\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u5730\u5f62\u5305\u62ec\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u660e\u663e\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u51f9\u9677\u3002\u4f4f\u5b85\u5c31\u5750\u843d\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e2d\u7a7a\u7684\u4e0a\u65b9\uff0c\u690d\u88ab\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e0b\u65b9\u7ee7\u7eed\u751f\u957f\uff0c\u5176\u81ea\u8eab\u4e5f\u6709\u673a\u5730\u878d\u5165\u5230\u53ef\u5c45\u4f4f\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u65b9\u6848\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u4e24\u4e2a\u5c42\u9762\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u5c42\u9762\u901a\u8fc7\u6865\u6881\u548c\u9732\u53f0\u4e0e\u5916\u90e8\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u548c\u6d77\u6ee9\u533a\u57df\u76f8\u8fde\u3002\u5c31\u4f53\u91cf\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8be5\u4f4f\u5b85\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2aL\u5f62\uff0c\u7acb\u9762\u4e0a\u7684\u5b9e\u4f53\u548c\u7a7a\u9699\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4f9d\u9760\u5185\u90e8\u529f\u80fd\u5728\u5ba4\u5185\u5916\u521b\u5efa\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u623f\u95f4\u90fd\u6709\u4ea4\u53c9\u901a\u98ce\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u7167\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n

The architectural program is contained over two levels which connect by means of bridges and terraces to the exterior pool and beach areas. In volumetric terms, the project forms an L-shape with an interplay of solids and voids in its fa\u00e7ades that depend on the interior functions to create interesting spatial relationships between inside and outside. In this way, each room is provided with cross ventilation and natural illumination.<\/p>\n

\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e1c\u5317\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u9760\u8fd1\u573a\u5730\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u5728\u5e95\u5c42\u5206\u914d\u4e86\u793e\u4ea4\u548c\u79c1\u4eba\u533a\u57df\u3002\u540c\u4e00\u5c42\uff0c\u9762\u5bf9\u6d77\u6ee9\u7684\u662f\u9910\u5385\u3001\u53a8\u623f\u548c\u9152\u5427\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u533a\u57df\u2014\u2014\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5230\u6d77\u6ee9\u7684\u8fc7\u6e21\u2014\u2014\u800c\u524d\u56db\u4e2a\u623f\u95f4\u548c\u5b83\u4eec\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u533a\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5782\u76f4\u4e8e\u6d77\u6ee9\u7ebf\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4eba\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u4f4f\u5b85\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u3002<\/p>\n

The main access to the house is situated to the north-east, close to the site boundary, and distributes the circulation of social and private areas on the ground floor. On the same level, facing the beach, are the social areas of the dining room, kitchen, and a wet bar\u2014providing a transition to the beach\u2014while the first four rooms and their respective services are located in a volume that lies perpendicular to the line of the beach, with views onto the internal garden.<\/p>\n

\u4e00\u697c\u662f\u4e3b\u5367\u53ca\u4e24\u95f4\u914d\u5957\u5367\u5ba4\u2014\u2014\u90fd\u6709\u9762\u671d\u5927\u6d77\u7684\u9732\u53f0\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u95f4\u7531\u73bb\u7483\u677f\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u5a31\u4e50\u5ba4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u95f4\u5e26\u6709\u5012\u5f71\u6c60\u7684\u5ba4\u5916\u4f11\u606f\u5ba4\uff0c\u5012\u5f71\u6c60\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u6b23\u8d4f\u5ba4\u5185\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u666f\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n

On the first floor are the master bedroom, two complementary bedrooms\u2014all with terraces facing the sea\u2014a family room contained by glass panels and an outdoor lounge with a reflecting pool that enhances the views over the internal garden.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u878d\u5165\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4ee5\u6750\u6599\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u548c\u7f8e\u89c2\u6027\u662f\u5176\u6307\u5bfc\u539f\u5219\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6750\u6599\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u767d\u8272\u6c34\u6ce5\u548c\u7531\u695a\u79d1\u5947\u6811\u6811\u76ae\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u201c\u810f\u6c34\u201d\u6df7\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u4e3a\u5916\u5899\u548c\u5185\u5899\u521b\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u5929\u7136\u7684\u9632\u6c34\u9970\u9762\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e3a\u5916\u5899\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u5c42\u5f53\u5730\u77f3\u7070\u77f3\u8986\u76d6\u5c42\u3002<\/p>\n

The fewest possible materials were used, guided by their functionality and aesthetic qualities in terms of blending into their surroundings. These principally included the use of white cement mixed with the \u201cdirty\u201d water produced by the bark of the chukum tree to create a naturally waterproof finish for exterior and interior walls, together with a local limestone cladding for the external walls.<\/p>\n
