Huafa Zhuofan Center is located at the gateway of Dawan District. It has a variety of functional businesses including hotel, commercial and office to create a symbolic high-end complex in the Bay Area.<\/p>\n

Collision between Engineering and Aesthetics<\/p>\n

In the landscape design of Huafa Zhuofan Center, GND design cooperated with Huafa Group to grasp and control the space with product’s overall thinking, deep research and development of commercial landscape, taking people’s experience as the starting point, paying attention to nature, humanities, art, color and materials to outline the modern and harmonious style of aesthetic and practical coexistence. Through the material details and exquisite craftsmanship, a modern, international, high-end and artistic aesthetic experience venue was built.<\/p>\n

\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u7eaf\u7cb9\u7b80\u7ea6\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u201c\u6c34\u6676\u5149\u6591\u201d\u6982\u5ff5\u8d2f\u7a7f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u59cb\u7ec8\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6446\u8131\u5e38\u89c4\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u754c\u5206\u611f\uff0c\u5728\u65b9\u6b63\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u8d85\u8d8a\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u5728\u7a7a\u95f4\u7ed3\u6784\u3001\u94fa\u88c5\u3001\u5c0f\u54c1\u4e2d\u5207\u5165\u7b80\u6d01\u800c\u5bcc\u6709\u521b\u9020\u6027\u7684\u6c34\u6676\u4f53\u5757\uff0c\u53d8\u5316\u800c\u5bcc\u6709\u97f5\u5f8b\u7684\u5149\u6591\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5f15\u5bfc\u7a7a\u95f4\u6c1b\u56f4\u7684\u5ef6\u5c55\uff0c\u521b\u5efa\u827a\u672f\u6027\u5171\u4eab\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Crystal Casts Bright Light Spots<\/p>\n

The landscape design adopted pure and concise technique and the concept of \u201ccrystal spot\u201d runs through the design. The design got rid of the sense of division in the conventional space and improved on the basis of squares to inject simple and creative crystal blocks in the space structure, pavement and ornaments. With the changing and rhythmic spots, the atmosphere expanded to set up an artistic sharing space.<\/p>\n

\n\u503c\u5f97\u4e00\u63d0\u7684\u662f\u827a\u672f\u73bb\u7483\u666f\u5899\uff0c\u529f\u80fd\u4e0a\u8d77\u5230\u969c\u666f\u3001\u5c55\u793a\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0a\u6c34\u6676\u5149\u6591\u5143\u7d20\u5728\u7ad6\u5411\u7acb\u9762\u5f97\u4ee5\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u65b0\u6280\u672f\u65b0\u5de5\u827a\u878d\u6784\u51fa\u522b\u5177\u4e00\u683c\u7684\u89c6\u91ce\u666f\u8c61\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u79d1\u6280\u65f6\u5c1a\u7684\u5f53\u4ee3\u6c14\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n

Virtual and Real, Explicit and Implicit<\/p>\n

The entrance plaza consists of two spaces, the ceremonial lobby and the characteristic plaza. The receding fa\u00e7ade design weakens the sense of boundary between the city and the venue. At the same time, the space appears more open and broad to avoid taking in everything in a glance, and the subtle twists and turns in the simpleness has updated people’s visual experience.
\nIt is worth mentioning that the art glass wall functions as a barrier and display. The design of the crystal spot element is extended in the vertical fa\u00e7ade, and the new technology and crafts are utilized to construct a unique vision to create a technological and fashionable contemporary atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Step into the forecourt square, the flatness and three-dimensional appeal interweaves where the growth of the lines makes the overlapping strokes among the spaces seem to have an infinite sense of depth, and the utilization of spatial layout planning and material design help to maximize the landscape perception.<\/p>\n

\u4f11\u95f2\u540e\u5ead\u9662\u4e00\u6761\u8f7b\u6d41\u7684\u5c0f\u6eaa\u5c06\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u666f\u89c2\u81ea\u7136\u76f8\u8fde\uff0c\u4ee5\u6781\u7b80\u7684\u8bed\u6c47\u3001\u51cf\u6cd5\u7684\u624b\u7b14\u8be0\u91ca\u5f53\u4ee3\u827a\u672f\u6c14\u606f\u5143\u7d20\u3002\u968f\u5149\u800c\u53d8\uff0c\u7a7a\u95f4\u6c14\u97f5\u6d41\u52a8\u800c\u53c8\u9759\u7f8e\uff0c\u4e8e\u7b80\u96c5\u8d28\u6734\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f70\u663e\u5178\u96c5\u6709\u529b\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u611f\u3002\u8ba9\u4eba\u4e0d\u77e5\u4e0d\u89c9\u8131\u79bb\u4e86\u65e5\u5e38\uff0c\u6c89\u6d78\u4e8e\u81ea\u7136\u4e0e\u68a6\u5e7b\u7684\u611f\u77e5\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n

A gently-flowing creek in the leisure backyard connects the building to the landscape naturally, and interprets contemporary art atmosphere with minimalist vocabulary and subtraction. As the light changes, the space is flowing quietly in the air and it shows an elegant and powerful sense of existence in the simpleness and modesty. People are unknowingly out of their daily lives and immersed in the perception of nature and dreams.<\/p>\n

\u5927\u5c0f\u5404\u5f02\u7684\u6c34\u6676\u5149\u6591\u4f53\u5757\u56f4\u5408\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u4ead\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5c55\u793a\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u4f53\u5757\u7ec4\u5408\u3001\u8fde\u7eed\u3001\u91cd\u53e0\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u8212\u9002\u5747\u8861\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n

Crystal light blocks of various sizes are combined into a unique landscape pavilion and can also be used as a display space. The block combination, continuous and overlapping changes create a comfortable and balanced visual effect.<\/p>\n

\u4ead\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u91c7\u7528\u501f\u666f\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e8e\u6b64\u5904\u5411\u5916\u89c2\u666f\uff0c\u7f8e\u666f\u72b9\u5982\u6846\u666f\u6302\u753b\u4e00\u822c\uff0c\u84dd\u5929\u767d\u4e91\uff0c\u65e5\u51fa\u65e5\u843d\uff0c\u5c55\u73b0\u5728\u773c\u524d\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u548c\u8c10\uff0c\u5b9b\u5982\u5929\u6210\u3002\u4ead\u4e0e\u5468\u8fb9\u73af\u5883\u5b8c\u7f8e\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u5374\u53c8\u51fa\u7c7b\u62d4\u8403\uff0c\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\u5ead\u9662\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The design of the pavilion adopts the scenery borrowing method. The view is beautiful here looking out as a frame painting, where the blue sky and white clouds, the sunrise and the sunset are presented in front of the eyes, and it is harmonious just like a wonderful working of nature. The pavilion blends perfectly with the surrounding environment, yet distinguishes to show the perfect courtyard space.<\/p>\n
