\u672c\u6848\u4f4d\u4e8e\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4f5b\u5c71\u5e02\u987a\u5fb7\u533a\u4f5b\u5c71\u65b0\u57ce\u677f\u5757\u6838\u5fc3\u533a\uff0c\u6bd7\u90bb\u4f5b\u5c71\u65b0\u57ceCBD\u4e2d\u8f74\uff0c\u5750\u62e5\u4e00\u7ebf\u7a00\u7f3a\u6c5f\u666f\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u6c72\u53d6\u4f5b\u5c71\u5343\u5e74\u6c34\u4e61\u7684\u7075\u97f5\uff0c\u6536\u85cf\u53cc\u6c34\u8f74\u539f\u70b9\u7684\u9650\u5b9a\u6c5f\u5e55\u3002\u5c06\u201c\u6c34\u201d\u4ece\u98ce\u666f\u5347\u534e\u4e3a\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5e95\u8272\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u56de\u5e94\u4e00\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u5411\u6c34\u800c\u751f\u7684\u5728\u5730\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u6ee8\u6c34\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u7406\u60f3\u3002<\/p>\n

This project is located in the core area of\u200bFoshan New Town in Shunde District, Foshan City, adjacent to the central axis of Foshan New Town’s CBD, and boasts a rare first-line river view. Drawing on the spirit of Foshan’s millennial water town, we created a limited-edition riverscape at the origin of the dual water axes. Elevating water from a scenic feature into a foundational element of life, we respond to the local culture of a city born from water and realize the ideal of waterfront living.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u4ee5\u201c\u5ea6\u5047\u201d\u4e3a\u57fa\u8c03\uff0c\u4ee5\u201c\u6c34\u5cb8\u201d\u4e3a\u7a7a\u95f4\u8f7d\u4f53\uff0c\u4ee5\u201c\u7f16\u7ec7\u201d\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u666f\u89c2\u53d9\u4e8b\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8425\u9020\uff0c\u5c06\u4f5b\u5c71\u5cad\u5357\u6c34\u4e61\u6587\u5316\u3001\u73b0\u4ee3\u5c45\u4f4f\u529f\u80fd\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u6001\u6709\u673a\u7edf\u4e00\u7684\u7f16\u7ec7\u6210\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u201c\u4ece\u5bb9\u6816\u5c45\u3001\u8bd7\u610f\u4ea4\u7ec7\u201d\u7684\u9152\u5e97\u5f0f\u793e\u533a\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

Taking “vacation” as the keynote, “waterfront” as the spatial carrier, and “weaving” as the design technique, through the creation of landscape narrative space, Foshan Lingnan water town culture, modern residential functions and natural ecology are organically woven into one, creating a hotel-style community environment of “leisurely living and poetic interweaving”.<\/p>\n

\u4ee5\u6c34\u4e3a\u5fc3\u3001\u5ef6\u6c34\u800c\u805a\u3001\u4e32\u7eff\u8bbe\u9053\u3001\u5171\u4eab\u6c34\u5cb8\uff0c\u5728\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u6c34\u5cb8\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u666f\u89c2\u3001\u5ba4\u5185\u4e00\u4f53\u5316\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5b9a\u5236\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u6c34\u5cb8\u751f\u6d3b\u5267\u573a\u3002\u4f9d\u6258\u9879\u76ee\u5468\u8fb9\u53cc\u6c34\u8f74\u4ea4\u6c47\u539f\u70b9\u7684\u8d44\u6e90\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u5177\u6709\u6ee8\u6c34\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u9152\u5e97\u5f0f\u540e\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u63d0\u53d6\u5728\u5730\u6587\u5316\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u6784\u7b51\u201c\u4e00\u8f74\u4e94\u5883\u201d\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\u7ed3\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n

With water as the core, gathering along the water, setting up green paths and sharing the waterfront, in the ideal city waterfront, the architecture, landscape and interior are integrated into the design to customize the ideal waterfront life theater.Leveraging the resource advantages of the confluence point of two waterways surrounding the project, we will create a hotel-style garden with a waterfront experience, incorporating local cultural elements to construct a landscape spatial structure of “one axis and five scenes.”<\/p>\n

Integrate the hotel’s philosophy of life into high-end residences. Starting from the actual experience and psychological needs of contemporary people, the hotel’s philosophy of life is placed in every living space through visual and thematic expression.<\/p>\n

\u6253\u7834\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u56fa\u6709\u754c\u9650\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u591a\u5143\u5316\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u6784\u5efa\u591a\u7ef4\u5ea6\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u573a\u57df\uff0c\u51f8\u663e\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u60c5\u611f\u89e6\u70b9\uff0c\u4e3a\u6cdb\u4f1a\u6240\u7a7a\u95f4\u8d4b\u4e88\u65b0\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u5185\u6db5\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4ee5\u9152\u5e97\u5f0f\u670d\u52a1\u5f15\u9886\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5c06\u65e5\u5e38\u573a\u666f\u4ee5\u666f\u89c2\u5316\u7684\u8868\u8fbe\u5347\u534e\u4e3a\u4e00\u573a\u5ea6\u5047\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u827a\u672f\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n

We break the inherent boundaries of space, create diverse landscape scenes, construct multi-dimensional spatial fields, highlight the emotional touchpoints of the landscape, and give new value to the pan-club space. We use hotel-style services to guide lifestyles, and sublimate everyday scenes into an artistic experience of vacation life through landscape expression.<\/p>\n

The hotel-style drop-off island is integrated with the entrance porch to enhance the homecoming experience. The luxurious stone and the entrance waterscape echo each other, allowing you to enjoy a high-quality homecoming experience.Rational geometric deconstruction and reorganization form an orderly urban interface. Plants are introduced as soft landscape, overlapping and coexisting with the Beijin beige stone wall.<\/p>\n

The sight lines inside and outside the pan-club space intersect, extending a viewing platform overlooking the water, and also providing unlimited possibilities for future commercial space.Angolan black stone and transparent glass railings complement each other, and the open water viewing platform allows for a panoramic view of the waterfront.The modern garden connects indoor and outdoor spaces. It is a continuation of the indoor space and an inward penetration of the landscape, forming a harmonious and unified whole.<\/p>\n
