Zinialand Design<\/a><\/strong>: Beyond the conventional shantytown renovation, we deliver a premium living space with the “Five-good Landscape”. Drawing on the core essence of Jiangnan gardens, we\u00a0create a culturally profound residence where kids thrive freely among rock piles, flowing waters, and flourishing plants.There, you can hear the wind whispering through the trellises,and the rhythm of dewdrops dripping onto the stone surfaces.It is the garden dream deeply rooted in the hearts of every Chinese,quietly awakening on this grand and vigorous northern land.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u56e2\u961f\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5317\u65b9\u56ed\u6797\u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u7edd\u975e\u6c5f\u5357\u56ed\u6797\u7684\u7b80\u5355\u590d\u5236\u3002\u5b83\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u5766\u8361\u7684\u80f8\u6000\uff1b\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u539a\u91cd\u7684\u9aa8\u67b6\u548c\u4e00\u4efd\u6df1\u6c89\u7684\u201c\u6587\u5fc3\u201d\uff0c\u5728\u5f00\u9614\u4e0e\u786c\u6717\u4e2d\uff0c\u5bfb\u56de\u90a3\u4efd\u6e29\u6696\u4eba\u5fc3\u7684\u8bd7\u610f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The project team\u2019s understanding of northern gardens is by no means a mere copy of Jiangnan gardens. It calls for a more open and unconstrained vision, a more solid and sturdy structure, and a profound cultural spirit \u2014 finding the heartwarming poetic charm amid the openness and ruggedness of the north.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5317\u65b9\u6587\u5316\u6ce8\u91cd\u5927\u6c14\uff1a\u201c\u8fd9\u91cc\u7684\u4e2d\u5ead\u5c3a\u5ea6\u5f00\u9614\uff0c\u5e76\u975e\u7a7a\u65e0\u4e00\u7269\u7684\u5927\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u501f\u9274\u4e86\u5317\u65b9\u7687\u5bb6\u56ed\u6797\u4e0e\u9662\u843d\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u683c\u5c40\uff0c\u5f3a\u8c03\u8f74\u7ebf\u611f\u4e0e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6027\u3002\u5b83\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u660e\u786e\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u7126\u70b9\uff0c\u7ed9\u4eba\u4e00\u79cd\u7a33\u5b9a\u3001\u5b89\u5fc3\u7684\u5f52\u5c5e\u611f\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Northern culture emphasizes grandeur and momentum:”The courtyard here boasts an expansive scale \u2014 it is not a mere empty vastness, but draws inspiration from the layout of northern imperial gardens and courtyard architecture, highlighting a strong sense of axis and centrality. It creates a distinct visual focal point, evoking a stable, reassuring sense of belonging.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The view of the courtyard suddenly opens up, fully revealing its spacious dimensions \u2014 this is the core essence of “spaciousness” and “grandeur”. Taking the magnificent scenery of northern mountains and rivers as our blueprint, we integrate the grace and delicacy of Jiangnan gardens to create this shared “family living room”.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5728\u5317\u65b9\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u672a\u6267\u7740\u4e8e\u58ee\u9614\u6c34\u666f\u7684\u590d\u523b\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5c06\u6c5f\u5357\u56ed\u6797\u7684\u5a49\u7ea6\u610f\u8da3\uff0c\u878d\u5165\u5317\u65b9\u7684\u96c4\u6d51\u808c\u7406\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6210\u5c31\u4e00\u573a\u7ad6\u5411\u4e0e\u573a\u666f\u5171\u751f\u7684\u6c34\u666f\u827a\u672f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7504\u9009\u592a\u6e56\u77f3 \u2014\u2014 \u8fd9\u4e00\u6c5f\u5357\u56ed\u6797\u7684\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u5374\u8df3\u51fa\u5176\u4f20\u7edf \u201c\u5947\u201d\u201c\u900f\u201d \u7684\u5ba1\u7f8e\u8303\u5f0f\u3002\u77f3\u666f\u5792\u780c\u95f4\uff0c\u65e2\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u592a\u6e56\u77f3\u672c\u8eab\u7684\u6e29\u6da6\u808c\u7406\u4e0e\u7a7a\u7075\u610f\u8da3\uff0c\u53c8\u4ee5\u5c42\u53e0\u9519\u843d\u7684\u6392\u5e03\uff0c\u8ba9\u6c5f\u5357\u7684\u5a49\u7ea6\u7075\u79c0\uff0c\u5728\u6b64\u76f8\u878d\u5171\u751f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

