The project emerges as a public space intervention aimed at dignifying and redefining an environment historically marked by the stigma of insecurity. The result is a fully accessible park, with continuous pathways, integrated ramps, and open plazas that function as gathering points for community activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6784\u601d\u6e90\u4e8e\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u53ca\u5176\u73b0\u6709\u793e\u533a\u52a8\u6001\u7684\u4ed4\u7ec6\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u5728\u5e72\u9884\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u8fd9\u5757\u5730\u66fe\u662f\u4e00\u5904\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u7eff\u5730\uff1a\u5c45\u6c11\u5c06\u5176\u4f5c\u4e3a\u81ea\u5bb6\u7684\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u65e2\u6709\u5bb6\u5ead\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u81ea\u53d1\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u805a\u4f1a\u573a\u6240\u548c\u751f\u4ea7\u6027\u7528\u9014\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4Taller Multidisciplinar\u8ba4\u53ef\u8fd9\u4e00\u539f\u6709\u7684\u7279\u8d28\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u5176\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8d77\u70b9\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u5f3a\u52a0\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0e\u5f53\u5730\u73af\u5883\u683c\u683c\u4e0d\u5165\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The project is conceived from a careful reading of the site and its existing neighborhood dynamics. Prior to the intervention, the plot functioned as an informal green space: a place used by residents as an extension of their homes, where domestic gardens, spontaneous gathering areas, and productive uses coexisted. Taller Multidisciplinar acknowledges this pre-existing character and takes it as a starting point, avoiding the imposition of a model foreign to the place.<\/span><\/p>\n

The proposal deliberately moves away from the incorporation of new sports courts, recognizing that the immediate surroundings already include large-scale facilities. Instead, the design focuses on a park oriented toward coexistence, strolling, and staying, capable of accommodating different everyday activities without rigid hierarchies. The layout responds directly to the site’s topography, using contour lines as guiding elements and allowing accessibility to be resolved without major earthworks.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b8c\u5168\u65e0\u969c\u788d\u7684\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u62e5\u6709\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u6b65\u9053\u3001\u4e00\u4f53\u5316\u7684\u5761\u9053\u548c\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u793e\u533a\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u805a\u96c6\u70b9\u3002\u4fdd\u7559\u73b0\u6709\u6811\u6728\u662f\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u524d\u63d0\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4ef7\u503c\uff0c\u8fd8\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u51cf\u8f7b\u57ce\u5e02\u566a\u97f3\u5e76\u521b\u9020\u8212\u9002\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u6761\u4ef6\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u6750\u6599\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u9009\u7528\u4e86\u6613\u4e8e\u66f4\u6362\u4e14\u7ef4\u62a4\u6210\u672c\u4f4e\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5982\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u94fa\u8def\u7816\u548c\u8349\u7816\uff0c\u4ee5\u9002\u5e94\u97e6\u62c9\u514b\u9c81\u65af\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u9762\u5bf9\u9891\u7e41\u964d\u96e8\u548c\u6d2a\u6c34\u65f6\u4fdd\u6301\u571f\u58e4\u7684\u6e17\u900f\u6027\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7cfb\u7edf\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u7ef4\u6301\u573a\u5730\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u5e73\u8861\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u957f\u671f\u8010\u4e45\u6027\u3002\u8bf8\u5982\u57ce\u5e02\u906e\u9633\u4f1e\u4e4b\u7c7b\u7684\u5143\u7d20\u5177\u6709\u53cc\u91cd\u529f\u80fd\uff1a\u767d\u5929\u63d0\u4f9b\u906e\u9633\u548c\u906e\u853d\uff0c\u591c\u665a\u5219\u53d8\u6210\u6563\u53d1\u6e29\u6696\u5149\u8292\u7684\u7167\u660e\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u5b89\u5168\u611f\u3002\u57ce\u5e02\u5bb6\u5177\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u65e8\u5728\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u5176\u4ed6\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u4f20\u8fbe\u51fa\u6240\u6709\u793e\u533a\u90fd\u5e94\u4eab\u6709\u540c\u7b49\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is a fully accessible park, with continuous pathways, integrated ramps, and open plazas that function as gathering points for community activities. The preservation of existing trees was a central premise of the project, not only for their environmental value, but also for their ability to mitigate urban noise and create conditions of climatic comfort.<\/span><\/p>\n

In constructive terms, materials that are easy to replace and require low maintenance were selected, such as concrete pavers and grass pavers, responding to Veracruz\u2019s climatic conditions and the need to preserve soil permeability in the face of recurring rainfall and flooding. These systems help maintain the natural balance of the site and ensure the long-term durability of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Elements such as urban umbrellas serve a dual function: during the day they provide shade and shelter, while at night they transform into light fixtures that emit a warm glow and reinforce the perception of safety. Urban furniture was selected with the aim of maintaining coherence with other public spaces in the city, conveying the idea that all neighborhoods deserve the same level of quality in their design.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u963f\u666e\u5c14\u79d1\u516c\u56ed\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u88ab\u5176\u90bb\u5c45\u79ef\u6781\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u7ef4\u62a4\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u5176\u7269\u7406\u7ef4\u5ea6\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u8fd8\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u9886\u571f\u4e0e\u5176\u5c45\u6c11\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u548c\u89e3\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u6050\u60e7\u7684\u53d9\u4e8b\uff0c\u91cd\u7533\u4e86\u5bf9\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u53ef\u53ca\u4e14\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

From its conception, Parque Apulco prioritized dialogue with the community. The space is envisioned as a nearby park, accessible on foot, designed to be experienced and inhabited on an everyday basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Parque Apulco has established itself as a space actively used and cared for by its neighbors. Beyond its physical dimension, the project represents an act of reconciliation between the territory and its inhabitants, breaking with the narrative of fear and reaffirming the right to safe, accessible, and high-quality public spaces.<\/span><\/p>\n
