Ⅰ. 项目经理 Project manager

工作地点：杭州、上海、成都、武汉、长沙

任职要求:

1、8年及以上工作经验，熟悉景观设计全过程，有负责住宅、商业等大、中型项目设计经验；
2、制定项目计划并统筹设计全阶段进度、质量、成本及落地效果，能独立解决三专业交圈问题，熟悉行业规范、工程造价预算、熟悉华东/西南/华中区域市场；
3、负责对内、对外的技术沟通和汇报，对接甲方及建筑、室内、景观三专业，拉通各方需求，有效推进并落实项目需求，确保设计成效；
4、负责现场后期服务跟进，能及时发现并解决现场出现的问题，协助图纸审核，落实图纸修改，协助把控图纸质量；
5、对接并落实项目推进过程中的商务及运营相关事宜；
6、具备良好的职业道德及匠心精神、抗压及主动解决问题的能力、优秀的沟通表达与协调能力、一定的团队管理能力。

Job Requirements:

1. 8 years or above working experience, familiar with the whole process of landscape design, responsible for residential, commercial and other large and medium-sized project design experience;
2. Made project plans and coordinated the design of the progress, quality, cost and landing effect of the whole stage; able to independently solve the problems of the three majors; familiar with industry norms, project cost budget, and East/Southwest/Central China regional markets;
3. Responsible for internal and external technical communication and reporting, connecting with Party A and the three majors of architecture, interior and landscape, meeting the needs of all parties, effectively promoting and implementing project requirements, and ensuring design effectiveness;
4. Responsible for the follow-up of service at the later stage of the site, able to timely discover and solve the problems on the site, assist in the review of drawings, implement the revision of drawings, and assist in the quality control of drawings;
5. Docking and implementing related business and operation matters in the process of project promotion;
6. Have good professional ethics and ingenuity, ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively, excellent communication, expression and coordination skills, and certain team management ability.

Ⅱ. 绿化设计师 Plant Designer

工作地点：杭州、上海、成都、武汉、长沙

任职要求：

1、5年及以上相关工作经验，熟悉所属区域的园林植物种类及习性，能独立负责并根据现场实际情况完成住宅、商业等景观项目的软景植物设计；
2、负责对接甲方并与各专业配合，落实绿化设计节点，把控设计进度、设计质量及绿化空间效果；
3、负责项目成本把控，在规定造价范围内把控项目最优落地质量；
4、负责绿化选苗、指导现场施工，及时解决施工现场相关问题；
5、关注绿化设计等相关领域的最新动态，负责新品种及新技术的应用，协助制定和完善绿化规范和技术要点；
6、身体素质佳，具备良好的职业道德及匠心精神、抗压及主动解决问题的能力，能有效的与团队人员及各部门进行沟通协调，具有良好的协作精神。

Job Requirements:

1. 5 years or above related work experience, familiar with the types and habits of garden plants in the area, able to independently take charge of the soft landscape plant design of residential, commercial and other landscape projects according to the actual situation;
2. Liaise with Party A and cooperate with other majors to implement greening design nodes and control design progress, design quality and greening space effect;
3. Responsible for project cost control and optimal project delivery quality within the specified cost range;
4. Responsible for greening seedling selection, guiding on-site construction, and timely solving relevant problems on the construction site;
5. Pay attention to the latest trends in greening design and other related fields, take charge of the application of new varieties and new technologies, and assist in the formulation and improvement of greening standards and technical points;
6. Good physical quality, good professional ethics and ingenuity, ability to work under pressure and take the initiative to solve problems, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and various departments, and have a good spirit of collaboration.

Ⅲ. 方案总监/副总监 Program Director/Deputy Director

工作地点：广州、杭州、上海

任职要求：

1、8-10年及以上工作经验，有独立负责住宅、商业等大、中型项目设计经验；
2、负责对接甲方，准确、有效落实甲方需求、解决项目痛点问题，对内协调相关专业及条线，能同时推进多个项目并把控方案设计进度；
3、洞悉景观设计行业及大设计领域最新设计理念及发展方向，提供创新、创意方案，带领团队、激发成员潜力开展设计工作，保证作品输出质量；
4、协助把控方案培训体系的搭建，提升人员专业水平，组织培训和考察，培养创意人才，完善人才梯队建设；
5、有联动公共艺术、室内、建筑设计等相关领域资源，并跨界完成设计作品者可优先考虑；
6、热爱景观行业，具备良好的职业道德、抗压及主动解决问题的能力、优秀的沟通表达与协调能力、一定的团队管理能力。

Job Requirements:

1. 8-10 years or above working experience, independently responsible for large and medium-sized projects such as residential and commercial design experience;
2. Liaising with Party A, accurately and effectively implementing Party A’s needs, solving project pain points, coordinating related specialties and lines internally, able to simultaneously promote multiple projects and control plan design progress;
3. Have insight into the latest design concepts and development direction of landscape design industry and large design field, provide innovative and creative solutions, lead the team and stimulate the potential of members to carry out design work, and ensure the output quality of works;
4. Assist in the construction of program training system, improve the professional level of personnel, organize training and investigation, cultivate creative talents, and improve the construction of talent echelon;
5. Priority is given to those who have related resources in public art, interior, architectural design and other fields, and have completed cross-boundary design works;
6. Love landscape industry, have good professional ethics, ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively, excellent communication and coordination skills, and certain team management ability.

