Jaime Lerner Arquitetos Associados<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe Gua\u00edba Waterfront Urban Park is a 1.5km and 5,7ha intervention in Porto Alegre, the largest metropolis in Southern Brazil with 1.5 million population, 4.2 million in a metropolitan scale. The park, which is a local government initiative, reconnects the city and the population with its most precious landscape: the Gua\u00edba waterfront.<\/p>\n

This project brings life to an infill area that was created to be part of the flood control system of Porto Alegre. In building this infill, the riparian environment was adversely affected. Also, as prior to the project it had no use and was disconnected from the surrounding city life, creating a somewhat hostile area with serious security, degradation and abandonment problems. Those are some of the issues that the Park seeks to mitigate.<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u548c\u73af\u5883\u7684\u518d\u751f\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4ecb\u5165\u5c06\u5927\u5927\u6539\u5584\u6e2f\u53e3\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9\u793e\u4f1a\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u73af\u5883\u4ea7\u751f\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u5b83\u5c06\u4eba\u3001\u6587\u5316\u3001\u5386\u53f2\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u8054\u7cfb\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u826f\u6027\u5faa\u73af\u3002\u516c\u56ed\u6bd7\u90bb\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u4ea4\u901a\u7f51\u7edc\u7d27\u5bc6\u76f8\u8fde\uff0c\u65b9\u4fbf\u884c\u4eba\u548c\u9a91\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u7684\u4eba\u3001\u5730\u94c1\u3001\u516c\u5171\u6c7d\u8f66\u548c\u6c7d\u8f66\u8fdb\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n

As an urban and environmental regeneration project, the intervention will greatly improve the porto-alegrenses\u2019 quality of life, with social, economic and environmental systemic impacts. It comes to connect people, culture, history and nature in a virtuous circle of valorization.\u00a0Adjacent to the downtown area, the park is very well connected to the urban fabric, with facilitated access to pedestrians and bikers, metro, bus and cars.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7cbe\u5fc3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5c06\u643a\u5e26\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u589e\u52a0\u65c5\u6e38\u3001\u7a33\u5b9a\u5efa\u7b51\u5b58\u91cf\u548c\u6062\u590d\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u6765\u91cd\u632f\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6574\u5408\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5c06\u5468\u8fb9\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u5143\u7d20\u8054\u7cfb\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u8ba9\u4eba\u4eec\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u4eab\u53d7\u8fd9\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u5171\u4eab\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u516c\u56ed\u91cc\u6709\u6ee1\u8db3\u6e38\u5ba2\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u5982\u9152\u5427\u3001\u5496\u5561\u9986\u3001\u4f53\u80b2\u8bbe\u65bd\u7b49\u3002\u4ee5\u524d\u7e41\u91cd\u7684\u533a\u57df\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8d44\u4ea7\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u4ef7\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n

With a carefully conceived program, it will carry all the necessary elements to re-energize the city center through increased tourism, valorization of the built stock and recuperation of the natural environment. It is an integrating project, bridging several elements of the built and natural environment that exist in the surrounding area, allowing people to gather and enjoy this new shared space in the city. All the necessary infrastructure to address the visitor\u2019s needs are present in the park, such as pubs, cafes, sports facilities and so on. A previously onerous area becomes an important asset for the city, a sustainability element, reducing costs and adding value.<\/p>\n

The architectural qualities of the project are connected to the natural way by which it inserts itself in the landscape, taking advantage of the area\u2019s topography to accommodate the necessary infrastructures and to create belvederes to contemplate the surrounding scenery. The materials are concrete, steel, wood and glass in natural colors, so to gain lightness. The curved shapes relate to the movement of the waters, unfolding gently along the terrain. They take advantage of the plasticity of the concrete to generate only essential forms.<\/p>\n

\u521b\u5efa\u7684\u6b23\u8d4f\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u4e86\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u6cbf\u7740\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u697c\u68af\u5219\u4e3a\u6b23\u8d4f\u58ee\u4e3d\u7684\u65e5\u843d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\u5ea7\u4f4d\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n

The scenic dimension of the estuary will be enhanced by the provision of a qualified stage for its appreciation. The stairways that run along the project provide the perfect seating area for the glorious sunset, \u201cthe most beautiful one in the world\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u5143\u7d20\u662f\u5149\u7ebf\u3002\u767d\u5929\uff0c\u9633\u5149\u5728Gua\u00edba\u6c34\u57df\u7684\u53cd\u5c04\u51fa\u4e00\u5904\u666f\u89c2\u5947\u89c2\uff1b\u65e5\u843d\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u5f00\u59cb\u7efd\u653e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5149\u8292\uff0c\u7167\u660e\u9879\u76ee\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5728\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u4e0a\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u7247\u5730\u9762\u7684\u591c\u7a7a\u7e41\u661f\u3002<\/p>\n

An important element of the project is the light. During the day, the sunlight and its reflections in the Gua\u00edba waters guide the spectacle; after the sunset, architecture starts its own show, with a lightning project that creates, on the pavements of the park, a semblance of the night starry sky.<\/p>\n
