喜随设计:项目位于广钢新城,“活力、艺术、自然”的理念被人们带入到这座新城发展的愿景里。

XiSui Design: The project is located in Guanggang New City, where the concept of “vitality, art, and nature” has been incorporated into the vision for the development of this new city.

儿童场地位置正对保利东郡PRO的主入口轴线,隔着一片种植土丘,从大门进来隐约可见。同时从数幢高层住宅俯瞰,场地的地理位置也处在社区环境的视觉焦点。儿童场地的设计效果成为了景观场地上被关注的重中之重。

The children’s playground is located directly opposite the main entrance axis of Poly Eastern County PRO, separated by a planting soil mound, which can be faintly seen from the gate. At the same time, from the perspective of several high-rise residential buildings, the geographical location of the playground is also in the visual focus of the community environment. The design of the children’s playground has become the top priority in the landscape.

 

 

业主希望能够延续保利广州地区的 “星球”系列儿童场地主题,该场地的命题于是落在了“火星探索”之上。

The client hopes to continue the theme of the “Planet” series of children’s playgrounds in Poly Guangzhou region, and therefore, the theme of this playground is based on “Mars exploration.”

如何展开一个“火星”主题的设计概念?How to develop a design concept based on the “Mars” theme?

最初的设想是,是否平地上设计几座宇宙飞船、火箭形象的综合游戏设施在上面?但似乎有点平淡,好像放哪里都行。

另一方面,人们通常印象里的飞船火箭,虽然带有太空探索的符号属性,但若放在容许天马行空的儿童场地上,显得还是限制在了对人类现有航天技术比较浅的认知里,因此我们设想在想象力上更突破一些,更梦幻浪漫一些。

Initially, the idea was whether to design several comprehensive game facilities shaped like spacecraft and rockets on the flat ground? However, it seems a bit ordinary and could be placed anywhere.

On the other hand, although spacecraft and rockets in people’s usual impressions carry the symbolic attribute of space exploration, if placed in a children’s playground that allows for boundless imagination, it still seems limited to the relatively shallow understanding of current human space technology. Therefore, we envision breaking through imagination and being more fantastic and romantic.

 

 

2015年上映并大火的电影《火星救援》,展现了人类对火星地形风貌的理解。连天接地的红色岩石和沙丘地形,成为了不少人心目中火星的记忆点。无论电影中的场景是否真实和全面,但至少电影带给人们的群体记忆,是我们这次设计中可以借鉴的元素共识点。

大面积的红色调,连绵起伏的沙丘,陨石坑留下的外星地形——成为了本次火星探索主题设计灵感的来源。

The 2015 hit movie “The Martian” showcased humanity’s understanding of the terrain and features of Mars. The red rocks and sand dunes that stretch for miles have become memorable elements of Mars in many people’s minds. Whether the movie’s scenes are real or comprehensive is debatable, but the collective memory that the movie brings to people is an element of consensus that we can draw on for this design.

The large red color scheme, undulating sand dunes, and the alien terrain left by meteorite craters have become the inspiration for the design of the Mars exploration theme.

01 数字化生成地形 Digital Terrain Generation

数字化生成的总体地形设计,根据地形复杂度和坡度,划定了低龄儿童和大龄儿童的差异性分区设计。丰富的儿童活动设施,则尽量隐蔽伏藏于大地之间。

The overall terrain design was generated digitally, with differences in zoning design for young children and older children based on terrain complexity and slope. The numerous children’s activity facilities are hidden and integrated into the landscape as much as possible.

02 数字计算解决自然排水,塑胶场地无须设排水口 Digital Calculation to Solve Natural Drainage, No Need for Drainage Holes in the Plastic Field

尽管设计有多处起伏凹凸,但通过地形生成的程序算法,计算排除了所有可能产生局部积水的方案,保证了完整的自然排水体系,场地内部所有雨水均可自然流入到场地周边的绿地和预留的峰值排水下水口里。

Despite the undulating terrain design, the algorithmic calculation of the terrain generation excluded all possible scenarios that could cause local water accumulation, ensuring a complete natural drainage system. All rainwater inside the site can naturally flow into the green space surrounding the site and the reserved peak drainage outlets, eliminating the need for drainage holes in the plastic field.

 

 

03 形态、结构、地形统一的高难挑战——混凝土薄壳结构 High-Difficulty Challenge of Unified Form, Structure, and Topography – Concrete Thin-Shell Structure

起伏的混凝土薄壳结构,形成顺应地形的洞穴景观,为场地提供了上面攀登,下部庇护的奇妙空间。

The undulating concrete shell structure creates a cave-like landscape that conforms to the terrain, providing a wonderful space for climbing above and sheltering below.

