boll Design Studio：The ribbon-like Ying River flows past the enormous, mirror-like Baisha Lake. In the 1950s, the Baisha Reservoir was built, and since then, this complex has fulfilled its duties of flood control, irrigation, and water supply to the present day. The Xiaoyao Ridge and Erl Mountain form a protective ring of hills around the lake, with still visible remnants of ancient Buddhist grottoes half submerged in the water, contributing a touch of mystery to the landscape. Located on the East Asian-Australasian Flyway for migratory birds, the reservoir also serves as temporary stopover for various species, necessitating a subtle coexistence between humanity and nature.
