Group Three Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u4f4d\u4e8e\u66fc\u8c37\u5927\u9053\u7684Sathorn-Pinklao 2\u662f\u6cf0\u56fd\u66fc\u8c37\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u8c6a\u534e\u4f4f\u5b85\u5f00\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5360\u573025\u82f1\u4ea9\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5173\u4e8e\u201c\u6cb3\u8fb9\u7684\u5317\u6b27\u4eba\u201d\u7684\u4f1f\u5927\u6784\u60f3\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6d77\u6ee8\u57ce\u5e02\u514b\u6717\u9a6c\u54c8\u7d22\u74e6\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e3b\u8981\u901a\u8fc7\u8fde\u63a5\u6cb3\u6d41\u3001\u7a7a\u95f4\u7f51\u7edc\u3001\u7ec6\u7ebf\u8fc7\u6e21\u8fd9\u4e09\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6982\u5ff5\u6765\u8fdb\u884c\u8003\u8651\u3002<\/p>\n

Group Three Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aBangkok Boulevard Sathorn-Pinklao 2 is the 25-acre modern and luxury housing development in Bangkok, Thailand. It comes with the big idea of \u201cThe Nordic by the River\u201d since it is in waterside location, Klong Mahasawat. Landscape design is considered through 3 main design concepts, which are Connection Flow, Space Networking, and Slim Line Transition.<\/p>\n

\u5f53\u5c45\u6c11\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u8fdb\u5165\u4e3b\u5e72\u9053\u65f6\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u4f1a\u4ece\u6811\u51a0\u548c\u4e94\u5f69\u7f24\u7eb7\u7684\u704c\u6728\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u79cb\u5b63\u82b1\u56ed\u4e2d\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u4e00\u79cd\u8f7b\u677e\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5e26\u6709\u9752\u94dc\u5de8\u9ca8\u9c7c\u7fa4\u96d5\u5851\u7684\u6c34\u666f\u4e5f\u4f3c\u4e4e\u662f\u5728\u8fce\u63a5\u4ece\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u8fc7\u6765\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u5f15\u5bfc\u4ed6\u4eec\u8d70\u5411\u5927\u95e8\u548c\u5b89\u68c0\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n

When the residents first entry to the main access road, they would find a relaxing atmosphere from tree canopy and autumn garden with mixed colour shrubs. Moreover, the water feature with bronze jumping fish herd sculpture is also ready to welcome them at the motor-court, towarding to the main gate and security checkpoint.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6ee8\u6c34\u4f1a\u6240\uff0c\u677e\u6811\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u8ba9\u5c45\u6c11\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u5317\u6b27\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002\u5360\u57301\u82f1\u4ea9\u7684\u6c34\u8fb9\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8349\u576a\u9732\u53f0\u3001\u80b2\u5a74\u5ba4\u548c\u5e26\u4f11\u606f\u533a\u7684\u5c0f\u7a7a\u5730\uff0c\u901a\u5f80\u6c34\u8fb9\u7684\u9053\u8def\u88ab\u900f\u660e\u6805\u680f\u5305\u56f4\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u5c45\u6c11\u5728\u516c\u56ed\u91cc\u4f11\u95f2\u65f6\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u5916\u9762\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u8fd0\u6cb3\u4e92\u52a8\u3002\u51e0\u4f55\u5f62\u72b6\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u4e5f\u8d77\u7740\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u666f\u89c2\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u5982\u51e0\u4f55\u5f62\u7684\u94fa\u8def\u77f3\u3001\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u548c\u957f\u6905\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5143\u7d20\u90fd\u4e0e\u4f1a\u6240\u5f62\u6210\u7edf\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n

For the waterfront clubhouse, Pine trees are added as a part of the architecture to make the residents recognize Scandinavian (Nordic) atmosphere. The 1-acre waterside park, including lawn terrace, woo den daybeds, and tot-lot with sitting area, is enclosed by the see through fences to the water way, so the residents could interact to the natural canal outside while they are having leisure time in the park. Geometric form also plays an important role, especially as the landscape elements, such as paveway, tot- lot and benches, in order to be blend together with the clubhouse.<\/p>\n
