Ⅰ. 项目经理 Project manager

工作地点：深圳、上海

岗位职责：

1. 制定项目计划及时间分配表，监督把控项目全阶段的推进；
2. 参与客户会议，独立进行项目汇报，促成项目的合作与推进；
3. 代表公司设计团队就项目设计问题直接与客户沟通，领会客户需求，传达设计意图，提出合理建议，并促进达成共识；
4. 熟悉公司各项流程与标准，根据项目要求审核和监控项目各阶段进程，协调各阶段客户的需求与我司内部工作安排的关系，高效合理控制工作节奏；
5. 发现并解决项目过程中存在的问题，确保项目保质按时完成；
6. 跟进项目款项的到账情况，保证公司项目资金各个阶段的及时入账。

任职资格：

1. 本科或以上学历，毕业于园林、环艺、建筑或其它相关专业；
2. 具备至少6年以上景观行业工作经验，其中3年以上景观项目管理及团队管理经验，具备丰富的景观设计经验，熟悉常用景观植物品种及配置，具备丰富的景观工程软/硬景施工相关监督管理和指导经验；
3. 良好的抗压及解决问题的能力；优秀的沟通表达能力、团队管理技能及人际关系技巧；
4. 具有责任感和积极主动的工作态度，做事认真细心；
5. 有外资设计公司工作经验，英文流利，或可以就日常工作与外籍设计师直接沟通者优先考虑；
6. 能应付因工作需要而经常出差或加班者优先考虑

Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulated the project plan and time allocation table, supervised and controlled the progress of the whole stage of the project;
2. Participated in client meetings, independently reported the project, and promoted the cooperation and promotion of the project;
3. Communicate directly with customers on project design issues on behalf of the company’s design team, understand customer needs, convey design intentions, put forward reasonable suggestions, and promote consensus;
4. Familiar with various processes and standards of the company, reviewed and monitored the progress of each stage of the project according to the project requirements, coordinated the relationship between customer needs at each stage and the internal work arrangement of our company, and efficiently and reasonably controlled the work pace;

Job Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in landscape architecture, environmental art, architecture or other related majors;
2. At least 6 years of working experience in landscape industry, including 3 years of experience in landscape project management and team management, rich experience in landscape design, familiar with common landscape plant species and configuration, and rich experience in supervision, management and guidance of soft/hard landscape construction of landscape engineering;
3. Good ability to work under pressure and solve problems; Excellent communication skills, team management skills and interpersonal skills;

岗位职责：

1、负责公司老客户的维护及新项目的拓展，维护及提升客户关系；
2、积极寻找并开发潜在新客户，并采用有效方式促进项目的合作；
3、保持良好的企业形象和客户关系，提升客户对公司品牌的认可度。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，市场、营销专业优先；
2、3年以上销售工作经验，有较强的陌生拜访和客户开发能力，善于与客户建立良好关系，掌握熟练的沟通与谈判技巧；
3、具有较强的人际交往能力、沟通能力和语言表达能力，以及应变能力和解决的问题能力；
4、工作积极，有韧性，热爱销售工作且富有激情；
5、有房地产相关项目背景或经验，或市场资源者优先。

岗位职责：

1.现场管理与技术指导：监督施工现场进度和质量，确保承建商的工作达到公司的施工标准及要求，协助解决现场问题，撰写工地报告等。
2.图纸审核与修改：参与软/硬景扩初阶段图纸的审核和修改，在施工开始前，审核深化单位施工图纸，确保其能满足公司设计图纸要求标准。

任职资格：

1、大专或以上学历，毕业于园林、景观设计或其它相关专业；
2、具备至少5年或以上之软硬景园林景观工程管理，施工图审核及材料审批等相关工作经验；
3、具有软景施工及现场调配经验者优先考虑；
4、熟练掌握CAD绘图操作者优先考虑；
5、具责任感，自信，及成熟主动的工作态度，良好的工作抗压能力；
6、具良好的沟通协调能力；
7、需经常出差。

Working Location: Hefei

1. Site management and technical guidance: supervise the progress and quality of the construction site, ensure that the work of the contractor meets the construction standards and requirements of the company, assist in solving site problems, and write site reports, etc.
2. Ⅳ. 植物设计师 Plant designer

工作地点：成都

岗位职责：

1.负责软景方案设计、调整及汇报，软景的规划设置、功能分析；
2.负责软景扩初图纸设计，完成施工图纸的修改和校验；
3.负责制作软景施工图和施工造价预算报告；
4.苗木甄选，并为现场提供种植施工指导，以及监督施工单位是否按照我司设计标准施工；
5.进行工地视察（视项目运作需要），发现并协调解决现场问题；
6.完成与甲方的项目沟通与协调工作，向上级主管汇报项目进程等工作。

任职资格：

1.本科或以上学历，园林类专业毕业；
2.3年以上植物设计相关工作经验；熟悉南北方植物及苗木市场行情，如同时了解华中、华南区域植物者将优先考虑；
3.有丰富的植物配置设计经验，及一定的项目跟进协调经验；
4.能独立绘制软景施工图（手绘图、CAD图），擅长使用Sketchup或其它3D软件进行软景方案设计者优先考虑；
5.掌握植物拉丁名称、英文优秀者或有外资设计公司工作背景的将优先考虑；
6.具备良好的沟通协调及理解能力，能够灵活处理问题，学习能力强；
7.能应付因工作需要而经常出差或加班

Job Requirements

1. Responsible for the design, adjustment and report of the softscape scheme, as well as the planning, setting and functional analysis of the softscape;
2. Responsible for the design of soft landscape expansion drawings, and complete the modification and verification of construction drawings;
3. Responsible for making soft landscape construction drawing and construction cost budget report;
4. Select seedlings, provide on-site planting and construction guidance, and supervise whether the construction units are in accordance with our design standards;
5. Conduct site inspection (as required by project operation), find and coordinate to solve site problems;
6. Completed the project communication and coordination with Party A, and reported the project progress to the superior.

Job Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in landscape architecture;
2. At least 3 years working experience in plant design; Familiar with plant and seedling market in north and south China, if familiar with plants in central and South China will be preferred;
3. Rich experience in plant configuration design and project follow-up and coordination;
4. Be able to draw soft landscape construction drawings (hand-drawn drawings, CAD drawings) independently, be good at using Sketchup or other 3D software for soft landscape design is preferred;
5. Good command of Latin name and English of plants or working background of foreign design company will be preferred;
6. Have good communication, coordination and understanding skills, can deal with problems flexibly, and have strong learning ability;
7. Able to travel frequently or work overtime as required.
