Chen + Suchart Studio, LLC<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aDillon\u4f4f\u5b85\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u56db\u5408\u9662\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4f4f\u5b85\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u6539\u9020\u548c\u8865\u5145\uff0c\u8be5\u4f4f\u5b85\u4f4d\u4e8e20\u4e16\u7eaa\u4e94\u516d\u5341\u5e74\u4ee3\u7684\u4e00\u82f1\u4ea9\u9a6c\u573a\u7684\u793e\u533a\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n

Chen + Suchart Studio, LLC<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe Dillon Residence takes the form of a courtyard house typology. It is a remodel and addition to an existing home situated in a 1950\u2019s and 1960\u2019s neighborhood comprised of one-acre horse properties.<\/p>\n

\u4e3b\u5c4b\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u539f\u6765\u7684L\u578b\uff0c\u800c\u65b0\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u4e3b\u5367\u5957\u95f4\u5305\u56f4\u4e86\u65b0\u5efa\u7684\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u5ead\u9662\u7684\u4e00\u7aef\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5ead\u9662\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e1a\u4e3b\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u6765\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6237\u5916\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u623f\u5b50\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u73b0\u4ee3\u8bed\u8a00\u8fdb\u884c\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u5ba2\u6237\u559c\u6b22\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u54c1\u8d28\u3002\u4e3b\u5367\u5957\u95f4\u88ab\u914d\u7f6e\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u5355\u72ec\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u6807\u8bc6\uff0c\u4e0d\u53d7\u4f4f\u5b85\u6700\u521dL\u578b\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n

The original L-shaped form was retained for the main house while a new separate Master Suite volume envelops a newly defined courtyard anchored by a pool on one end. This courtyard serves to promote the outdoors as part of the clients\u2019 daily life. The language of the house takes on a modern language while retaining some of the domestic qualities enjoyed by the clients. The Master Suite is configured as a separate volume and therefore is allowed to establish its own architectural identity that is free from the language of the original L-shaped portion of the house.<\/p>\n

\u5c06\u623f\u5b50\u6700\u521d\u7684L\u5f62\u72b6\u90e8\u5206\u5c4b\u9876\u751f\u9508\u7684\u6ce2\u7eb9\u91d1\u5c5e\u8986\u5c42\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u4e3b\u5957\u623f\u7684\u5899\u58c1\u8986\u5c42\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u7531\u5f53\u5730\u76d0\u6cb3\u5ca9\u77f3\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u5927\u77f3\u7b3c\u5899\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5ead\u9662\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u4e2a\u52a0\u539a\u7684\u5899\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5355\u72ec\u7684\u4f53\u91cf\u7a7a\u95f4\u63d0\u4f9b\u9690\u79c1\u3002\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u76ee\u7684\u5730\uff0c\u951a\u5b9a\u4e86\u9662\u5b50\u7684\u5317\u7aef\uff0c\u5927\u6ed1\u52a8\u95e8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06\u6cf3\u6c60\u5411\u5ead\u9662\u5f00\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n

The language of rusted corrugated metal cladding of the roof at the original L-shaped portion of the house is extended to be the wall cladding at the Master Suite. A large gabion wall comprised of local Salt River rock serves as a backdrop to the courtyard space while establishing a thickened wall to afford privacy for this separate volume. The pool is treated as a destination that anchors the courtyard on its North end and can be opened to the courtyard by means of a large sliding gate.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u680b\u623f\u5b50\u7684\u8fd9\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u6539\u9020\u6210\u4e00\u79cd\u66f4\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5236\u9020\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5c06\u5ba2\u5385\u3001\u9910\u5385\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u5a31\u4e50\u5ba4\u7684\u89c4\u5212\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6700\u5c0f\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u7a7a\u95f4\u5219\u7531\u6f02\u6d6e\u5728\u5176\u95f4\u7684\u53a8\u623f\u7a7a\u95f4\u6765\u5b9a\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n

This portion of the house has been remodeled to take on a more modern means of space-making whereby the program of the living, dining, and family room are treated as one larger space, minimally defined by a kitchen space that floats planimetrically in between.<\/p>\n
