How to revitalize these spaces and restore their natural and educational value has become a crucial issue for contemporary design. DONGGUAN DONGCHENG SCHOOL AFFILIATED TO CENTRAL CHINA NORMAL UNIVERSITY is at the forefront of this challenge. We view the landscape as a flowing link, designing it to serve teachers and students while simultaneously serving as a public spiritual base that activates community emergency response and ecological resources.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u591a\u7ef4\u5ea6\u7b56\u7565\u56de\u5e94\u4e86\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u73af\u5883\uff1a1-3 \u5c42” \u6811\u4e0b” \u7a7a\u95f4\u5b8c\u6574\u8fde\u7eed\uff0c\u81ea\u7531\u7075\u6d3b\uff1b\u7ebf\u6027\u7a7a\u95f4\u591a\u7ef4\u9ad8\u6548\u4e32\u8054\uff0c\u7a7a\u95f4\u5c42\u6b21\u4e30\u5bcc\u591a\u53d8\uff1b\u6c34\u5e73\u4e0e\u7eb5\u5411\u529f\u80fd\u5206\u5e03\u660e\u786e\uff0c\u5229\u4e8e\u5206\u533a\u548c\u5206\u5c42\uff0c\u5f3a\u5316\u4e3b\u9898\uff1b\u8fb9\u754c\u7a7a\u95f4\u914d\u5408\u6574\u4f53\u89c4\u5212, \u5f3a\u5316\u7acb\u9762\u5c55\u793a, \u5229\u7528\u81ea\u7136\u5c5e\u6027\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u878d\u5408\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The design responds to the high-density environment through a multi-dimensional strategy:The “under the tree” spaces on floors 1-3 are complete, continuous, and flexible;Linear spaces are efficiently connected in multiple dimensions, creating rich and varied spatial layers;Clear horizontal and vertical functional distribution facilitates zoning and layering, reinforcing the theme;Boundary spaces complement the overall plan, enhancing facade presentation and integrating with the city by utilizing natural attributes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u547c\u5524\u666f\u89c2\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5173\u952e\u5a92\u4ecb\uff0c\u53bb\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6d88\u878d\u5185\u5916\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u5efa\u7b51\u6240\u9884\u8bbe\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u903b\u8f91\uff0c\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u66f4\u5177\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0e\u751f\u547d\u529b\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The design calls for the landscape as a key medium to further dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior, and to transform the spatial logic pre-set by the architecture into a more warm and vibrant flowing experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u534e\u4e2d\u5e08\u8303\u5927\u5b66\u6821\u56ed\u6587\u5316\u7684\u89e3\u8bfb\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u6982\u5ff5\u7ed3\u5408\u6821\u56ed\u98ce\u8c8c\u7684\u9633\u5149\u6c14\u8d28\uff0c\u4ee5\u5411\u9633\u800c\u751f\u7684\u62fe\u5149\u4e4b\u53f6\u4e3a\u8f7d\u4f53\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u7b26\u5408\u6821\u56ed\u529e\u5b66\u7406\u5ff5\u548c\u5b66\u98ce\u6821\u8bad\u7684\u6821\u56ed\u751f\u6d3b\u573a\u666f\u3002\u5229\u7528\u666f\u89c2\u8272\u5f69\u5c06\u5b66\u6821\u6574\u4f53\u7684\u591a\u7ef4\u590d\u5408\u7a7a\u95f4\u6709\u673a\u4e32\u8054\uff0c\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u7a7a\u95f4\u5185\u521b\u9020\u6d41\u6dcc\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3b\u4ea4\u901a\u6d41\u7ebf\uff0c\u9ad8\u6548\u94fe\u63a5\u666f\u89c2\u591a\u4e3b\u9898\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e3a\u6559\u5b66\u697c\u6ce8\u5165\u8da3\u5473\u4e0e\u5438\u5f15\u529b\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u5b66\u751f\u4eec\u7684\u4e92\u52a8\u548c\u6d3b\u529b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Through an interpretation of the campus culture of Central China Normal University, the landscape concept combines the sunny atmosphere of the campus with the image of sun-facing leaves to create a campus life scene that aligns with the university’s educational philosophy and motto. The use of landscape color organically connects the university’s multi-dimensional and complex spaces, creating flowing green spaces within the architectural spaces, activating traffic flow, efficiently linking multiple themed landscape spaces, injecting fun and appeal into the teaching buildings, and enhancing student interaction and vitality.