GVL<\/strong><\/a>: \u00a0Renovation means rejuvenating the old sites that have already been forgotten. Section one of the Port of Zhanjiang has a long history of more than 60 years. Changing the port into an urban plaza will not only promote the port-related business, but also, with a series of innovative designs, create a new attraction for the online celebrities.\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4ece\u89c4\u5212\u4e0a\u770b\uff0c\u5e7f\u573a\u7684\u5efa\u8bbe\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u7247\u5546\u52a1\u533a\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u7ed3\u5408\u5357\u4e09\u5c9b\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u5f00\u542f\u65c5\u6e38\u884c\u4e1a\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u4ece\u6587\u8109\u4e0a\u770b\uff0c\u6e5b\u6c5f\u56e0\u6d77\u800c\u751f\uff0c\u7801\u5934\u3001\u5382\u623f\u3001\u8d27\u8fd0\u8f68\u9053\u7b49\u90fd\u8bb0\u8f7d\u7740\u6e5b\u6c5f\u6e2f\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u3002<\/p>\n

According to the plan, the plaza is created to be a business district, providing tourism service together with the Nansan Island. As for the cultural context, Zhanjiang is a coastal city and the history of Zhanjiang Port is marked by wharves, factories, freight tracks, etc.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5730\u5757\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6e5b\u6c5f\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u9053\u666f\u89c2\u8f74\u7ebf\u672b\u7aef\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u5468\u8fb9\u591a\u4e3a\u4e0a\u4e16\u7eaa\u5efa\u6210\u7684\u8001\u5f0f\u5c0f\u533a\uff0c\u8857\u9053\u4e0e\u5b85\u95f4\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u8bbe\u65bd\u7565\u5fae\u9648\u65e7\uff0c\u9644\u8fd1\u5c45\u6c11\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f00\u655e\u3001\u548c\u8c10\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fdb\u884c\u65e5\u5e38\u4ea4\u5f80\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5982\u4f55\u5c06\u627f\u8f7d\u7740\u51e0\u4ee3\u4eba\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u6539\u9020\u4e3a\u5ef6\u7eed\u573a\u5730\u6587\u8109\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u65b0\u573a\u5730\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u5177\u6709\u6311\u6218\u6027\u7684\u8bfe\u9898\u3002\u5728\u5bfb\u627e\u7075\u611f\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8005\u65e0\u610f\u95f4\u770b\u5230\u4e86\u8f7b\u7eb1\u821e\u300a\u98ce\u300b\uff0c\u821e\u8005\u4ee5\u8bd7\u5165\u821e\uff0c\u7528\u4e00\u6761\u8f7b\u7eb1\u628a\u98ce\u8df3\u6d3b\u3002\u201c\u6e5b\u6c5f\u6e2f\u4e0d\u6b63\u5982\u4e00\u4f4d\u6301\u65f6\u5149\u4e3a\u7ec3\u7684\u821e\u8005\u5417\uff1f\u201d<\/p>\n

Located at the end of Zhanjiang People\u2019s Boulevard, the site is surrounded by old residential communities which feature limited public spaces and shabby facilities. Therefore, residents here are eager for an open and harmonious space for daily communications and activities.<\/p>\n

