Studio mk27<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u70ed\u5e26\u96e8\u6797\u5730\u533a\u4fdd\u5229\u65af\u5854\u6d77\u5cb8\uff0c\u5730\u5f62\u591a\u5c71\uff0c\u690d\u88ab\u8302\u5bc6\u3002\u5c06\u4f4f\u5b85\u5f15\u5165\u8fd9\u4e00\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u4f18\u5316\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u4f7f\u4eba\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u4f4f\u5b85\u5185\u773a\u671b\u5927\u6d77\uff0c\u9633\u5149\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7167\u5c04\u5230\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4f4f\u5b85\u5728\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u662f\u690d\u88ab\u4e2d\u5148\u524d\u7a7a\u51fa\u7684\u533a\u57df\u3002<\/p>\n

Studio mk27<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe project is located on the paulista shore in the region of the Rain Forest and the land has a mountainous topography with dense vegetation. The introduction of this house to this landscape has the objective of optimizing the connection between architecture and nature, privileging the view looking out to the ocean and the incidence of sunlight in the internal spaces. Furthermore, the positioning of the house on the site obeyed the previously-open area in the vegetation.<\/p>\n

The main volume of the house is elevated from the ground and seems built into the topography. The house, therefore, projects itself out from the mountain. The contact elements between the slope and the construction – as for example the wooden decks \u2013 were shaped to respect the existing land, thereby creating an organic interaction between nature and the architectural elements. In the part that it comes out of the mountain, the structure touches the ground with only two pillars.<\/p>\n

\u4e09\u5c42\u7684\u4e1b\u6797\u5c0f\u5c4b\u4e3a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u521b\u5efa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u89c4\u5212\u5206\u533a\uff1a\u5e95\u5c42\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5927\u7684\u8986\u76d6\u6728\u8d28\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4e0e\u513f\u7ae5\u5c0f\u623f\u95f4\u76f8\u8fde\uff1b\u4e00\u697c\u6709\u516d\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\u2014\u2014\u4e94\u95f4\u6709\u5e26\u540a\u5e8a\u7684\u5c0f\u9633\u53f0\u623f\u548c\u4e00\u95f4\u7535\u89c6\u623f\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e09\u5c42\u4e5f\u662f\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u5c42\u662f\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u533a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u3001\u5ba2\u5385\u548c\u53a8\u623f\u3002<\/p>\n

The 3 floors of Jungle House create a clear programmatic division for the project: the ground floor houses a large covered wooden deck, connected to a small room for the children; on the first floor there are six bedrooms \u2013 five of them with small verandas with hammocks \u2013 and a tv room; the third and last floor is the social area of the house, including a swimming pool, a living room and the kitchen.<\/p>\n

Thus, the architecture defined an inverted vertical organization of the program when compared to what is usually done in single-family houses: while the pool and the social areas are on the roof, the bedrooms are located on the floor below. The deck is on the ground floor- protected by the projection of the house \u2013 is an ample and generous space that configures a shaded shelter for the children to play. The utility rooms are also located on this story.<\/p>\n
