The project is located at Vanke 17 Mile Garden in Caijia, Chongqing, with a two-level spatial layout and clear, complementary functional positioning.<\/p>\n

– Level 1: Focused on social reception, it connects the living room to the external natural landscape, achieving deep integration of vision and function; the viewing area outside the tea room\u2019s daylight well introduces natural light into the space, crafting an immersive tea-drinking ambiance.<\/p>\n

The project was initiated by the client. During on-site communication, the client\u2019s core vision for the space distilled into two key words: Serenity, Nature.<\/p>\n

\u524d\u671f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6df1\u5ea6\u7814\u8bfb\u5ba4\u5185\u8bbe\u8ba1\u98ce\u683c\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u62d2\u7edd\u201c\u5ba4\u5185\u4e0e\u666f\u89c2\u5272\u88c2\u201d\u7684\u72b6\u6001\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u8ba9\u666f\u89c2\u6210\u4e3a\u5efa\u7b51\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5411\u5916\u5ef6\u4f38\u3002<\/p>\n

In the early design phase, we conducted an in-depth study of the interior design philosophy, rejecting the separation between interior and landscape, and striving to make the landscape an outward extension of the interior space.<\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u6750\u8d28\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\u4e0e\u690d\u7269\u7684\u53d9\u4e8b\uff0c\u8ba9\u7a7a\u95f4\u65e0\u58f0\u4f20\u9012\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7684\u60c5\u7eea\u4e0e\u6027\u683c\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u201c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6709\u903b\u8f91\u201d\u7684\u575a\u6301\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ea\u4e3a\u7f8e\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u66f4\u8981\u4e3a\u751f\u6d3b\u800c\u751f\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4ece\u7a7a\u95f4\u672c\u8d28\u51fa\u53d1\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u5ba4\u5185\u5e03\u5c40\u4e0e\u4e1a\u4e3b\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5206\u533a\u57df\u6784\u5efa\u8bbe\u8ba1\u903b\u8f91\uff0c\u8ba9\u6bcf\u4e00\u5904\u7ec6\u8282\u90fd\u670d\u52a1\u4e8e\u201c\u878d\u5408\u201d\u4e0e\u201c\u547c\u5e94\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n

Starting from the essence of the space and combining the interior layout with the client\u2019s needs, we build the design logic by area, ensuring every detail serves “integration” and “echo”.<\/p>\n

\u5ba2\u5385\u5916\u63a5\u666f\u89c2\u533a\uff1a\u6253\u7834\u8fb9\u754c\u611f\uff0c\u5c06\u6750\u8d28\u878d\u5165\u7eff\u690d\uff0c\u8ba9\u666f\u89c2\u5982\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u957f\u822c\u6e17\u900f\u5ba4\u5185\uff1b\u8c03\u6574\u539f\u6709\u5ead\u9662\u95e8\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u9519\u4f4d\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u4f9d\u6258\u865a\u5b9e\u683c\u6805\u7684\u5c42\u6b21\uff0c\u7528\u6c34\u6ce2\u7eb9\u73bb\u7483\u6a21\u7cca\u5185\u5916\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u201c\u72b9\u62b1\u7435\u7436\u534a\u906e\u9762\u201d\u7684\u6726\u80e7\u53d9\u4e8b\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

Exterior landscape area of the living room: Breaking the sense of boundary, we integrate materials into plants, allowing the landscape to penetrate the interior as if growing naturally. We adjusted the misalignment between the original courtyard gate and the building entrance, and used water-corrugated glass to blur the internal and external boundaries, creating a haptic narrative of “half-hidden as if playing the pipa”.<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bbe\u5907\u95f4\u901a\u9053\u4e0e\u82b1\u56ed\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u53cc\u91cd\u8f7d\u4f53\uff0c\u4fa7\u82b1\u56ed\u4ee5\u201c\u66f2\u5f84\u901a\u5e7d\u201d\u7684\u5c0f\u5f84\u6784\u5efa\u80cc\u666f\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u524d\u666f\u4ee5\u4e00\u682a\u6570\u5341\u5e74\u8001\u6869\u77f3\u69b4\u6811\u4e3a\u753b\u9762\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u524d\u3001\u4e2d\u3001\u540e\u4e09\u5c42\u666f\u89c2\u5c42\u6b21\u3002<\/p>\n

Serving as both a passage to the equipment room and the main entrance of the garden, the side garden uses a “winding path leading to a secluded place” to build the background space, with a century-old pomegranate tree as the foreground focal point, forming a three-level landscape hierarchy (foreground, middle ground, background).<\/p>\n

The micro-terrain and stone rocks around are combined, drawing on the beauty of nature mountain wilderness to evoke emotions; the undulating spherical plants, stones and moss ground cover extend from the boundary of the enclosure to the building boundary,<\/p>\n

And then to the Taihu stone area of the tea room\u2019s daylight well, realizing natural echo between the originally separated internal and external spaces through terrain shaping.<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e3b\u4eba\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u4f11\u61a9\u533a\uff08\u542b\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u3001\u4e66\u623f\u3001\u4e3b\u5367\uff09\uff0c\u4e8c\u5c42\u4ee5\u5b9e\u7528\u4e3a\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u517c\u987e\u89c2\u666f\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

As the private leisure area for the owner (including the gym, study and master bedroom), Level 2 focuses on practicality while meeting the viewing needs.<\/p>\n

\u4ece\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u5ef6\u4f38\u51fa\u7684\u6728\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4e0e\u5916\u90e8\u666f\u89c2\u7d27\u5bc6\u54ac\u5408\uff1b\u4e00\u682a\u7fbd\u6bdb\u67ab\u6210\u4e3a\u7a97\u666f\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u521d\u6625\u65f6\u679d\u53f6\u63a9\u6620\u4e8e\u73bb\u7483\u5185\u5916\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u7537\u4e3b\u6700\u504f\u7231\u7684\u4f11\u61a9\u89d2\u843d\u3002<\/p>\n

The wooden platform extending from the gym is closely integrated with the external landscape; a Japanese maple becomes the core of the window view. Its leaves and branches are hidden inside and outside the glass in early spring, making it the favorite resting spot for the male owner.<\/p>\n
