\u827a\u666e\u5f97\u57ce\u5e02\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6d59\u6c5f\u7701\u676d\u5dde\u5e02\u8427\u5c71\u533a\u79d1\u6280\u65b0\u57ce\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u6a21\u62df\u4f20\u7edf\u6c11\u5c45\uff0c\u4ee5\u7c89\u5899\u9edb\u74e6\u7684\u5916\u9970\u9762\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u6c5f\u5357\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u7ed3\u5408\u73b0\u72b6\u808c\u7406\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u7740\u91cd\u6e38\u8d4f\u52a8\u7ebf\u4e0e\u89c2\u8bbf\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u6253\u9020\uff0c\u529b\u6c42\u91cd\u73b0\u6c5f\u5357\u6c34\u7cfb\u7684\u7f8e\u611f\u60c5\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

iPD<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aSunac One Park Era is located in the Xiaoshan Science and Technology Polis, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The building simulates Chinese traditional dwellings and creates a Jiangnan atmosphere with the white wall and black tile. Landscape combines the site condition and architectural layout, to create a journey for visitor and the beauty of Jiangnan scenery.<\/p>\n

\u666f\u89c2\u6c72\u53d6\u6c34\u4e61\u6c11\u5c45\u8bed\u6c47\uff0c\u5927\u8303\u56f4\u955c\u9762\u6c34\u666f\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5d4c\u5165\u6d9f\u6f2a\u6cc9\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\u7684\u767d\u5899\u9edb\u74e6\uff0c\u5982\u540c\u4e00\u5e45\u7f13\u7f13\u5c55\u5f00\u7684\u6c34\u58a8\u5377\u8f74\u3002<\/p>\n

Landscape draws from traditional Jiangnan dwellings, creates a large reflecting water feature to capture the shape of the building, like a long Chinese ink-wash painting in front of the sales center.<\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u5ead\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5927\u5802\u7684\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u662f\u5efa\u7b51\u5e03\u5c40\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u5728\u7a7a\u95f4\u7b56\u7565\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5176\u89c6\u4f5c\u6e38\u8d4f\u52a8\u7ebf\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u73af\u8282\u3002\u4e09\u68f5\u7cbe\u9009\u5a1c\u5854\u680e\u88ab\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u955c\u9762\u6c34\u666f\u73af\u7ed5\uff0c\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u73bb\u7483\u5e55\u5899\u76f8\u4e92\u6620\u886c\uff0c\u6784\u9020\u51fa\u901a\u900f\u7684\u8f6c\u6298\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0e\u573a\u666f\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u4e2d\u5ead\u5728\u6a21\u7cca\u4e86\u5ba4\u5185\u5916\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fb9\u754c\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e5f\u4ee5\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u573a\u666f\u611f\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u9879\u76ee\u8fa8\u8bc6\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n

The atrium serves as the background of the lobby and is also the center of the architectural layout. In terms of landscape strategy, it is the developing stage of the whole journey. Three nuttall oak surrounding by a big water garden, and the glass wall reflecting the atrium creates a transparent space and interesting experience, While blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, the unique experience gives the project a strong identity.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u5317\u4fa7\u662f\u4e00\u5757\u73b0\u72b6\u6e56\u6cca\uff0c\u8fd9\u7247\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u6e56\u666f\u662f\u6d3d\u8c08\u533a\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u51fa\u53d1\u70b9\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u5229\u7528\u573a\u5730\u4e0e\u6e56\u5cb8\u7684\u9ad8\u5dee\u5f62\u6210\u89c6\u7ebf\u4e0a\u7684\u9519\u89c9\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u6e56\u666f\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\u5f15\u666f\u5165\u5ba4\u3002<\/p>\n

On the north side of the site is an existing lake, the beauty of the lake became the inspiration for the whole discussion area. Landscape use the level difference between the sales center and the lake to create a visual illusion of the lake boundary.<\/p>\n
