KOTSIUBA<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aUNIT.City\u662f\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u521b\u65b0\u56ed\u533a\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e1c\u4e2d\u6b27\u6700\u5927\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u5b83\u6210\u7acb\u4e8e2016\u5e74\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u57fa\u8f85\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u5382\u524d\u5de5\u4e1a\u533a\u3002\u81ea\u5de5\u53822000\u5e74\u5173\u95ed\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u8be5\u5730\u5757\u5c31\u4e00\u76f4\u5904\u4e8e\u5e9f\u5f03\u72b6\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n

KOTSIUBA<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aUNIT.City is the first Ukrainian innovation park and one of the largest innovation centers in East-Central Europe. It was founded in 2016 on the former industrial zone of Kyiv Motorcycle Factory. Since the Factory closed in the 2000\u2019s, the site was abandoned.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u6784\u60f3\u662f\u521b\u5efa\u521b\u65b0\u56ed\u533a\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3b\u8be524\u516c\u9877\u7684\u571f\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u3002UNIT.City\u7684\u5efa\u8bbe\u662f\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u3002\u73b0\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u9636\u6bb5 – \u6d3b\u52a8\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u5546\u4e1a\u6821\u56ed\u548c\u4f4f\u623f\u3002<\/p>\n

Big project idea is the creation of Innovation Park and global revitalization of site\u2019s 24 hectares. \u0421onstruction of UNIT.City was the first step of the whole project. Now we are working on the the second stage \u2014 Event Plaza with business campuses and housing.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u6237\u662f\u5e74\u8f7b\u7684IT\u4e13\u5bb6\u548c\u53d1\u660e\u5bb6\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u521d\u521b\u516c\u53f8\u5de5\u4f5c\u6216\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u5b66\u4e60\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u662f\u521b\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5b75\u5316\u5668\u548cUNIT\u5de5\u5382\u3002\u6ce8\u518cUNIT.Factory\u53ef\u6839\u636e\u6cd5\u56fd\u5b66\u6821\u201842\u2019\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u6ca1\u6709\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u8003\u8bd5\u6216\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u6559\u80b2\u5b8c\u5168\u57fa\u4e8e\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u4e3b\u52a8\u6027\u3002\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e09\u5e74\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u6216\u5728\u5b66\u4e60\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u5e74\u8f7b\u7684\u4e13\u5bb6\u5c06\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u7684IT\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u8fdb\u884c\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n

Main users of the space are young IT-specialists and inventors, who work on startups or study here. There are incubator for startups and UNIT.Factory. Enrollment to UNIT.Factory takes place according to the system of the French school `42`, meaning there are no formal exams or professors. Education is based on students initiative. After three years of study or even while studying, a young specialist will be able to work in IT offices that will be located on the site.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u8ba9\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u611f\u5230\u6109\u60a6\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5728\u793e\u4ea4\u6c1b\u56f4\u4e2d\u6fc0\u53d1\u81ea\u6211\u53d1\u5c55\u548c\u81ea\u6211\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u89c4\u5212\u7ed3\u6784\u5c06\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7ed3\u5408\u5230\u7edf\u4e00\u7684\u753b\u9762\u4e2d\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6b63\u65b9\u5f62\uff0c \u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u5e26\u6709\u7eff\u8272\u571f\u58a9\u7684\u957f\u6905\u5145\u5f53\u5468\u56f4\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u805a\u96c6\u70b9\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u5b66\u6821\uff0c\u5496\u5561\u5385\u548c\u529e\u516c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u9644\u8fd1\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u9732\u5929\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u793e\u4ea4\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u7ec6\u8282\u4e5f\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7279\u522b\u8003\u91cf\uff1a\u72ec\u7acb\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u680f\u6746\uff0c\u5185\u7f6e\u706f\uff0c\u5783\u573e\u7bb1\u548c\u957f\u51f3\u3002<\/p>\n

Our goal was to create a space where everyone feels welcome, that provokes self-development and self-improvement in a social atmosphere.\u00a0Planning structure combines different architecture into the unified image.\u00a0At the core of the space is a square. Here, benches with green mounds act as a gathering point for the surrounding buildings. We allocated separate areas for working and socializing in the open air near the school, the cafe and the office center. There are also green spaces in the area for physical activities.\u00a0Special attention is paid to details: individually designed railings with built-in light, litter bins and benches.<\/p>\n

UNIT.City\u5728\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u573a\u666f\u4e0b\u90fd\u53ef\u8fdb\u884c\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u81ea2017\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0cUNIT.City\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e86400\u591a\u4e2a\u6d3b\u52a8\uff1a\u8bb2\u5ea7\uff0c\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u5c55\u89c8\u7b49\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u4ece\u65e9\u5230\u665a\u90fd\u5145\u6ee1\u4e86\u751f\u673a\u3002\u767d\u5929\uff0c\u5c45\u6c11\u5728\u9732\u5929\u533a\u57df\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u4f11\u95f2\uff0c\u665a\u4e0a\u5219\u53ef\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u5e7f\u573a\u4e0a\u5f39\u5409\u4ed6\uff0c\u95f2\u901b\u3002<\/p>\n

UNIT.City is actively used under completely different scenarios. Since 2017 UNIT.City organized more than 400 events: lectures, networkings, exhibitions, etc. The public space is full of life from morning until night. Residents work and relax in the open air at daytime, and gather on the square in the evening to play guitar and hang out.<\/p>\n
