纬图设计机构:佛山阳光城绿岛湖,位于佛山禅城区禅港路西侧,一座三面环水的半岛上。湖景相依,白鹤为伴,视线开阔,风景秀丽。基地一面近江, 三面环湖,拥有开阔的视野和多条视线通廊。周边生态环境优越,是极好的生态居住佳地。

2019年11月,这个从设计到施工历时一年的示范区呈现了。现场的呈现让设计团队颇感欣慰,因为在这个示范区,我们通过对空间的重塑,真正实现了建筑、景观、室内三位一体的无缝衔接,不分彼此,浑然一体。

WISTO: Located on a peninsula on the west of Changang Road of Chancheng District, Foshan, the site is surrounded by lake on three sides and nearby the river on the other, enjoying open lake views and beautiful scenery. With favorable surrounding environment, it is an ideal place for eco-living.

The exhibition area, which was designed and built for about one year, was open to the public in November, 2019.We are satisfied with the final presentation since we’ve realized the seamless connection between architecture, landscape and interior by reshaping the spaces——everything is in perfect harmony with each other.

 

 

示范区位于场地东侧,原始场地条件中,主入口有个垂直交通体,可将人流引导到负一层庭院。下沉庭院开口范围约为4300㎡,与地面高差为6.7米(包含1.2米的覆土厚度)。庭院的中间是售楼处,也是未来社区的健身房。从地面有两条楼梯可进入下沉庭院。另有两条楼梯可向上到达售楼处的屋顶。下沉庭院留给景观设计的空间并不利好。在地产项目当中,连结地下车库的下沉庭院里,成功案例一直都并不多见。想有所突破就必须要深入到整个项目的设计策略以及示范区的破题思路。

我们尝试调整场地的边界去落地大区的图底关系。从入口到下沉庭院的基本关系的几次推演,我们重塑了下沉庭院的边界,改变了售楼处的位置和形状,重新规划了整个下沉庭院的功能布局。从草图到模型,我们在原始基础条件限定的建筑面积及功能需求的框架下,重新将整个地下空间进行了从室内到室外,从立面到地面到天空的全方位梳理和重塑,并精准的落位到图上。

The exhibition area nestles in the east of the site, at the main entrance of which, there is a vertical traffic system leading visitors down to the courtyard on the basement floor. Occupying an area of about 4,300m2, the sunken courtyard is 6.7m below the ground (including 1.2m thick covering soil). In the center of it is the sales center, which will be used as the fitness center for the community. There are two staircases leading visitors from the ground level to the sunken courtyard, while another two staircases lead to the rooftop of the sales center.It is not easy to carry out landscape design in a sunken courtyard. And the design for the sunken courtyard linked with underground garage is even harder. Therefore, the design team needs to fully consider the design strategy of the whole project and the exhibition area as well to make a great breakthrough.

We were trying to adjust the boundary to carry out the site plan.Having analyzed the routes from the entrance to the sunken courtyard for several times, we reshaped the boundary of the courtyard, changed the position and structure of the sales center, and re-arranged the functions of the whole yard.Based on the site conditions and the functional requirements, we renovated and reshaped the underground space from interior to exterior, from ground to sky, and conveyed our design idea by drawings and models.

 

地面与地下连为一体 The ground and the ground are united

地块是三面临湖,业态以别墅和高层大平层为主。因为有优势的自然资源,于是有了对岛、水等元素的提取,然后针对高端客群市场,从水上元素中提取到了一个有颜有料又有趣的元素——游艇。水、岛、游艇三个主要元素的定格以及其共性和关联的抽取,设计从中导出了一个基本的图底关系。以这个图底关系去凸显这个滨湖项目的场地资源优势,并形成自己的个性风貌,成了整个滨湖项目的基本设计策略。

这个示范区是实体展示,甲方要求建设成为永久园林,全实景,不拆改。在里面展现临街商业群落、入口接待,并充分利用地下负一层空间展示售楼部、泳池以及一些配套建筑。难点又回到了下沉庭院里。我们于是开始讨论,大区的基本图底关系,能不能放进这个下沉空间里,让地面与地下连为一体,这样不仅可以解决原始场地关系造成的割裂感,甚至还可能升华整个空间。

为了更好的研究建筑立面及室内外关系、售楼处的功能分布以及客户的全域体验感,我们开始了一轮又一轮的模型推演,不断深入分析客户从到达项目边界开始到进入售楼处室内外各个空间,一起室内外的视线以及每一个空间的体验都被设定在了最佳合适的点位上。

Surrounded by lake on three sides, the development mainly provides luxury villas and high-rise mansions. Inspired by the advantaged natural resources and to cater for high-end customers, the team has extracted “water”, “island” and “yacht” as the basic design elements.These three elements are refined and combined together to form the basic design concept of the project, which highlights its advantages and shapes its unique style.

According to the developer’s requirement, the exhibition area should be designed with real landscape which will be reserved forever. It consists of the frontage commerce and the reception as well as the sales center, the swimming pool and other facilities on the basement floor. The challenge lies in the sunken courtyard, for which we discussed the possibilities to connect the ground floor with the underground floor and upgrade the whole exhibition center.

To well study the relationship between the building façade and the interior and exterior spaces, as well as the functions of the sales center and the holistic experience of the customers, we modeled their relationships and made many adjustments accordingly, trying to make every detail in perfect place and provide unique space experience.

 

模型推演 The model deduction

 

通过对场地的重新解构,地下建筑部分已经完全隐藏于景观之中,建筑与景观、室内与室外终于浑然一体,一派天成了。

By analyzing and reshaping the site, the underground buildings are totally hidden behind the landscapes, creating ordered harmony between buildings and landscapes, interior and exterior.

售楼处和地下建筑部分融为了一体,更有了非常好的视线界面。前方层层叠叠的水景、绿植,将视线从地面向上延升,让人瞬间忘记是在一个地下空间里。这一变,售楼处和环境的关系变得你中有我,我中有你,完全一派天成。

According to the plan by WISTO, the sales center is linked with the underground buildings to present a consistent interface. Multi-level waterscapes and green plants draw people’s attention up, providing a unique space experience. In this way, the sales center is in perfect harmony with the surroundings.

这个项目除了对建筑及室内的重构是一个小小的突破,景观自身各种美轮美奂的场景设计也有不少的小欢喜值得一提,比如入口的游艇破浪场景。游艇的流线型形体的构建,视觉效果的呈现,对于形体、结构、材质都有非常多的考究。

Besides the reconstruction of the buildings and the interior spaces, various landscape scenes are also elaborately designed to delight the visitors, for example, the scene of the yacht sailing at the entrance.The design of the yacht pays attention to the details such as the lines, the shape, the structure and the materials, trying to present impressive visual effect.

 

景观细部

 

溢水采用排列式出水口,多控制阀,确保每条水线可以调节,让整体效果无懈可击。

Rows of water outlets are controlled by separate valves, ensuring flexible adjustment of each water-pipe and creating an overall effect.

 

 

泳池的效果与场地高差的解决也经过很精细的设计,让水体的关系有了更多层次的体验。

The design of the swimming pool takes advantage of the height difference to provide colorful experience.

 

 

结语 conclusion

阳光城佛山半岛,我们用心解读场地,让地面地下室内室外融浑然一体,用自然之美勾勒出了一方诗意栖居 。

Here in YanGo the Peninsula, we’ve carefully analyzed the conditions of the site and integrated the spaces underground and overground, interior and outdoor, successfully interpreting the poetic living environment with natural beauty.