In the north, we did not cling to replicating grand water features. Instead, we integrated the graceful charm of Jiangnan gardens into the robust texture of the north, forging a water feature art where verticality coexists with scenarios in perfect harmony.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thus, in our design, we selected Taihu stones \u2014 the iconic element of Jiangnan gardens \u2014 yet broke free from their traditional aesthetic paradigm of being “exquisite” and “perforated”. As the stone scenes are stacked and arranged, they not only retain the inherent gentle texture and ethereal charm of Taihu stones, but also, through staggered and layered layouts, allow the grace and elegance of Jiangnan to blend and coexist here seamlessly.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4e8e\u6b64\u5904\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u662f\u5916\u5411\u7684\u3001\u5171\u4eab\u7684\u3001\u547c\u5438\u7684\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f18\u5316\u4eba\u5c45\u73af\u5883\u4e3a\u672c\u5fc3\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7279\u610f\u690d\u5165\u4e00\u65b9\u7075\u52a8\u7684\u9526\u9ca4\u6c60\uff0c\u8ba9\u8fd9\u7247\u7a7a\u95f4\u6253\u7834\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u5411\u5916\u751f\u957f\u3002\u65e8\u5728\u7ed9\u60a8\u4e00\u79cd\u201c\u590d\u884c\u6570\u5341\u6b65\uff0c\u8c41\u7136\u5f00\u6717\u201d\u7684\u9707\u64bc\u548c\u6109\u60a6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The space here is extroverted, communal, and breathable. With optimizing the living environment as our core philosophy, we have specially installed a vivid koi pond, allowing this space to break boundaries and grow outward.It aims to bring you the stunning delight of a scene where “after walking dozens of steps further, the view suddenly opens up in boundless expanse”.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c\u56e2\u961f\u6c72\u53d6\u4e86\u5317\u65b9\u5927\u5730 \u2018\u8d77\u627f\u8f6c\u5408\u2019 \u7684\u53d9\u4e8b\u667a\u6167\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5f20\u5f1b\u3001\u660e\u6697\u3001\u5f00\u5408\uff0c\u5c06\u5f52\u9014\u6f14\u7ece\u6210\u4e00\u5e45\u6d41\u52a8\u7684\u753b\u5377\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The team draws on the narrative wisdom of “introduction, development, transition and conclusion” inherent in the northern land, and through the ebb and flow, light and shadow, and opening and closing of space, interprets the journey home as a flowing picture scroll.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c\u5927\u7a7a\u95f4\u201d\uff1a\u5f3a\u8c03\u7ad6\u5411\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5730\u5f62\u3001\u5eca\u67b6\u3001\u666f\u5899\u7b49\u5143\u7d20\u5851\u9020\u5e84\u91cd\u3001\u51dd\u7ec3\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u7126\u70b9\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c\u5c0f\u7a7a\u95f4\u201d\uff1a\u7cbe\u8015\u7acb\u9762\u7ec6\u8282\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u7559\u7a7a\u7684\u786c\u666f\u624b\u6cd5\u548c\u591a\u5c42\u690d\u7269\u79cd\u690d\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u538b\u6291\u611f\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u201c\u547c\u5438\u611f\u201d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

“Grand Spaces”: Emphasize vertical design, and create a solemn, concise visual focus through elements such as terrain, trellises and landscape walls.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Intimate Spaces”: Refine facade details meticulously, adopt the hardscape technique of leaving blank spaces and multi-layered planting, break the sense of oppression, and create a breathable ambiance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5f53\u60a8\u8d70\u51fa\u6797\u836b\uff0c\u6b65\u5165\u7b2c\u4e00\u5ea7\u5eca\u67b6\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4f1a\u5f15\u5bfc\u60a8\u62ac\u5934\u3002\u6b64\u523b\uff0c\u5eca\u67b6\u7684\u6a90\u53e3\uff0c\u5df2\u7136\u4e3a\u60a8\u6846\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e00\u5e45\u6d3b\u7684\u5c71\u6c34\u753b\u5377\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

When you step out of the tree-lined shade and walk into the first trellis, we will guide you to look up. At this moment, the eaves of the trellis have already framed a living landscape painting for you.<\/span><\/p>\n

When returning home, light filters through the grille, casting dappled shadows. The space contracts slightly here, guiding you to slow down your pace \u2014 as the scenery shifts with each step, your mood naturally transitions from the hustle and bustle of the city to the tranquility of home.Break the sense of oppression and create a “breathable vibe” \u2014let it evolve into a naturally emerging “scenery”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Curved walls are employed to create a sense of rhythm and contrast, with “profound depth” as the supreme strategy for landscape design. In the water courtyard, though plants are cleverly arranged to obscure the sightline, the space can still be taken in at a single glance \u2014 a problem that calls for deliberate sightline guidance and spatial layering.<\/span><\/p>\n

Initially, we planned to divide the space with three straight walls, yet found that such a layout would compromise the spatial integrity. After careful deliberation, to avoid the barren monotony of an “unobstructed view”, we adopted the form of far-reaching, seemingly endless curved walls, resolving this design contradiction perfectly.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c\u7ed5\u884c\u3001\u6298\u884c\u3001\u7a7f\u884c\u201d\u7b49\u8def\u5f84\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u5c06\u5c0f\u7528\u5730\u505a\u5927\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u79fb\u6b65\u666f\u5f02\u3001\u5bcc\u6709\u9050\u60f3\u7684\u6e38\u89c8\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Path arrangements such as detouring, turning and weaving expand the perceived space of a small site, creating a wandering experience where scenery shifts with each step and imagination is sparked endlessly.<\/span><\/p>\n
