Ⅰ. 3D建模设计师 3D modeling designer

1、参与项目启动会，项目阶段评审会、项目复盘等；
2、大型项目中按时、按质、按量完成部门布置的工作任务；
3、负责场地的概念设计、平面布置、文本排版、设备选型、场景建模、渲染等工作，并对设计成果负责；
4、自觉进行部门设计创新、技术研发等工作的开展；

任职资格：
1、具有1年3D建模及以上经验，有良好的造型能力及色彩感觉，较丰富的想象力；
2、熟练掌握3Dmax，Sketchup，Photoshop，lumion等软件的模型制作和材质绘画；
3、能够独立完成3D场景建模工作优先；
4、有主题公园、游戏行业经历者、黑暗乘骑、虚拟现实项目经验优先；
5、积极向上的工作态度及持续学习能力；

Qualifications:
1. 1 year experience in 3D modeling and above, good modeling ability and color sense, rich imagination;
2. Proficient in model making and material painting in 3Dmax, Sketchup, Photoshop, lumion and other software;
3. Ability to independently complete 3D scene modeling work is preferred;
4. Experience in theme parks, game industry, dark rides, and virtual reality projects is preferred;
5. Positive working attitude and continuous learning ability;

Ⅱ. 景观设计师 Landscape architect

1、根据景观方案、设备方案设计进行扩初设计，施工图设计；
2、独立完成项目施工图纸绘制，保证出图质量；
3、制定项目设计进度计划，跟踪施工进度，保存管理项目过程文件；
4、提交最终设计成果，并负责对甲方进行技术交底和现场图纸答疑，根据项目要求出变更图纸，配合现场施工，解决相关技术问题。

岗位要求：
1、3年及以上施工图工作经验；
2、熟悉园林设计项目方案、扩初、施工图及后期配合各阶段流程；
3、熟悉国家现行有关景观、建筑工程施工图设计规范；
4、了解各种景观材料的应用效果及对工程造价的控制；
5、把控施工图设计到项目施工的整个流程；
6、能与前期设计师及甲方进行良好的沟通；
7、熟练掌握AutoCAD制图软件。

Job Requirements:
1. 3 years or above working experience in construction drawings;
2. Familiar with the garden design project plan, preliminary expansion, construction drawings and the later stages of the process;
3. Familiar with the current national design specifications for landscape and architectural engineering construction drawings;
4. Understand the application effect of various landscape materials and the control of project cost;
5. Control the entire process from construction drawing design to project construction;
6. Able to communicate well with previous designers and Party A;
7. Proficient in AutoCAD drawing software.

Ⅲ. 景观主创设计师 Chief Landscape Designer

1、独立负责景观项目设计工作
2、独立或配合构思项目主题、总图布置设计、主设备定制或选择、设备选型等工作；
3、在项目推进过程中，协调、统筹控制外籍设计师的工作创意、工作进度和工作质量；
4、组织项目组的设计工作，提供项目设计意向和文本编排指导；
5、自觉进行部门产品设计创新、技术研发等工作的开展；
6、公司委派的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、风景园林、环境艺术设计、工业设计等相关专业***本科及以上学历；
2、4年以上工作经验，1年及以上主创设计师工作经验，独立完成过文旅类、市政类设计项目；
3、具有较强的方案创意能力、专业敏感性和创作思维；
4、具有较强的管理能力、沟通表达能力；
5、精通CAD、Indesign、Sketchup等相关设计软件；
6、英语书写、口语表达能力熟练。

Ⅳ. 主题原画师/场景设计师 Theme original artist / scene designer

1、根据项目类型及策划提案，进行场景原画创作，并能对项目中的场景原画总体风格，设计元素及色调把控；
2、负责场景及鸟瞰效果图设计等；
3、协助部门完成项目IP设计等工作，对自己的工作内容负责；
4、据部门项目需求，负责原生IP形象规划与升级，提出崭新的创意设计策略并执行落地
5、自觉进行部门设计创新、技术研发等工作的开展；
6、完成设计院和部门交办的其他工作内容。

任职资格：
1.美术学院毕业，公共艺术、雕塑、环境艺术、艺术设计等专业；
2.1-3年以上原画场景设计经验；
3.敏锐的色彩感觉、出色的审美能力，扎实的美术手绘设计能力；对同类产品进行美术表现的分析和借鉴有深刻见解；
4.良好的人际沟通能力，具备团队合作精神；
5.积极向上的工作态度及持续学习能力；

岗位要求：
1、正规院校本科以上学历，有相关地产、小镇策划经验
2、审美好，具备较强沟通能力；文案策划，文字组织、资料检索，课题开发能力；具备丰富的知识面，有强烈的社会责任心，对创新和研究充满热情；
3、对旅游、文化、教育、心理学等有浓郁的兴趣；

1、在部门负责人指导下,参与并完成项目考察、规划方案设计、规划方案深化、设计汇报等全程工作；
2、可独立或协助完成项目总平面方案、分析和文本表达；
3、可独立或协助完成设计理念分析、案例分析和研究等工作；
4、协助部门负责人完成部门内设计表达和技术提升等工作；
5、完成设计院及上级领导交办的其他任务；

任职要求：
1、***风景园林或环境艺术设计专业毕业，本科以上学历；
2、具有公园、景区等景观概念方案设计工作经验2年以上；有文旅项目规划设计经验者更佳；
3、具有较强的方案能力和专业技能，能够完成公园类项目的方案设计和文本表达；
4、熟练使用PPT、AutoCad、Photoshop、Sketchup等各类规划设计软件和办公软件；
