\u5de6\u6d77\u00b7\u5149\u5e74PARK\u4ee5TOD\/POD\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e3a\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u7acb\u4f53\u94fe\u63a5\u5730\u94c1\u3001\u516c\u4ea4\u3001\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u516c\u56ed\u4e0e\u5468\u8fb9\u529e\u516c\u96c6\u7fa4\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u591a\u7ef4\u5ea6\u65e0\u7f1d\u8854\u63a5\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u6d3b\u529b\u67a2\u7ebd\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u81ea\u7136\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u754c\u9650\uff0c\u5c06\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u6001\u4e0e\u5546\u4e1a\u4f53\u9a8c\u6df1\u5ea6\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u201c\u5c4b\u9876\u6f2b\u6b65\u3001\u516c\u56ed\u8d2d\u7269\u201d\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u73a9\u3001\u53ef\u901b\u3001\u53ef\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u5730\u6807\u7ea7\u5546\u4e1a\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u798f\u5ddeCitywalk\u6700\u4f73\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

When mentioning Fuzhou, the nickname \u201cLeft Sea\u201d conceals millennia of cultural heritage. It bears the historical imprint of the \u201cMighty Capital of Fujian, Renowned Prefecture of China,\u201d unfolds as a verdant landscape of \u201cThree Mountains Standing Tall, One River Flowing Endlessly,\u201d and embodies the deep-rooted affection for one’s homeland captured in the saying, \u201cNo matter how far you roam, you never stray far from Fuzhou.\u201d Today, in the waterfront heartland of Taijiang District’s Minjiang North CBD, a project spanning 115,000 square meters\u2014blending urban park and shopping center\u2014is poised to become Fuzhou’s new landmark. Leveraging its prime location along the two rivers and four banks, it carries the promise of redefining the cityscape.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fuzhou is known as the City of Banyans, embodying the saying \u201cA city of blessings, a land of banyans.\u201d The banyan tree, designated as Fuzhou’s city tree, stands vigorous and elegant yet full of vitality\u2014both ancient and reborn. It reflects the spirit of Fuzhou and is deeply ingrained in the hearts of every Fuzhou native. Inspired by the \u201cgrowth stages of the banyan tree,\u201d the Riverside Civic Plaza reimagines the banyan’s form. It incorporates elements of the Fuzhou banyan’s branches and leaves, evoking the city’s identity as the \u201cCity of Banyans\u201d and its landscape as a city of mountains and rivers.<\/p>\n

Relying on the advantages of its location and surrounding supporting facilities, the landscape design will construct a landscape space layout of “one axis, two belts and multiple nodes” to lead and promote the coordinated and interconnected development of the Minjiang North CBD area.<\/p>\n

“One axis”: the central activity display axis extending from the north-south main entrances and the sunken square; “two belts”: a vibrant sports belt and a leisure art belt formed in line with the surrounding land use formats; “multiple nodes”: functional activity areas such as garden restaurants and power matrices to meet the diverse needs of all age groups.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the theme sculpture is used to connect the upper park with the lower shopping mall, highlighting the characteristics of Fuzhou’s city symbol. The banyan tree shape is redefined in a simple, light and ultra-modern way, and integrated into the site space shaping.<\/p>\n

As the first urban interface of the site, the North entrance square undertakes the functions of image display and flow guidance. The entrance steps are designed in a episodic style, with colorful lamps, dry spray plazas, rhythmic wave balustrades and additional elevations to create a lively and immersive business atmosphere that draws people away from the noisy urban interface.<\/p>\n

The main entrance features an interactive dry fountain plaza. The plaza’s first level connects to commercial areas, while the second level leads to the park. The 8.7-meter elevation difference between the two levels creates a 70-meter-long staircase-resting space. The design interweaves steps, platforms, and flower beds to establish a dual-experience circulation path combining \u201crapid transit\u201d with \u201cleisurely exploration.\u201d<\/p>\n

It serves as both a main route guiding customer flow upwards and a lively and interesting social theatre where people can enjoy the water dance show in the foreground or hold art exhibitions…<\/p>\n

Ascending the steps from the North Entrance Plaza leads directly to the core area of the Park Plaza. The design incorporates skylights and openings on the second level, which not only introduce natural light to the first level, improving illumination conditions below, but also break down visual barriers between the levels. This creates a natural visual connection between the upper-level park and the lower-level commercial spaces. At the largest opening, inspired by banyan branches and shade, we created the \u201cForest of Floating Light\u201d\u2014a large-scale artistic structure linking the first and second floors. This extends the second-floor sculptures downward to the first level while simultaneously forming flowerbed benches for relaxation. Additionally, a sound-transmitting tube installation is positioned beside the structure, enabling citizens to engage in cross-level audio interactions through this feature. This further enhances the sense of connectivity and participation between the upper and lower spaces.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u8054\u52a8\u5468\u8fb9\u914d\u5957\u2014\u2014\u82b1\u56ed\u9910\u5385\u3001\u89c2\u5149\u7535\u68af\u3001\u4e0a\u76d6\u516c\u56ed\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5927\u578b\u573a\u666f\u5f0f\u6838\u5fc3\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u53ef\u627f\u8f7d\u706f\u5149\u79c0\u3001\u5609\u5e74\u534e\u7b49\u57ce\u5e02\u7ea7\u6d3b\u52a8\u3001\u5e26\u52a8\u516c\u56ed\u6c1b\u56f4\u573a\u666f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The south plaza connects to the rooftop park, facing the Min River directly, offering both exceptional scenic views and spatial continuity. The south entrance plaza features a 16-meter-tall \u201cGalaxy Trajectory\u201d sculpture, establishing a new landmark for single-piece art installations in the Jiangbei CBD. Its stepped cascading water treatment defines boundaries and enhances the ceremonial feel of the entrance, clearly distinguishing its spatial character from the rooftop park plaza. Furthermore, the plaza integrates with surrounding garden restaurants, observation elevators, and the rooftop park plaza to form a large-scale, immersive central plaza.