How to change the historical port into a new urban plaza is really a challenge. When in search of inspirations, the designer was touched by the dance of gossamer \u201cwind\u201d: the dancer\u2019s dancing with a gossamer ribbon flying with the wind. Isn\u2019t the Port of Zhanjiang a dancer of time?\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With the theme \u201cDancer of Time\u201d, the designer refers to the rhythm of opera and takes into consideration the historical context, the modern requirements and the future development, proposing a space system including Tower of Time, Ocean of Grass, Ribbon of Time, Logo of Plaza, Seaview Gallery, Silhouette of City, Avenue of Stars, etc. Various paces will meets the demands of all ages.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Tower of Time is originated from an unknown building, which no one knows when and why came into being. However, since the residents have been used to its existence, the designers decided to change the building into the Tower of Time which carries the memory of the locals together with the Ribbon of Time. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8005\u901a\u8fc7\u5e7f\u573a\u524d\u7684\u7acb\u4f53\u8349\u5761\u5c06\u57ce\u5e02\u666f\u89c2\u8f74\u7ebf\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u5ef6\u957f\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u5854\u697c\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u6536\u675f\u3002\u8fdb\u5165\u5e7f\u573a\u524d\uff0c\u4eba\u89c6\u70b9\u65e0\u6cd5\u770b\u5230\u672b\u7aef\u7684\u6d77\u9762\uff0c\u4f46\u4ece\u8fdc\u5904\u770b\uff0c\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u9053\u7684\u8eab\u5f71\u9010\u6e10\u53d8\u7a84\u540e\u4e0e\u65f6\u95f4\u5854\u7684\u7ad6\u5411\u7ebf\u6761\u4ea4\u878d\uff0c\u76f4\u6307\u5929\u7a7a\uff0c\u5176\u5b58\u5728\u4f7f\u8f74\u7ebf\u666f\u89c2\u7531\u4e8c\u7ef4\u62d3\u81f3\u4e09\u7ef4\u3002<\/p>\n

The designers extend the urban landscape axis with the vertical grass slope in front of the plaza and end it by the Tower of Time. In this way, the horizontal People\u2019s Avenue connects with the vertical Tower of Time, changing the two-dimension landscape into three dimension. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u65f6\u95f4\u5854\u9876\u90e8\u9762\u5411\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u9053\u7684LED\u5c4f\u6210\u4e3a\u5ba3\u4f20\u6e5b\u6c5f\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u6e5b\u6c5f\u6807\u8bc6\u611f\u7684\u65b0\u540d\u7247\u3002\u73b0\u9636\u6bb5\u5c55\u793a\u7684\u201c\u6211\u7231\u6e5b\u6c5f\u201d\uff0c\u4e00\u4e3a\u5b89\u653e\u5f53\u5730\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u5fc3\u58f0\uff0c\u4e8c\u4e3a\u81f4\u656c\u6885\u987f\u00b7\u6208\u62c9\u745f\u521b\u4f5c\u7684\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5dde\u65c5\u6e38\u5e7f\u544a\u8bcd\u548c\u6807\u5fd7\u3002<\/p>\n

The LED screen at the top of the tower faces the People\u2019s Avenue, serving as a new name card for Zhanjiang. It is now displaying the words \u201cI Love Zhanjiang\u201d, expressing the feelings of the local residents and showing the respect to Milton Glaser\u2019s logo design for \u201cI Love New York\u201d. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At the entrance of the plaza, the designers planted a field of Chinese pennisetum on one side, which is an artificial design and also a natural choice. In the original design, the designers have planted different plants to create a natural atmosphere. However, only the Chinese pennisetum survives the coastal climate at last. The designers thus added to more Chinese pennisetum and created an Ocean of Grass which is attractive to all tourists. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5728\u6c34\u6ce5\u5efa\u7b51\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u7247\u8349\u663e\u5f97\u5c24\u5176\u81ea\u7136\u4eb2\u5207\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u4e3a\u4eba\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7247\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u89c2\u666f\u4e92\u52a8\u7684\u7eff\u5316\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e5f\u5f25\u8865\u4e86\u8001\u57ce\u533a\u57ce\u5e02\u516c\u5171\u7eff\u5316\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u9057\u61be\u3002<\/p>\n

\u72fc\u5c3e\u8349\u4e3a\u591a\u5e74\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u8010\u5bd2\u3001\u8010\u6e7f\uff0c\u8010\u534a\u9634\uff0c\u4e14\u6297\u5bd2\u6027\u5f3a\uff0c\u6297\u5012\u4f0f\uff0c\u65e0\u75c5\u866b\u5bb3\uff0c\u662f\u666f\u89c2\u6548\u679c\u8f83\u597d\u3001\u8f83\u4fbf\u4e8e\u540e\u671f\u517b\u62a4\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u89c2\u8d4f\u8349\u54c1\u79cd\u3002<\/p>\n

Situated among buildings of cement, the grass field is warm and friendly, providing a green space for relaxation and complementing the urban public green system.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Chinese pennisetum is a kind of perennial grass which is resistant to cold, moisture, shadow and pests. Thus it is an excellent choice for landscaping. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
