There lived an elf , Who led me on an adventure , In the cave.

在欢乐溪旁尽情戏水，感受溪水随着我的手忽高忽低、变幻莫测。

Splashing joyfully around the creek, And feeling constant changes of the water.

小森林也大有可玩见证了我的童年。

Tough small, the forest witnessed my childhood.

树洞精灵乐园 TREE HOLE ELF FUNFAIR

树洞精灵乐园位于济南中海阅麓山示范区后场，设计灵感来源于童话中的树洞，其理念延续项目整体“森系”、“山居”的自然基调，意在打造一处艺术、奇幻、富有童趣的儿童乐园，未来乐园也将作为大区的儿童活动场地使用，成为陪伴孩子们成长的、难忘的童年记忆。

Located at the back of the exhibition area in the Mansion Hills, Jinan, the Tree Hole Funfair is an artistic, fantastic and fun park for children which is inspired by the tree hole in fairy tales. In the future, the Funfair will serve as a wonderland for children and accompany them to grow up freely.

整个儿童乐园面积约792㎡，面积虽小，玩法却十分丰富。地标式的树洞、地景式的洞洞山与欢乐水溪共同构成了一幅有机的、奇幻的森林画卷，吸引小朋友前来探索。

The Funfair is about 792 square meters. Though small, it is full of fun for children. The tree hole, the cave and the creek form a fantastic painting, which appeals to children of all ages.

01 设计之初 At the beginning of design

在中海社区活动中心旁有一块隐蔽且深邃狭长的下沉空间，高5.4m，宽11m，场地像封闭的盒子一样给人以压迫感。

Next to the community center, there hides a long and narrow sunken space, which is 5.4 meters high and 11 meters wide. The site is like a closed box, creating an atmosphere of tension.

在如此条件有限的环境中，怎样做儿童友好空间呢？

洛嘉儿童的设计师们不断进行头脑风暴，尝试了多种方案。

打破边界 : 设计团队突破原有规划中挡墙的束缚，创造了一个更为自然而亲切的空间，让社区的孩子们能够直接来到场地。

So how to create a kid-friendly space under such conditions?

The designers of La V-onderland kept brainstorming and tried a variety of schemes.

Breaking the boundaries: the design team abandoned the originally designed parapet, creating a natural and friendly space that welcomes children to play here.

引入自然：采用放坡的形式解决高差，把阳光、树木、水这些自然元素引入到场地中，让孩子们近距离的感受大自然的美妙。

场地最大坡度控制在40%以下，谨慎考虑了后期排水的问题，创造高差趣味的同时也避免造成场地积水。

Introduction of nature: slope is designed to neutralize the height difference and introduces natural elements such as sunlight, trees and water into the site, which allows children to experience the beauty of nature in person.

The maximum slope is controlled below 40%, and the future drainage is also carefully considered to avoid puddles of water.

树洞森林：每个孩子都有属于自己的秘密，而树洞便是孩子们储存秘密的基地。设计团队营造了一个森林中的奇趣树洞空间，陪伴孩子的成长。

Tree Hole Forest: Every child has secrets, and tree holes is where they store them. The design team created an interesting tree hole space in the forest to accompany children’s growth.

根据乐园的主题场景与体验感，设计师把场地分为四个部分:入口区，奇幻树洞，欢乐溪和洞洞山。游玩动线与交通动线更是在多个层次穿插交错，场地玩法综合考虑了全年龄段的需求，形成丰富的空间体验。无论是从售楼处一层、未来大区还是负一层健身房，都能便捷地到达。

According to the themes and experiences, the designers divided the site into four parts: the entrance area, the magic tree hole, the Happy Creek and the Cave. Routes for play and traffic cross with each other at multiple levels. Colorful experiences are provided for people of all ages. It is easily accessible both from the first floor of the sales center and the basement gym.

02 树洞森林 TREE HOLE FOREST

从负一层健身房进入儿童活动区，映入眼帘的就是入口logo墙与奇幻树洞，迎面展开了一幅深邃的森林画卷，带来神秘而温馨的童话气息。

When you enter the children’s funfair from the gym on the ground floor, you will see the logo wall at the entrance and the magical tree holes. A picture of a forest unfolds in front of you, bringing a warm and mysterious atmosphere of a fairy tale.

两个树洞组合构成了场地的地标设施，奇幻的造型犹如童话里的精灵小屋。整体配色以暖黄色和大地色系为主，在光照较短的冬日，也能为小朋友们带来温馨和愉悦的体验。

The combination of two tree holes forms the landmark of the site, which looks like a fairy house in a fairy tale. The dominant colors are warm yellow and earth tone colors, which provide warm and pleasant experiences for children even in cold winters.

