Pr\u00e1ctica Arquitectura<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8be5\u5e02\u6c11\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6545\u4e8b\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u9879\u76ee\u5f62\u6210\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u4e00\u6bb5\u65f6\u95f4\u5f00\u59cb\u8bf4\u8d77\u30022014\u5e7410\u6708\uff0c\u65b0\u83b1\u6602\u5dde\u7acb\u6cd5\u673a\u6784\u5ba3\u5e03\u8981\u5728\u8fd9\u5757\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u5efa\u8bbe\u4e00\u4e2a\u505c\u8f66\u573a\uff0c\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u516c\u5171\u652f\u51fa\u4e3a5500\u4e07\u6bd4\u7d22(\u7ea6\u5408400\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143)\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u4e3e\u52a8\u5f15\u53d1\u4e86\u516c\u4f17\u7684\u5f3a\u70c8\u6297\u8bae\u3002\u4e00\u7fa4\u5e02\u6c11\u548c\u6c11\u95f4\u7ec4\u7ec7\u57282015\u5e741\u6708\u5360\u9886\u4e86\u8be5\u5730\u575713\u5929\uff0c\u4ee5\u6297\u8bae\u8fd9\u4e00\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u8bae\u5c06\u8be5\u5730\u5757\u53d8\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u7eff\u8272\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6765\u63d0\u9ad8\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e1ctica Arquitectura<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe history of the Jard\u00edn Ciudadano or Citizen Garden goes back some time before the current project took shape. In October 2014, Nuevo Le\u00f3n\u2019s state legislature announced construction of a parking lot on the property with a potential public expenditure of 55 million pesos (approximately US$4 million), provoking a public outcry. A group of citizens and civil organizations protested against this decision, and in January 2015 they occupied the site for 13 days, and proposed to turn the lot into a green public space that could improve people\u2019s quality of life.<\/p>\n

2017\u5e743\u6708\uff0c\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u4e3e\u884c\u4e86\u4e00\u6b21\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8fd9\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u516c\u5f00\u62db\u6807\uff0c\u9884\u7b97\u4e3a90\u4e07\u6bd4\u7d22(\u7ea6\u54085\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143)\u3002\u5728160\u652f\u53c2\u8d5b\u56e2\u961f\u63d0\u4ea4\u768472\u4efd\u63d0\u6848\u4e66\u4e2d\uff0cPractica Arquitectura\u7684\u53c2\u8d5b\u4f5c\u54c1\u8d62\u5f97\u4e86\u6b64\u6b21\u6bd4\u8d5b\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u53bb\u6062\u590d\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5e76\u8ba9\u5b83\u5f97\u5230\u5e94\u6709\u7684\u5229\u7528\u3002\u4ece\u4e00\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u56e2\u961f\u5c31\u6e05\u695a\u5730\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u88ab\u8352\u5e9f\u4e86\u7684\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u6b63\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u53bb\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u5b8c\u7f8e\u65f6\u523b\u3002<\/p>\n

In March 2017, a public tender was held to design a Parque Ciudadano with a budget of $900,000 pesos (or around US$50,000) allocated for its construction. Out of a total of 72 proposals submitted by 160 teams, Pr\u00e1ctica Arquitectura\u2019s entry won the competition and the responsibility to recover this space and give it a well-deserved use. From the outset it was clear to the team that a park would be a wasted opportunity, and that this was a perfect moment to make a garden.<\/p>\n

\u521b\u5efa\u516c\u5171\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u6700\u521d\u65b9\u6848\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u5b8c\u5168\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u8be5\u573a\u5730\u6240\u8868\u8fbe\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u548c\u6027\u8d28\uff1b\u516c\u56ed\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u52a0\u5f00\u653e\u3001\u9650\u5236\u66f4\u5c11\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5730\u65b9\u7684\u5468\u8fb9\u73af\u5883\u548c\u7528\u9014\u6fc0\u53d1\u4e86\u4eba\u4eec\u63a2\u7d22\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u5174\u8da3\u3002\u8499\u7279\u96f7\u7684\u5e02\u6c11\u666e\u904d\u7f3a\u4e4f\u7eff\u8272\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u7eff\u8272\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u96c6\u4f53\u60f3\u8c61\u690d\u5165\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u5728\u4fdd\u6301\u57ce\u5e02\u7279\u6027\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6539\u53d8\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n

The initial plan to create a public park did not fully reflect the relationship and nature that the site expressed; parks are spaces that are generally more open and less confined. The immediate surroundings and use of the place sparked an interest in exploring the idea of a garden instead. The citizens of Monterrey generally lack access to green spaces, and by planting this idea in our collective imagination we were able to nourish our identity and change how we live in the city\u2019s downtown areas.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e2a\u82b1\u56ed\u53ef\u4ee5\u7406\u89e3\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e26\u6709\u4e2d\u592e\u5ead\u9662\u7684\u623f\u5b50\uff0c\u4e2d\u592e\u8349\u576a\u8868\u8fbe\u4e86\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u7a7a\u95f4\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u591a\u4f59\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u53ef\u8fdb\u884c\u591a\u79cd\u7528\u9014\u3002\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u6bcf\u4e2a\u89d2\u843d\u90fd\u6709\u58c1\u9f9b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8fd9\u4e2a\u201c\u5929\u4e95\u201d\uff1b\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5c0f\u8282\u70b9\u90fd\u662f\u6839\u636e\u5176\u5468\u8fb9\u73af\u5883\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\uff0c\u90fd\u6709\u5b83\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u7279\u70b9\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4ee5\u81ea\u7136\u5b9a\u4e49\u7684\u906e\u853d\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8fd9\u56db\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e86\u4eb2\u5bc6\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u662f\u6559\u4f1a\u6211\u4eec\u5982\u4f55\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u6761\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n

This garden can be understood as a house with a central patio, where the central lawn expresses the idea of an open and social space, free of program and accommodating a variety of uses. Niches are placed in each corner and contain this \u201cpatio\u201d; each niche has its own character and responds to its context. As naturally defined shelters, these four spaces generate an intimate atmosphere. The landscape is the material that teaches us how to inhabit space.<\/p>\n
