f53\u9a8c\u56ed\u533a\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n

Changzhou, situated in the central Yangtze River Delta, is the closest prefecture-level city to the Yangtze River within the Su-Xi-Chang Metropolitan Area. Since 2022, our team has developed the landscape design for this new integrated office and R&D park over a two-year period, from concept to construction preparation. Beyond creating a vibrant, locally-rooted green R&D base, the design prioritizes employee comfort through nature-integrated workspaces that reflect corporate values. By blending regional character with company culture, we’ve moved beyond traditional industrial park models to address staff’s emotional needs and reconnect daily work with natural elements.<\/p>\n

The project features an innovative 100-meter aerial corridor linking main office and R&D zones, establishing both efficient circulation and multi-dimensional landscape experiences.<\/p>\n

01. \u7ec6\u6d6a\u8f7b\u629a\u7684\u4eba\u672c\u56ed\u533a<\/p>\n

\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u8e0f\u52d8\u73b0\u573a\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u573a\u5730\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u5e02\u653f\u7eff\u5316\u5e26\u5df2\u5b8c\u6210\u81ea\u7136\u6f14\u66ff\uff0c\u751f\u957f\u6781\u5176\u8302\u5bc6\uff0c\u800c\u5e73\u6574\u540e\u7684\u573a\u5730\u4e0e\u7d27\u90bb\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5e72\u9053\u6697\u793a\u7740\u672a\u6765\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u6709\u611f\u4e8e\u6c49\u65af\u00b7\u57c3\u6885\u5185\u683c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u547d\u529b\u7684\u77ac\u95f4\u6355\u6349\uff0c\u4ed6\u5c06\u52a8\u6001\u7f8e\u5b9a\u683c\u5e76\u653e\u5927\uff0c\u8ba9\u601d\u7eea\u7247\u523b\u505c\u987f\uff0c\u8ba9\u65f6\u95f4\u6709\u4e86\u5f62\u8c61\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u5185\u90e8\u8425\u9020\u5982\u5fae\u98ce\u62c2\u9762\u822c\u7684\u8f7b\u677e\u611f\uff0c\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8f7b\u76c8\u611f\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u5e0c\u671b\u5b9e\u73b0\u7684\u56ed\u533a\u666f\u89c2\u613f\u666f\uff0c\u5373\u4f53\u9a8c\u91cd\u83b7\u751f\u673a\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u611f\u53d7\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u5c06\u56ed\u5916\u8302\u5bc6\u7684\u6797\u5e26\u5f15\u5165\u56ed\u5185\uff0c\u8ba9\u5efa\u7b51\u88ab\u5468\u8fb9\u7684\u5927\u6811\u5305\u56f4\uff0c\u5982\u540c\u6f02\u6d6e\u4e8e\u6811\u68a2\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u6700\u521d\u8bbe\u60f3\u7684\u56ed\u533a\u56fe\u666f\u3002<\/p>\n

The Gentle-Wave Campus<\/p>\n

The site is surrounded by a lush, naturally grown municipal greenbelt. The leveled land and adjacent urban road suggest future development potential. Inspired by Hans Emmenegger’s art of capturing fleeting moments in nature, we seek to create a park that evokes the gentle touch of a breeze\u2014a space full of ease and vitality, revitalizing both people and place.<\/p>\n

By integrating the surrounding woodlands into the park’s core, buildings appear to float amid mature trees, realizing our long-held vision of a poetic landscape. STA Pharma, dedicated to developing APIs for rare and complex diseases, strives for a healthier global future. Guided by this mission, the park is designed as a healing environment where nature and human-centered design merge.<\/p>\n

Through serene, flowing landscapes, we create a soothing atmosphere that promotes well-being and tranquility. The architectural layout allows the park to unfold as a living natural scene. Walking through, one encounters meadows, valleys, and woodlands\u2014like a soft spring breeze woven throughout\u2014forming an appealing workplace that revitalizes its occupants.<\/p>\n

We aim to use three concise designs to recreate the natural scenery of water sources, valleys, and meadows, where wandering through feels like a rebirth.<\/p>\n

Water Source<\/p>\n

Inspired by the corporate logo’s benzene ring, the grassy slope forms the first water feature\u2014a bubbling fountain. Before the administration building, a terraced waterfall set against layered mountain shapes creates the second water motif. Gray linear paving suggests rippling water, directing views toward an inward-curving grassy mound. At the highest point, a prominent Snow Wave Stone stands as a visual focus, complemented by a viewing platform that invites visitors to pause and reflect.<\/p>\n

The paved stream extends inward, guiding movement. Along the cafeteria’s east side, a citron grove frames an elevated walkway with the central greenbelt\u2014creating a framed view from the dining area. Central terrazzo planters suggest valley cliffs, flanked by sculpted micro-terrain that compresses sightlines. A lone tallow tree casts shifting shadows, marking the passage of time.<\/p>\n

The curved pool wall serves as seating and subtly marks space transitions. The mix of undulating shapes and water features offers plenty of room for gathering and dispersing.<\/p>\n