混凝土薄壳结构,是近年来建筑设计类高校在数字建造端的一个研究重点。混凝土因其良好的形态可塑性,和性价比、实用性等优势,成为了绿色建筑和未来自然有机形态建筑的重要突破方向。传统因模具昂贵及设计技术缺乏带来的限制,在数字化介入设计及建造的今天,正在逐渐被打开。

薄壳结构则借用自然拱壳传力,可轻松实现大跨度和超薄结构厚度的结合。根据苏黎世联邦理工大学(ETH Zurich)的研究分析,相同跨度下通常可比传统梁架结构节约70%的原料使用,使其具有很高的实践推广价值。

Concrete shell structure is a recent research focus in digital construction at architecture schools. Concrete, with its good formability and advantages in cost-effectiveness and practicality, has become an important breakthrough direction for green building and future organic form building. The limitations brought about by expensive molds and lack of design technology in the past are gradually being overcome with digital intervention in design and construction.

Shell structures use the natural arch force transmission and can easily combine large spans with ultra-thin structural thickness. According to research analysis by ETH Zurich, under the same span, shell structures typically save 70% of raw material use compared to traditional beam and truss structures, making them highly valuable for practical promotion.

04 地库顶板荷载降低策略 Load reduction strategy for basement roof

为了减轻地形堆高多出的荷载重量,以及控制薄壳各脚基础的不均匀沉降变形。经过综合评估,我们采用了局部架空和泡沫换填的基础加强方案。

In order to reduce the weight of the terrain pile and control the uneven settlement deformation of the thin-shell foot foundation, a comprehensive evaluation was conducted, and a local overhead and foam filling foundation reinforcement scheme was adopted.

由于地库顶板结构本身仅预留了1.5m厚度的覆土荷载,等同于周边路面高度。也就是说,场地上所有堆土和增设较大件活动设施的方案,都会面临超重问题。同时建筑地库顶板采用了无梁楼盖的结构方式,因为缺乏承重梁,常规的地垄墙结构不能采用,因此只能如图大面积架空,做反梁。

Since the basement roof structure itself only reserved a cover load thickness of 1.5m, equivalent to the height of the surrounding road surface, all schemes involving soil pile and installation of larger activity facilities will face overweight problems. In addition, the building’s basement roof uses a beamless floor slab structure. Due to the lack of load-bearing beams, the conventional wall structure of the ground ridge cannot be used, so it can only be supported by a large overhead structure, as shown in the figure.

05 颜色设计 Color design

EPDM塑胶地垫的色彩,选用了红蓝色系的杂色渐变设计方案。

红色突出火星印象,同时热烈的色彩吸引孩子们来这里活动奔跑跳跃。蓝色是用于调和画面明暗的补色,避免整体色彩偏黄偏燥,过于浮跃。

The color of the EPDM plastic floor mat uses a mixed color gradient design scheme of red and blue.

The red highlights the impression of Mars and attracts children to run, jump and play here with warm colors. The blue is used as a complementary color to adjust the brightness and darkness of the picture, avoiding the overall color being too yellow or too dry and too buoyant.

06 功能与遮荫 Function and Shade

独立于东侧的学龄前儿童区,设计以低缓的地形,搭配小滑梯、爬坡抓手、眺望星球,以及平衡木、平衡圈等。

The preschool children’s area, located on the east side, features a gentle terrain and is equipped with small slides, climbing handholds, star-gazing spots, as well as balance beams and hoops.

西侧主要范围则为学龄后儿童及全年龄段提供参与空间。设施种类包括攀岩、绳索、爬筒、活动舱体、圆筒大滑梯、直板滑梯、眺望星球、钻筒、梅花桩、滑轨、蹦蹦床、橡皮圈登道等。

The main area on the west side provides space for older children and all age groups to participate. The facilities include climbing walls, ropes, climbing tubes, activity cabins, cylindrical slides, straight slides, star-gazing spots, tunnels, hexagonal posts, slides, trampolines, and rubber ring climbing paths.

07 眺望星球 Star-gazing Spots

我们设计了5种不同上下攀爬方式,可供眺望放松,遥远招手、对视的趣味空间。

星球上的肌理也根据金星、木星、水星、火星、土星五大行星,对应五种不同的开孔肌理元素,开孔形状借鉴了中国传统五行对应的椭形、条形、圆形、三角形、方形五种几何图腾。

We have designed five different climbing methods for viewing, relaxing, waving, and making eye contact in the fun space of the star-gazing spots.

The textures on the planets correspond to the five major planets of Venus, Jupiter, Mercury, Mars, and Saturn, with five different perforated texture elements. The perforated shapes are inspired by the geometric totems of the five elements in traditional Chinese culture, including ellipse, rectangle, circle, triangle, and square.

08 火星太空登陆舱 Mars Space Lander

太空登陆仓矗立在混凝土薄壳的天窗开洞中央,与薄壳结构独立,形象上却像是完美咬合在火星基地之上的高科技飞行器。从底部攀爬而上,或从登陆舱的侧面舷窗翻越进入,然后顺着圆筒大滑梯顺畅滑下,形成孩子们百玩不腻的游戏体验。

The space lander stands in the center of the skylight opening of the concrete thin shell, independent of the thin shell structure, but visually resembling a high-tech spacecraft perfectly integrated into the Mars base. Children can climb up from the bottom or climb over the side portholes of the lander, then slide down smoothly on the giant cylinder slide, creating an exciting and diverse play experience.