Ⅳ. 方案主创设计师 Chief Designer

工作地点：广州、杭州、上海

任职要求：

1、5-10年及以上景观设计行业工作经验，有负责住宅项目的方案设计经验；
2、负责项目从概念到深化全过程的方案主创设计，有一定的成本意识、产品意识；
3、协助对接甲方，准确、有效落实甲方需求、解决项目痛点问题，对内协调相关专业，能同时突破多个项目的方案设计；
4、对景观设计相关行业的新动向有一定的敏感度，输出创意策略及创新思路，与团队成员共同完成设计工作，保证作品输出质量；
5、热爱景观行业，具备良好的职业道德、抗压及主动解决问题的能力、沟通表达与协调能力。

Job Requirements:

1. 5-10 years or above working experience in landscape design industry, responsible for residential project design experience;
2. Responsible for the project chief creative design from concept to deepening process, with a certain awareness of cost and product;
3. Assist Party A to accurately and effectively implement the needs of Party A, solve the project pain points, coordinate related specialties internally, and be able to break through the project design at the same time;
4. Sensitive to the new trends of landscape design related industries, output creative strategies and innovative ideas, complete the design work together with team members, and ensure the output quality of works;

Ⅴ. 方案设计师 Landscape Designer

工作地点：广州、杭州、上海

任职要求:

1、3年及以上景观设计经验，有负责住宅项目的方案设计经验；
2、熟悉景观设计项目运作流程，能理解方案设计，具有一定的设计审美，能分析项目特点并提出设计想法、创意策略，具有创造性的设计能力和表现能力；
3、具备一定的方案设计技能，如排版、建模或深化能力，能全过程辅助主创完成设计呈现者更佳；
4、工作负责、踏实，具备良好的职业道德与团队合作精神，对景观设计富有热情；
5、熟练使用Photoshop，Sketchup，Lumion，Auto CAD等相关软件，熟练Rhino软件并可完成异型构筑设计及深化者，可优先考虑。

Job Requirements:
1.3 years or above landscape design experience, responsible for residential project design experience;
2. Familiar with the operation process of landscape design projects, able to understand scheme design, with certain design aesthetics, able to analyze project characteristics and put forward design ideas and creative strategies, with creative design ability and presentation ability;
3. Have certain scheme design skills, such as typesetting, modeling or deepening ability, can assist the chief creator to complete the design presentation in the whole process is preferred;
4. Responsible and practical in work, with good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, and full of enthusiasm for landscape design;
5. Proficient in Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, Auto CAD and other related software, proficient in Rhino software and able to complete the shape design and deepening, is preferred.

Ⅵ. 施工图设计师 Construction designer

工作地点：广州、杭州、上海

任职要求：

1、3-5年及以上施工图设计经验，具备良好的制图能力，能独立完成总图与详图设计工作，有TOD项目或其他住宅项目设计经验者优先；
2、熟悉国家标准及设计规范、工艺技术、材料知识，具有一定的造价意识；
3、具备景观空间感，能准确落实方案意图、落位细部深化，协调相关专业并清楚绘制施工图，配合现场后期服务协助图纸落位；
4、具备一定的团队协作能力、沟通能力、协调能力，有良好的工作责任心与职业道德；
5、景观设计工作经验丰富、施工图总控能力强、逻辑思维及应变能力强、沟通协调能力强、具有配合现场施工经验者，可考虑胜任项目或专业负责人。

Job Requirements:
1. 3-5 years or above construction drawing design experience, good drawing ability, can independently complete general drawing and detail drawing design work, TOD project or other residential project design experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with national standards and design specifications, process technology and material knowledge, and have a certain awareness of cost;
3. Have a sense of landscape space, can accurately implement the intention of the plan, deepen the location details, coordinate related professions and draw the construction drawings clearly, cooperate with the site late service to assist the location of the drawings;
4. Have certain teamwork ability, communication ability, coordination ability, good work responsibility and professional ethics;
5. Those with rich experience in landscape design, strong control ability of construction drawings, strong logical thinking and strain ability, strong communication and coordination ability, and experience in on-site construction can be considered as competent project or professional leader.
