VESCH!<\/strong><\/a>:The courtyard of the WOW residential complex is conceived as an immersive landscape composition, where planning geometry, art references, and everyday functions are interwoven into a unified spatial narrative. The project\u2019s name reflects the authors\u2019 intention to evoke an emotional response \u2014 an architectural \u201cwow\u201d effect \u2014 comparable to the expressive language of 20th-century abstract art.<\/span><\/p>\n

The masterplan is organized as a painterly composition, inspired by the works of Joan Mir\u00f3, yet carefully calibrated to accommodate clear pedestrian routes and diverse functional zones. Residential towers divide the courtyard into three distinct areas, each offering a different rhythm of use: from active recreation to quiet contemplation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6d3b\u8dc3\u533a\u57df\u5305\u62ec\u513f\u7ae5\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\u3001\u5065\u8eab\u8bbe\u65bd\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e52\u4e53\u7403\u6d3b\u52a8\u7a7a\u95f4\uff1b\u800c\u76f8\u5bf9\u5b89\u9759\u7684\u533a\u57df\u5219\u5e03\u7f6e\u4e86\u957f\u6905\u3001\u60ac\u6302\u5ea7\u6905\u548c\u5c0f\u578b\u4ea4\u6d41\u684c\u3002\u5ead\u9662\u53f3\u4fa7\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e86\u4e00\u5ea7\u5927\u578b\u96e8\u68da\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u6574\u5408\u4e86\u79cb\u5343\u3001\u540a\u5e8a\u4e0e\u6e29\u5ba4\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a\u534a\u906e\u853d\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Active zones include children\u2019s play areas, workout facilities, and table tennis spaces, while calmer zones are furnished with benches, suspended chairs, and small gathering tables. A large canopy structure anchors the right side of the courtyard, combining swings, hammocks, and a greenhouse to create a semi-sheltered social environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4e8c\u5c42\u5e73\u53f0\u4e3b\u8981\u9762\u5411\u6210\u4eba\u4f11\u95f2\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u8bbe\u6709\u5e26\u906e\u9633\u7684\u5ea7\u6905\u7a7a\u95f4\uff1b\u5176\u4e0b\u65b9\u5219\u5e03\u7f6e\u4e86\u5f00\u653e\u5f0f\u5c0f\u578b\u56fe\u4e66\u533a\u3001\u60ac\u6302\u5ea7\u6905\u548c\u516c\u5171\u684c\u6905\u3002\u5c4b\u9876\u9732\u53f0\u5728\u5782\u76f4\u65b9\u5411\u4e0a\u5ef6\u5c55\u4e86\u5ead\u9662\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u65e5\u5149\u8eba\u6905\u4e0e\u4f11\u606f\u5ea7\u4f4d\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u8fdc\u773a\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u6cb3\u7684\u5168\u666f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5206\u5e03\u4e8e\u5ead\u9662\u4e2d\u7684\u96e8\u68da\u5982\u540c\u96d5\u5851\u6027\u7684\u5730\u6807\u5143\u7d20\uff1a\u90e8\u5206\u91c7\u7528\u67d4\u548c\u6d41\u52a8\u7684\u5f62\u6001\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u5219\u5448\u73b0\u4e3a\u77e9\u5f62\u5e73\u9762\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u534a\u7403\u4f53\u6216\u955c\u9762\u6ce2\u6d6a\u5f62\u677f\u6750\u6784\u6210\u7cbe\u81f4\u7684\u540a\u9876\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ed3\u6784\u6a21\u7cca\u4e86\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u57ce\u5e02\u5bb6\u5177\u4e0e\u827a\u672f\u88c5\u7f6e\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u754c\u9650\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

A second-level terrace is dedicated to adult recreation. It features shaded seating areas, while the space beneath hosts a small open library, suspended chairs, and communal tables. The rooftop terrace extends the courtyard vertically, offering sun loungers and seating with panoramic views of the Moscow River.<\/span><\/p>\n

Canopies throughout the courtyard act as sculptural landmarks. Some follow soft, fluid geometries, while others adopt rectilinear plans with intricate soffits formed by hemispherical elements or mirrored wave-like panels. These structures blur the boundary between functional street furniture and art objects.<\/span><\/p>\n

A continuous \u201cconcept line\u201d \u2014 expressed through material, color, and integrated lighting \u2014 connects the main recreational zones. Along its path, it transforms into a children\u2019s play structure and a supporting element for hammocks, reinforcing spatial continuity. The perimeter of the complex is accentuated by golden arched canopies, echoing the metallic accents of the residential fa\u00e7ades.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5728\u8425\u9020\u5fae\u6c14\u5019\u8212\u9002\u6027\u4e0e\u7a7a\u95f4\u4eb2\u5bc6\u611f\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u4e86\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5bcc\u6709\u8868\u73b0\u529b\u7684\u690d\u7269\u70b9\u666f\u4e0e\u76f8\u5bf9\u514b\u5236\u3001\u5b81\u9759\u7684\u7eff\u5316\u7ec4\u5408\u5f62\u6210\u5e73\u8861\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
