Base on the current situation of detention basin, the\u00a0task of the landscape architect focused on three aspects: build a wetland eco\u00a0system,\u00a0create\u00a0an organic connection between urban function and\u00a0open space, and\u00a0provide\u00a0a healthy and vibrant public environment. project evolved in a three-stage process of international competition, urban planning and landscape design. The landscape architect team seized this opportunity to explore innovative concepts to\u00a0build a city-level eco-recreational water park based on the detention\u00a0basin, with\u00a0a multifunctional green space that provides recreational opportunities for its citizens. The living, cultural, and sustainable\u00a0waterfronts\u00a0intersperse and cross each other.