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u9762\u5bf9\u66b4\u9732\u4e8e\u8857\u533a\u3001\u5c40\u4fc3\u800c\u9ad8\u8d1f\u8377\u7684\u63a5\u9001\u533a\uff0c\u4ee5\u65f6\u5149\u901a\u5eca\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e00\u6d88\u6781\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\u7a7a\u95f4\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u6709\u5e8f\u4e14\u5145\u6ee1\u6e29\u60c5\u7684\u573a\u6240\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u690d\u5165\u4e00\u9053\u517c\u5177\u5e8f\u5217\u611f\u7684\u827a\u672f\u7684\u56f4\u5899\uff0c\u6e05\u6670\u5212\u5b9a\u4e86\u653e\u5b66\u7b49\u5019\u533a\u4e0e\u5bb6\u957f\u63a5\u9001\u533a\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u758f\u5bfc\u4eba\u6d41\u4e0e\u975e\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u3002\u7ed3\u5408\u56f4\u5899\u8bbe\u7f6e\u7684\u7b49\u5019\u5ea7\u6905\u4e0e\u63a5\u9001\u51fa\u5165\u53e3\uff0c\u4e3a\u5bb6\u957f\u63d0\u4f9b\u4eba\u6027\u5316\u7684\u63a5\u9001\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Faced with a cramped and overloaded drop-off\/pick-up area exposed to the street, a “Time Corridor” transforms this negative boundary space into a safe, orderly, and welcoming space. By incorporating an artistically designed wall with a sense of sequence, the school dismissal waiting area and parent pick-up\/pick-up area are clearly demarcated, effectively managing pedestrian and non-motorized vehicle traffic. The waiting seats and pick-up\/pick-up entrances integrated into the wall provide parents with a more humane drop-off\/pick-up experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6b63\u5bf9\u6821\u56ed\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u5ead\u9662\u662f\u5e08\u751f\u6bcf\u65e5\u5fc5\u7ecf\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0e\u7cbe\u795e\u95e8\u6237\uff0c\u4e8e\u6b64\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e00\u5ea7\u7ea2\u8272\u201c\u534e\u201d \u5b57\u827a\u672f\u96d5\u5851\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u4eea\u5f0f\u611f\u7684\u62b5\u8fbe\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5f70\u663e\u534e\u4e2d\u5e08\u8303\u5927\u5b66\u6587\u5316\u4f20\u627f\uff0c\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u5411\u9633\u800c\u751f\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u57fa\u8c03\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The courtyard facing the main entrance of the campus is a space and spiritual gateway that teachers and students pass through every day. A red “Hua” character art sculpture is set up here to create a sense of ritual upon arrival, while highlighting the cultural heritage of Central China Normal University and establishing a space tone that faces the sun.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u9762\u5411\u4e00\u5c42\u6559\u5ba4\u5f00\u53e3\u7684\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u88ab\u6253\u9020\u4e3a\u4ee5\u690d\u7269\u8ba4\u77e5\u4e3a\u4e3b\u9898\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u6237\u5916\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u8ba9\u5b66\u4e60\u5728\u63a2\u7d22\u4e0e\u4e92\u52a8\u4e2d\u81ea\u7136\u53d1\u751f\uff0c\u82b1\u56ed\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6821\u56ed\u4e2d\u7684\u5fae\u578b\u68ee\u6797\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c42\u5c42\u53e0\u53e0\u7684\u7eff\u610f\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u6c89\u6d78\u5f0f\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u8bfe\u5802\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5145\u76c8