夜景灯光亮化呼应树洞森林的奇幻主题，从树洞洞口中隐约透出光亮，窗户呼吸灯的设置在夜晚发出忽明忽暗的闪烁效果，为树洞森林增添一份神秘色彩。

The lighting is designed according to the theme of the tree hole forest. Light shines through the tree holes, and the breathing lights keep flickering, making the space full of mysteries.

▽你看，我可以看见外面 Look, I can see the outside world

树洞内部有传声筒、视错觉转盘、钻爬筒，拓展桥，平衡杆，爬网，躺网，观景平台，望远镜、大滑梯等游乐设备。锻炼小朋友的协调性、平衡力、探索精神和意志力，设计兼具艺术美感与游乐体验。

Inside the tree holes, there are loud hailers, turntable, climbing cave and net, extension bridge, balance bar, viewing platform, telescope, big slide and other amusement equipment. All of these will improve children’s balance, spirit of exploration and willpower. The design shows the beauty of art and also provides a wonderful experience.

03 欢乐溪 HAPPY CREEK

一条蜿蜒的溪流从场地高处缓缓流下，形成一个圆形的戏水池，同时也是景观水景，小朋友对于玩水总是毫无抵抗力，夏天这里将是他们的天堂。水溪中设置了互动涌泉，水闸，泡脚池等玩法。

A meandering creek slowly flows down, forming a round landscape pool, which will be a paradise for children in summer. Along the creek there are fountains, milldam, foot bath pool, etc.

在最高处的圆形水池边，小朋友还可以与IP树洞精灵进行互动。

Around the round pool at the highest part, children can also interact with the IP tree hole elf.

只要触摸它的手心就能听到来自自然的不同声音还可以控制泉眼水流的高低哦。

Only by touching its palms can you hear different sounds from nature and control the height of the fountains.

04 洞洞山 DISCOVER CAVE

洞洞山形态圆润流畅，内外空间丰富，实现嵌入绿地之中的自然效果，是最受小朋友欢迎的设施之一。

With its natural form and colorful space, the Cave is one of the most popular facilities that appeals to children.

通过形态曲面的变化既可演化出不同坡度的钻，爬等玩法，同时在表面凹陷处还形成了一个适合低幼儿童的小滑梯。小朋友可以像鼹鼠一样在洞里钻来钻去，到了夜晚，洞内还会发出奇幻的灯光。

The curved surface changes to form different slopes for children to climb or hide themselves. It also forms a small slide for children of young age. Children skitter in and out of the cave just like moles. Amazingly, the cave will emit magic light in the evening.

05 设计背后 BEHIND THE DESIGN

为使树洞造型看起来更有机，设施主体采用双曲面不锈钢材质，双曲线加工难度极高，设备需要先在工厂进行预装，确保无误后再切割为几部分，运输到现场进行吊装，整体拼装过程进行了精细化的打磨，以保证落地的准确性。

In order to make the tree hole look more vivid, the main part of the facility is made of hyperboloid stainless steel, which is extremely difficult to process. So, the equipment was preassembled in the factory first, then cut into several pieces, and finally transported to the site for assembling. Every step was carefully calculated to make sure the perfect effect upon completion.

洞洞山通体由高强度玻璃钢打造，质感柔韧，表面光滑细腻，整体工艺采用了3d打印技术，保证成品与最初的设计模型完全吻合。设计师会先对工厂激光切割的泡沫模型进行严格的把控，确认无误后再进行翻模，到场拼装和上漆。

The cave is made of high-strength fiberglass with a flexible texture and a smooth and delicate surface. 3D printing technology is applied to ensure the perfect implementation of the design. Designers strictly controlled the foam model cut by laser in the factory first, and then finished assembling and painting on the spot.

水溪造型非常有机，施工图很难精准地表达，尤其是水沟的设计，施工过程中需要设计师与施工人员机密配合，一起推敲造型和标高。

The shaping of the creek was extremely difficult, especially the design and construction of the ditch, which was realized by the combined efforts of the designers and the construction workers.

历时一年，在设计师和施工工人克服重重困难后，济南阅麓山儿童乐园终于和大家见面了。

麻雀虽小，五脏俱全。在这样狭小的空间内，我们尽最大程度的努力，为孩子们创造了一个儿童友好社区，实现了设计师们的初心。

It took a year before the FUNFAIR finally presented itself in front of us.

Small but complete, In such a tiny space, We tried our best, To create a child-friendly community, And finally achieved our goals.

未来，我国将落地100个儿童友好城市，社区作为城市的基本单元尤为重要。洛嘉儿童将持续给孩子们创造家门口的快乐，营造自然、趣味的儿童友好空间。

In the future, 100 child-friendly cities will be established in China, while communities as the basic units of the cities are particularly important. La V-onderland will continue to create natural and fun spaces for children and bring fun to them near their houses.
