Change Studio<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aJiangshanyue Residential Project is located in Yubei District, Chongqing. We have created a warm and tranquil courtyard for the \u201cVilla Pu\u201d. We hope to deal with the complex vertical relationship of the site by creating the three-dimensional space and using new construction materials while also bringing an elegant and artistic experience to the quiet residential environment, showing multi-storey outdoor home space.<\/p>\n

\u827a\u672f\u7684\u751f\u6d3b

\nArt seems to be far away from us. We may have to go to the art gallery to feel its existence; art may be around us and exist in daily life as art comes from life. Different from the past, we hope to create a unique vibe for the Villa. Fresh and elegant, it represents the spirits of the Eastern countries. It is a place for outdoor activities such as going back home, talking, walking, and playing. It makes people who live here enjoy it. It is not only full of power but also clean and neat. It is fascinating and thought-provoking.<\/p>\n

\u4f4f\u533a\u7684\u4eba\u884c\u5165\u53e3\u662f\u5728\u4e24\u4fa7\u90bb\u8857\u5546\u4e1a\u5efa\u7b51\u5939\u5408\u4e0b\u7684\u73bb\u7483\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u7b80\u7ea6\u8f7b\u76c8\u3001\u865a\u5b9e\u76f8\u4ea4\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f53\u5757\u8425\u9020\u4e86\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u827a\u672f\u5f62\u8c61\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5b8c\u5584\u4e86\u7ba1\u7406\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u4ece\u5165\u53e3\u5230\u4f4f\u533a\u5185\u90e8\u67094.5\u7c73\u7684\u9ad8\u5dee\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u628a\u6709\u9650\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u7a7a\u95f4\u7559\u7ed9\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u5f62\u8c61\u7684\u5c55\u793a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9009\u62e9\u96c6\u4e2d\u3001\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5904\u7406\u9ad8\u5dee\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u6765\u89e3\u51b3\u7ad6\u5411\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u5e76\u7ed3\u5408\u4e86\u4e24\u90e8\u5782\u76f4\u7535\u68af\u548c\u6d88\u9632\u697c\u68af\u7684\u8bbe\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n

The pedestrian entrance of the residential area is a glass courtyard with commercial buildings on both sides of the street. The simple, light spacial blocks create the image of the entrance and make it easier for the management. There is a 4.5 meters landform change from the entrance to the interior of the settlement. In order to leave the limited entrance space for the function and image display, we choose to solve the vertical relationship in a centralized and effective way to deal with the height difference and combine it with two elevator and stairs.<\/p>\n

\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u5ead\u9662\u662f\u8425\u9020\u5728\u8f66\u5e93\u9876\u677f\u4e4b\u4e0a\u7684\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5f88\u5173\u6ce8\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u6027\uff0c\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u591a\u7684\u573a\u6240\u4e3a\u4f4f\u533a\u63d0\u4f9b\u505c\u7559\u548c\u4eab\u53d7\u5ba4\u5916\u5ead\u9662\u7684\u529f\u80fd,\u5e76\u52a0\u5f3a\u666f\u89c2\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u5ead\u9662\u4e4b\u95f4\u76f8\u4e92\u5206\u9694\u53c8\u4e92\u4e3a\u4ea4\u7ec7\uff0c\u4e32\u63a5\u7684\u6784\u7b51\u4e3a\u7a7a\u95f4\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6e17\u900f\u548c\u5ef6\u5c55\u3002\u6c34\u3001\u690d\u7269\u3001\u6784\u7b51\u4ee5\u53ca\u96d5\u5851\u754c\u5b9a\u4e86\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8d28\u611f\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u60f3\u53bb\u5b9a\u4e49\u6bcf\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5c5e\u6027\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u7a7a\u95f4\u5e03\u5c40\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u81ea\u7531\u3001\u5171\u878d\u7684\u73af\u5883\u6c1b\u56f4\uff0c\u4f46\u6bcf\u4e00\u79cd\u5143\u7d20\u53c8\u6070\u5f53\u597d\u5904\u7684\u5c5e\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e00\u4e0d\u53ef\u3002\u9762\u5bf9\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u827a\u672f\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u6216\u8005\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5bb6\u5ead\u90fd\u4f1a\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u548c\u601d\u8003\uff0c\u7ed9\u573a\u6240\u4e00\u79cd\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u6765\u5851\u9020\u73af\u5883\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n

The inner courtyard is built above the roof of the garage. We are concerned about the participation of the space, creating places as many as possible for accommodation and strengthening the relationship between the landscape and the building. The courtyards are separated and intertwined, providing more penetration and extension of the space. Water, plants, structure, and sculpture define the vibe of the space but we don’t want to define the properties of each space. We hope the spatial layout provides a free and inclusive environment and each element does belong to this environment. Facing of such an artistic space, everyone or every family will have their own understanding and thinking, giving the place an inclusiveness to shape the unique value of the environment.<\/p>\n

Charm of Materials
\nThe use of materials is an important way for us to intervene in the artistic communication of this project. We pursue a clean and tidy space, emphasizing the colour and texture of the materials, and carefully combining them. They are just like works of art, and the uniform and comfortable tone makes people fully enjoy the atmosphere of the space. In this project, we have used the artificial stone bricks as the main material. We hope to guide everyone to pay attention to and use new materials. We call on everyone to reduce their dependence on traditional natural stone, reduce the depletion of stone resources and the environmental damage during stone mining.<\/p>\n

We hope that this kind of exploration will add colour to people’s lives. Beauty is the spatial layout, materials, and also the most intuitive while concealed feeling.