\u7740\u690d\u7269\u84ec\u52c3\u7684\u751f\u547d\u529b\uff0c\u66f4\u901a\u8fc7\u5730\u5f62\u7684\u5fae\u5999\u8d77\u4f0f\u4e0e\u6797\u6728\u7684\u63a9\u6620\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u53ef\u4f9b\u8ffd\u9010\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u4e0e\u5b09\u620f\u7684\u6797\u4e0b\u4e50\u56ed\u3002\u5b66\u751f\u5728\u89e6\u6478\uff0c\u89c2\u5bdf\u4e0e\u6e38\u620f\u4e2d\uff0c\u611f\u53d7\u5b63\u8282\u8f6e\u8f6c\u4e0e\u751f\u547d\u97f5\u5f8b\uff0c\u4f7f\u81ea\u7136\u8ba4\u77e5\u5728\u65e0\u62d8\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e2d\u6084\u7136\u840c\u82bd\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The courtyard, which faces the first-grade classrooms on the first floor, has been transformed into an “Enlightenment Garden” themed around plant recognition. Targeting the children’s strong curiosity and perception at this age, the garden becomes a natural classroom extending outdoors, allowing learning to occur naturally through exploration and interaction, lighting the first “leaf of enlightenment” for young learners.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u793e\u4ea4\u7a7a\u95f4\u56f4\u7ed5\u73b0\u6709\u5927\u6811\u6253\u9020\u4e86\u539f\u6728\u4f11\u61a9\u5ea7\u6905\u533a\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5929\u7136\u7684\u7eff\u836b\u805a\u96c6\u70b9\uff0c\u4e3a\u5b66\u751f\u53ca\u6559\u5e08\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e2a\u81ea\u7136\u3001\u4eb2\u5207\u7684\u6237\u5916\u793e\u4ea4\u6838\u5fc3\u3002\u591a\u5143\u5b66\u4e60\u8bfe\u684c\u8ba9\u8fd9\u7247\u5929\u5730\u53ef\u81ea\u6301\u6e38\u620f\u3001\u4ea4\u8c08\u4e0e\u5c0f\u89c4\u6a21\u96c6\u4f53\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u6ecb\u517b\u540c\u4f34\u60c5\u8c0a\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u5f0f\u5bb9\u5668\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The social space features a log seating area built around existing trees, creating a natural, shady gathering point and providing students and teachers with a natural and welcoming outdoor social hub. Diverse study desks allow this space to support games, conversations, and small group activities, becoming an open container for nurturing peer relationships.<\/span><\/p>\n

A curved staircase flows smoothly down from the second floor, enclosing a semi-enclosed sunken stage space. Tiered seating and a leisure lawn create a multi-layered, multi-functional space for the stage. This natural theater serves as a venue for small performances and can also be transformed into a temporary art gallery. The space’s centripetal and immersive feel makes the courtyard a focal point of campus culture, inspiring creativity and showcasing talent.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adjacent to the library’s first floor is a tranquil oasis of knowledge, echoing the library’s learning atmosphere and creating several reading corners suitable for solitude or group discussions. Away from the bustling courtyard, this space provides children with an outdoor sanctuary where they can focus on reading, contemplation, and exchange ideas, amidst the interplay of light and shadow on the pages of books.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4f4d\u4e8e\u56fe\u4e66\u9986\u4e0a\u65b9\u7684\u542f\u8fea\u8fde\u5eca\uff0c\u5de7\u5999\u4e32\u8054\u8d77\u9732\u5929\u4e0e\u534a\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u8f7b\u76c8\u7684\u7eff\u690d\u70b9\u7f00\u7ed3\u5408\u53ef\u65cb\u8f6c\u7684\u51e0\u4f55\u5ea7\u6905\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2a\u7075\u6d3b\u800c\u5bcc\u6709\u8da3\u5473\u7684\u4f11\u95f2\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5728\u5149\u5f71\u6d41\u52a8\u4e2d\u6fc0\u53d1\u7075\u611f\u4e0e\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The Corridor serves as a vibrant link between the teaching building and the sports venue, transforming a frequently used passageway into a fun-filled activity space.
