朗道国际:  项目地处金华,设计之初,摒弃浮华更多的是着眼于场地本身,希望将楼盘特质以及客户群体的审美倾向完整而极致的呈现出来,为此,放弃了传统的示范区套路,思考着如何在远离大都市的地方,营造一个东方气格的场所,在此地,居者可以找回迷失的本性。

LANDAU:  The project is located in Jinhua. at the beginning of the design, abandoning flashiness is more about the site itself, hoping to present the characteristics of the building and the aesthetic tendency of the customer group in a complete and extreme way. therefore, abandoning the traditional pattern of demonstration areas and thinking about how to build a place of eastern style far away from the metropolis, where the residents can find their lost nature.

 

 

在中国人的审美中,不喜欢开门见山,喜欢一层一层的拨开,趣味就在其中,如同写一篇文章一般,通过对层叠与开合的把握,不断的创造具有丰富度的空间。

In Chinese aesthetics, people do not like to get straight to the point. they like to go to the point step by step,which generates a lot of interest. just like writing an article, through the grasp of lamination and opening and closing, they continuously create space with rich content.

 

 

设计从来就是一场思维的游戏,有趣的是今人拿着西式的思维总想做出东方的气格,西方思维多对立,“少即是对”是一种对立,“空间的虚实”也是对立,“光影的明暗”还是再讲对立,西方价值似乎定是要比出一个好坏来的,红的好还是黄的好?这条动线合理还是那条动线合理?哪有那么多好不好,都一样,­有人问什么才是“好”的景观?一个空间可不可以一直吸引人居于其中?当一个人对庭院、对器物有粘性的时候,才能落下来,才能定下心来,否则永远飘在半空没有着落,也许,这就是“好”的景观可以传达的效果。

Design has always been a game of thinking. what is interesting is that today’s people always want to make an eastern style  with western thinking. western thinking is often opposed, ” less is right” is a kind of opposition, and ” empty and true space” is also opposed, ” light and shade” or to speak again of opposition. It seems that western values must be compared. Is red good or yellow good? Is this moving line reasonable or another one? No one is better,all the same, someone asked what is a ” good” landscape. Can a space always attract people to live in it?When a person likes courtyards and implements, he will stop to admire them. otherwise, he will always just skim the surface. perhaps, this is the effect that ” good” landscapes can convey.

 

 

为此,景观遵循东方绘画普遍的散点透视精髓,将空间当做一副画布,把二维图面上的“东方”还原到了三维的空间当中来,实现了景观的“升维”:美是经得住时间的漂亮,是耐看的,有修养的,需要控制在某个最合适的“度“上。

For this reason, the landscape follows the essence of scattered perspective common to eastern painting, regards space as a canvas, restores the ” east” on the two-dimensional drawing to the three-dimensional space, and realizes the ” ascending dimension” of the landscape, Beauty can stand the test of time,durable and cultured, and needs to be controlled in a certain most suitable ” extent”.

 

 

所有的屏风、格栅、山墙,都是放在整体系统里考量,经过有序的组织构建,并将家具工艺的手法运用到空间造型语言中去。用逻辑、严谨的骨骼关系,形成秩序,让秩序产生美。最终,整体空间如同一副画卷一般跳脱出二维平面的束缚,呈现在三维空间中,一个居者可以进入的空间。

All screens, grilles and gables are considered in the overall system. after an orderly organization and construction, the furniture technique is applied to the space modeling language. Use logical and rigorous bone relations to form an order so that order produces beauty. In the end, the whole space jumped out of the constraint of the two-dimensional plane like a picture scroll and appeared in the three-dimensional space where a resident could enter.

 

    

层层递进的空间游走体验,横轴展开的古典画卷空间形态,细腻木作工艺的介入,稳重安静的氛围中增添家的温暖,加上整体控制下逻辑严谨的系统思维,红星.天铂,实现商业价值与人文价值的最大化。此案例的设计,最后想借鉴一位居住者的评价来总结这次的设计:“这就是人们梦想中的家园吧”。

Layer upon layer progressive space walk experience, space form of classical picture scroll spread out on horizontal axis, involvement of exquisite wood workmanship, adding warmth to home in a sedate and quiet atmosphere, coupled with logical and rigorous systematic thinking under overall control, TIANBO heaven realize the maximization of commercial value and humanistic value. In the end, the design of this case would like to draw lessons from the evaluation of a resident to summarize this design: ” this is the home that people dream of.”
