Musun Landscape was founded in early 2016 by the West Lake of Hangzhou. 招聘职位 | Position

Ⅰ. 景观方案主创设计师 Chief landscape architect

任职资格:

1.园林景观设计、建筑学、环境艺术相关专业本科以上学历；并具有5年以上地产项目相关工作经验及1年以上管理经验；
2.对项目有综合把控能力及掌控最终设计效果
3.具有较强的沟通协调能力并有较强的手绘能力；
4.具有较强的审美能力，对设计充满激情。

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Landscape design, architecture or environmental art; More than 5 years of work experience in real estate projects and more than 1 year of management experience;
2. Have the ability to comprehensively control the project and control the final design effect
3. Strong communication and coordination skills and strong hand-drawing ability;
4. Have strong aesthetic ability and passion for design.

Ⅱ. 景观方案设计助理 Landscape design Assistant

任职资格:

1.园林景观设计、建筑学、环境艺术相关专业本科以上学历；并具有1-3年以上相关工作经验；
2.熟练使用CAD、SU、PS、lumion等相关专业软件，并有一定的手绘能力；
3.具有良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作能力；
4.具有较强的审美能力，对设计充满激情。

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Landscape design, architecture or environmental art; At least 1-3 years relevant working experience;
2. Proficient in CAD, SU, PS, lumion and other related professional software, and have certain hand-drawing ability;
3. Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork ability;
4. Have strong aesthetic ability and passion for design.

Ⅲ. 景观施工图设计师 Landscape construction drawing designer

任职资格:

1.园林景观设计、建筑学、环境艺术相关专业本科以上学历；
2.1-3年以上地产项目施工图设计工作经验；
3.具有良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作能力；
4.具有基本的手绘能力和制图软件的运用能力（天正、cad等软件）。

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Landscape design, architecture or environmental art;
2.1- More than 3 years of construction drawing design experience in real estate projects;
3. Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork ability;
4. Have basic hand-drawing skills and the ability to use drawing software (Tianzheng, cad, etc.).

Ⅳ. 植物设计师 Plant designer

任职资格:

1.园林景观设计、园艺、环境艺术相关专业本科以上学历；
2.熟悉南北方植物习性，3年及以上地产项目种植设计工作经验；
3.配合主创跟进现场施工，能为现场提供种植施工的指导；
4.具有良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作能力。

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Landscape design, horticulture or environmental art;
2. Familiar with southern and northern plant habits, with at least 3 years of planting design experience in real estate projects;
3. Cooperate with the chief creator to follow up the site construction, and provide on-site guidance for planting construction;
4. Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork skills.

Ⅴ. 设计实习生（方案、硬景、植物、水电、庭园等方向）Design intern (program, hardscape, plant, water and electricity, garden, etc.)

任职资格：

1.建筑学、园林景观设计、环境艺术设计专业；
2.具有良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作能力；
3.具有基本的手绘能力和制图软件的运用能力（CAD、SU、PS、lumion等软件）；
4.荣获奖学金或多次参加设计竞赛获奖者优先。

Qualifications:

1. Major in architecture, Landscape Design, Environmental Art Design;
2. Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork ability;
3. Have basic hand-drawing ability and application ability of drawing software (CAD, SU, PS, lumion, etc.);
4. Winners who have won scholarships or participated in several design competitions are preferred.

Ⅵ. 市场总监（地产景观或市政文旅方向）Marketing Director (Real Estate Landscape or Municipal Tourism)

工作内容：

1.负责企业发展战略与市场渠道的规划与拓展；
2.配合总经理制定公司业务板块的长期短期目标，确定业务拓展方向，制定拓展细则；
3.核心客户拓展，合作方案制定，重点客户维护，负责业绩达成；
4.关注行业发展相关的政策信息、行业动态，开展对相关行业各类政策解读和研究工作，为公司业务和决策提供政策支持；
5.定期拜访客户、平台和渠道商，做好商务安排。

任职要求:

1.公共关系、新闻传播、广告学、公关策划、市场营销本科及以上学历，6年以上相关工作经验；
2.具备出色的toB商务接待能力，有2年以上销售工作经验优先；
3.思维敏捷，具备较强的观察力和判断能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，有极强的社会活动能力，善于沟通&破冰，快速建立友好关系；
4.具备商务礼仪通识，熟悉宴请接待礼节，能够承受较强的工作压力；
5.有房地产相关项目背景或经验，或市场资源者优先。

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

3. Quick thinking, strong observation and judgment skills, excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong social activity ability, good at communication & ice-breaking, quick establishment of friendly relations;
