Mir\u00f3 Rivera Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8fd9\u5ea7\u4eba\u884c\u5929\u6865\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5965\u65af\u6c40\u6e56\u7684\u690d\u88ab\u8302\u5bc6\u5904\uff0c\u5b83\u8fde\u63a5\u4e86\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e3b\u4f53\u548c\u65b0\u5efa\u7684\u5bbe\u9986\u3002\u8fd9\u5ea7\u6865\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u6765\u81ea\u8986\u76d6\u6e56\u5cb8\u7684\u82a6\u82c7\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u539f\u751f\u690d\u88ab\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u5ea7\u8f7b\u4fbf\u3001\u514d\u7ef4\u62a4\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u4e0e\u6e7f\u5730\u73af\u5883\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u3002\u94a2\u7b4b\/\u82a6\u82c7\u5728\u6865\u58a9\u5904\u76f8\u4e92\u7f20\u7ed5\uff0c\u201c\u751f\u957f\u201d\u5728\u6865\u4e0a\uff0c\u5c06\u6865\u4f2a\u88c5\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e4b\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u5171\u751f\u7684\u3001\u51e0\u4e4e\u4e0d\u53ef\u89c1\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u3002<\/p>\n

Mir\u00f3 Rivera Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aLocated on a densely vegetated site in Lake Austin, the Pedestrian Bridge connects the main house on the property with a newly constructed guest house.\u00a0With a design inspired by the reeds and other native vegetation that cover the shores of the lake, the bridge is a light and maintenance-free structure that is well-integrated within its wetland setting. The bars\/ reeds intertwine at the abutments and \u201cgrow\u201d over the bridge, camouflaging it and transforming the bridge into a symbiotic, almost invisible link.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u5ea7\u62f1\u6865\u603b\u8de8\u5ea6\u4e3a100\u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u4e3b\u8de8\u5ea680\u82f1\u5c3a\u3002\u5b83\u7531\u4e94\u4e2a\u5d4c\u5957\u7684\u76f4\u5f84\u4e3a5\u82f1\u5bf8\u7684\u7ba1\u9053\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ba1\u9053\u5728\u4e3b\u8de8\u5ea6\u7684\u53d1\u529b\u70b9\u548c\u6865\u5934\u7684\u6865\u53f0\u4e4b\u95f4\u4f18\u96c5\u5730\u5206\u5f00\u3002<\/p>\n

The arch structure spans 100 feet with a main span of 80 feet. It is composed of five nested five-inch diameter pipes that diverge grace- fully between the spring-point of the main span and the abutment at the beginning of the bridge.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ba1\u9053\u652f\u6491\u77401\u20442\u7684\u6805\u680f\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7b80\u6613\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u5782\u76f4\u5f2f\u66f2\u7ec4\u5408\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6865\u6881\u88c5\u9970\u548c\u62a4\u680f\u3002\u94a2\u7b4b\u7684\u4e0d\u89c4\u5219\u957f\u5ea6\u548c\u7d27\u5bc6\u95f4\u8ddd\u547c\u5e94\u73b0\u573a\u7684\u5929\u7136\u82a6\u82c7\uff0c\u5f53\u900f\u8fc7\u82a6\u82c7\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u9762\u7eb1\u89c2\u770b\u65f6\uff0c\u4e0a\u5c42\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u8584\u8f6e\u5ed3\u4f1a\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u8584\u3002<\/p>\n

The pipes support 1\u20442 diameter bars that act as both decking and guardrail via a simple field bend from horizontal to vertical. The irregu- lar length and close spacing of the bars recall the native reeds of the site, and the thin profile of the superstructure is made thinner when viewed through the visual veil of the reeds.<\/p>\n

1×1\u6c34\u5e73\u7ba1\u710a\u63a5\u5728\u5782\u76f4\u6746\u4e0a\uff0c\u6865\u6881\u6276\u624b\u5219\u7531\u7528\u94a2\u4e1d\u73af\u56fa\u5b9a\u5728\u6c34\u5e73\u7ba1\u4e0a\u7684\u7ef3\u5b50\u6784\u6210\u3002\u518d\u7528\u5929\u7136\u77f3\u677f\u5782\u76f4\u94fa\u8bbe\uff0c\u5728\u6865\u58a9\u5904\u5f62\u6210\u5761\u9053\u3002\u6df1\u659c\u63a5\u7f1d\u91cd\u73b0\u547c\u5e94\u4e86\u7532\u677f\u548c\u680f\u6746\u94a2\u7b4b\u7684\u8282\u594f\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5c06\u8fd9\u5ea7\u6865\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u94a2\u7ed3\u6784\u8fd8\u672a\u5b8c\u5de5\u5c31\u66b4\u9732\u5728\u5916\u4efb\u5176\u4fb5\u8680\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u7ef3\u7d22\u6276\u624b\u548c\u77f3\u5934\u5761\u9053\u4e00\u6837\u3002<\/p>\n

The handrail consists of a rope secured with steel wire rings to a 1×1 horizontal tube welded to the vertical bars. Native stone slabs are lay- ered vertically to create the ramps at the abutments. Deep raked joints recreate the rhythm of the steel bars of the deck and railings.\u00a0To further incorporate the bridge with its natural setting, the steel is left unfinished to weather, just like the rope handrail and the stone ramps.<\/p>\n
