\u4ece\u57ce\u5e02\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u5230\u5f52\u5bb6\u4e3b\u89d2\uff1b\u9876\u6d41\u5962\u534e\u9152\u5e97\u7684\u5c0a\u8d35\u670d\u52a1\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u662f\u793e\u533a\u5927\u95e8\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u4e4b\u6e90\u3002<\/span>

As evening descends, soft lighting accentuates the architecture’s silhouette, imbuing it with a subtle radiance. The moment you step into the residential area, you enter a state of vacation-like repose.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u2fa5\u662f\u610f\u5883\u7684\u2fbc\u6f6e\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7075\u9b42\u6240\u5728\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u6253\u7834\u5e38\u89c4\uff0c\u5c06\u7011\u5e03\u6c34\u666f\u4e0e\u5782\u76f4\u7eff\u5316\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u8ba9\u6c34\u6d41\u4ece\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u9ad8\u5904\u6216\u666f\u89c2\u5899\u4f53\u4e4b\u4e0a\u503e\u6cfb\u800c\u4e0b\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u52a8\u6001\u7684\u201c\u6e38\u8247\u98de\u7011\u201d\u3002\u662f\u00a0\u201c\u8d85\u7ea7\u6e38\u8247\u98ce\u7acb\u4f53\u4e0b\u6c89\u5ead\u9662\u201d\u00a0\u7684\u6781\u81f4\u5448\u73b0\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7\u573a\u5730\u9ad8\u5dee\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a\u88ab\u73af\u7ed5\u7684\u3001\u6781\u5177\u5b89\u5168\u611f\u548c\u5f52\u5c5e\u611f\u7684\u201c\u5ce1\u8c37\u201d\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

This space represents the climax of artistic conception and the soul of the design.<\/span><\/p>\n

Breaking away from convention, we merged the waterfall feature with vertical greening, allowing water to cascade from the higher reaches of the architecture or landscape walls, forming a dynamic “yacht-inspired waterfall.” It is the ultimate expression of the “super yacht-style layered sunken courtyard.” By skillfully working with the site\u2019s elevation changes, we created an enveloping “canyon-like” space that evokes both security and belonging.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6c34\u6d41\u6cbf\u6cf3\u6c60\u8dcc\u843d\uff0c\u649e\u51fb\u51fa\u767d\u8272\u7684\u6c34\u82b1\u4e0e\u60a6\u8033\u7684\u6c34\u58f0\u3002\u4e24\u4fa7\u662f\u5c42\u5c42\u53e0\u53e0\u7684\u5782\u76f4\u7eff\u5316\uff0c\u6a21\u62df\u201c\u5782\u76f4\u68ee\u6797\u201d\u7684\u751f\u6001\u611f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u547c\u5e94\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u6e38\u8247\u4e3b\u9898\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4e0b\u6c89\u5ead\u9662\u6253\u9020\u6210\u793e\u533a\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u6838\u5fc3\u3002\u6d41\u7545\u7684\u5f27\u7ebf\u3001\u5e72\u51c0\u7684\u8272\u7cfb\u3001\u955c\u9762\u6c34\u666f\u4e0e\u827a\u672f\u8fde\u5eca\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u590d\u523b\u4e86\u8d85\u7ea7\u6e38\u8247\u7532\u677f\u7684\u5962\u534e\u4e0e\u65f6\u5c1a\u611f\uff0c\u662f\u4e3e\u529e\u793e\u533a\u6d3e\u5bf9\u3001\u9ad8\u7aef\u6c99\u9f99\u7684\u4e0d\u4e8c\u4e4b\u9009\u3002\u8d85\u7ea7\u6e38\u8247\u98ce\u7acb\u4f53\u4e0b\u6c89\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u5151\u73b0\u201c\u56de\u5bb6\u5373\u5ea6\u5047\u201d\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Water flows and tumbles along the pool, splashing into white foam and producing a pleasant, rhythmic sound. Flanking both sides are layers of vertical greenery, mimicking the ecological feel of a “vertical forest.”<\/span><\/p>\n

In resonance with the building\u2019s yacht theme, the sunken courtyard is designed as the social heart of the community. Flowing curves, a clean color palette, reflective water features, and an artistic gallery corridor together recreate the luxury and modern sensibility of a super yacht deck, which makes it the perfect setting for community gatherings and high-end salons. The super yacht-inspired layered sunken courtyard fulfills the promise that “coming home is like being on vacation.”<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6e5b\u84dd\u7684\u65e0\u8fb9\u6cf3\u6c60\uff0c\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\u7684\u7c73\u9ec4\u8272\u77f3\u6750\u76f8\u6620\u6210\u8da3\u3002\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u5fae\u5730\u5f62\u4e0e\u70b9\u666f\u4e54\u6728\u6784\u6210\u201c\u6d6e\u5c9b\u68ee\u6797\u201d\uff0c\u4f11\u95f2\u8eba\u6905\u3001\u9633\u5149\u7532\u677f\u6563\u5e03\u5176\u95f4\u3002\u5728\u6b64\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u6d3b\u529b\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u573a\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u72ec\u4eab\u65e5\u5149\u6d74\u7684\u79c1\u5c5e\u7532\u677f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Passing through the gallery corridor, one seems to step into an oasis suspended above the city. As the vibrant heart of the community, this space blends the natural serenity of a \u201cfloating island\u201d with the stylish luxury of a \u201cyacht,\u201d creating a multi-level waterfront environment filled with a sense of escape.<\/span><\/p>\n

The azure infinity pool complements the beige stone fa\u00e7ade of the building. Gently rolling micro-topography and carefully placed specimen trees form a \u201cfloating island forest,\u201d with lounge chairs and sun decks scattered throughout. Here, the space can serve as a lively social hub or a private deck for moments of secluded sunbathing.<\/span><\/p>\n
